When my two-year-old hybrid EV had its e-brake lock up in my garage, two AAA trucks told me they couldn’t move it due to the tight space and narrow street. I called Emmett, and Tony came right over to assess the situation. He expertly got the car out of the garage and arranged for it to be transported on a flatbed to the dealer the next day.

I really love their service and honesty. My battery had died while I was out at 12:30 AM and after calling some other places who were charging upwards $150 for a jump, when I called Emmets, they only charged me $65 and he was there within 5 to 10 minutes. A few days later, when I was debating whether or not to replace the whole battery, I called them again to see if they would replace one for me, but they actually gave me advice to visit an auto parts store where they would Install it for free, thus saving me money. So I really appreciate that they gave me that advice instead of selling to me their installation which would have not been free. Both times somebody picked up the phone very quickly and were very friendly and helpful. They truly seem like they want what’s best for their customers and aren’t tying to take advantage of you. I will be calling them for future roadside assistance.

Great help!!! Second tow driver I called after an accident, he offered a great price and offered me so much help. I'm so grateful for his help, he helped me find an auto shop and helped me with my car when I didn't know what to do. Highly recommend going to him.
Called for a flatbed truck, driver wouldn't let me drive the car up the flatbed, then he couldn't do it so he backed up and hit the ramp at 5 miles an hour in a lowered car, bottomed it out, and broke stuff. The car started making a loud noise immediately after doing so. Then could also tell he didn't strap the car down well as I could visually they were loose when following the truck. Wouldn't use again.

They were extremely helpful, honest and affordable whereas others were trying to gouge us like crazy😤 It took a bit long but it was Saturday night in Los Angeles and there was lots of traffic so that wasn't their fault. It was a busy Saturday evening when my husband and I needed our car towed from LA to Ontario. Every tow services were cancelling on us and told us they did not want to drive to LA, which they should have told us from the beginning, instead of keeping us waiting. At this point we were stranded in LA for 4+ hours. We were annoyed, tired, just wanted to go home and had lost hope…UNTIL we found Emmett’s tow truck and roadside service! We found this company through google and decided to call them. They did not hesitate to help us and sent us a driver within an hour. It was the best decision we’ve made and we are so happy they exist! They are nice, great at communication and definitely good human beings! They are our hero and we highly recommend this business! Requested a tow on a Monday morning, typically a busy time for tow companies as I learned in this experience. Tony was super helpful, took good care of my car, communicated well, and was a pleasure to chat with on the way to my mechanic. Price is about average, but would use them again for the great service!

Great service ! They towed me from NoHo ( north Hollywood) to barstow ! Very reasonable, communicative, and helpful! They brought a mechanic with them in addition to my tow service. Needed a tow service early in the morning. The service was on time ready to go. The driver was very patient and friendly who also recommended a couple of options on what to do with the car. Today we were driving from out of town to get to Kaiser so my daughter could get to a long awaited surgery- and of course the worst happens- a flat on the freeway. These guys went above and beyond ensuring that we made it to the surgery, AND had a way to get home after. I cannot say how grateful I am for their help. We would not have made it without them. They were kind, took care of everything, communicated the whole time and their prices were great. I cannot recommend this company more. It reminded me that there are good people out there, and I am thankful for them. And a little girl will be able to walk again soon because of their help and kindness.
Tony came to the rescue quickly, he was busy but made it in 30 minutes. I didnt have many options and people were rude and trying to rip me off on a simple local tow of 1 mile. One guy wanted 220, another 170, and another 145..one even hung up on me for simply asking why so expensive on such a short tow..tony charged 85..so it was only 1 mile but its better than 220.. Excellent price, friendly knowledgeable..I will definately call emmetts towing again when I need them.

I can not thank this company enough. After dealing with AAA for 8hours for a tow from LA to Corona, they were amazing. They were there in 30mins after I was told all the other tow companies had received my call from AAA but they didn't take it because it was too far. Carlos was on it and made sure that I was home and safe even after his guy came. I would call this company anytime I need a tow.
Awesome service!! really fair and reasonable prices, I was stranded on the shoulder of the freeway, and when I called a really nice and professional guy Tony answered the phone and helped me to figure out a way to get my car safely off of the freeway to tow my car to my house, and Alex the tow truck guy was also really nice and professional, he even went out of his way to help me push the car once he arrived at my house, which he did not have to do but he did it anyways. 5/5 stars.
