My car was handled and taken care of properly. Just took about a month to get it back. Some guy named Mike was trying to belittle me. Saying if I needed help with basically my payment. I had told him I was on vacation and would handle payment when I arrived. He said I had no options or he would send me to collections. I have 100% payment history. And he thought it would be funny to pressure me into paying. This is extortion and I’ve already contacted an attorney. Thanks for your unprofessional service Mike.
I had a great experience with City of Stars and their communication and transparency. They were able to pick my vehicle up from me and drop off my loaner. They did phenomenal work and even fixed a scratch that was not part of the repair job. Highly recommend.

Paul and his staff were great. These people have great customer service. They took care of everything for us from the insurance adjuster to making sure we were in a rental car comparable to what we were driving. The work is done very professionally and in my case my parts were actual Mopar parts. I believe they feed off customers service and won’t let you leave until you are 100% satisfied.
I did not have any repair work performed on my Range Rover; however, City of Stars Collision Center provided an estimate of $26,000 to repair minor damage to the side fender and door. Their recommendation included replacing the entire rear body and door. To assess the reasonableness of this estimate, I obtained quotes from three other certified body shops, each with five-star Yelp ratings, and their estimates averaged approximately $4,000. I do not trust this body shop.
City of Stars Collision Center doesn't even deserve one star! HORRIBLE & TRAUMATIC experience.
They spent more than a week to provide a repair estimate and the rates they gave were SO high that my insurance company determined the car was a total loss after approving it for a repair. City of Stars Collision Center also charged $250 per day while they were working on the estimate .... They charged us more than $4,000. When I informed them that I would keep my car, the made the process extremely complicated.
I would NEVER go back to that shop!
City of Stars are who I recommend to all my family and friends for anyone who has experienced auto collisions. 10/10 service, great staff, and an overall smooth process. If you need a body shop and live in LA, don’t look elsewhere. City of Stars will take care of you!
I have never had such a convenient experience at a body shop in my life. They worked with my insurance company to get all my repairs covered and even got me in a great rental car. They finished the repairs on my car in a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier with the results. Getting into an accident is not a pleasant experience obviously, but the people at City of Stars made it just about as good as it can be.
I brought my X5 into the shop after it was side swiped, and the next thing I knew the body shop called me that my car is ready. Andy was incredible and made the whole process simple and efficient. I did not have any headaches throughout and received a clean car that was professionally repaired.
City of Stars is awesome. Customer service is in their DNA and they are a wonderful ally in fighting for your rights against the insurance company. Andy is their go-to manager and a wonderful human being. I'm so happy I found them, they restored my Range Rover back to factory new.

I was referred to City of Stars Collision Center by Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. My E350 was hit while it was parked in a supermarket parking lot. I came outside after doing my grocery shopping and saw that my car was hit and had a note left on the window. I called the individual who had left the note and he told me that he had already filed an insurance claim. I took the claim information with me to City of Stars and Paul helped me with everything. He took care of everything with the insurance company and got me another Mercedes rental car to be in throughout the time my car was in the shop. Paul called me to let me know my car was done but I was stuck at work that day and couldn't head down. He let me know that he personally could deliver my car to me and pick the loaner car up. I was shocked at the amazing service he was able to provide. Paul came with my car and it looked amazing. Make sure to go to City of Stars if you are in need of auto repairs.

5 Star Service! I had an amazing experience with City of Stars Collision Center! The entire staff is super helpful and nice. They walked me through everything and made sure I was understanding of the process. The rental car was brought to the shop and it was super easy to get into. A couple weeks later Josh, my assigned estimator from City of Stars, called me to let me know my car was ready. I drove into their shop and saw my car parked inside looking so clean. A huge thank you to Josh and the entire team for helping me get my car fixed.

Simple, easy and convenient! I had an amazing experience with City of Stars Collision Center and just had to post about it. My brand new Subaru was involved in a hit-and-run which is never fun, as many people with experience know. I called my insurance company and filed a claim. I then went on to search in my area for a Subaru certified body shop. I came across City of Stars on the Subaru website and went down to their facility. The shop was 5 minutes from my house so it was super convenient to begin with. I walked in and was greeted by their kind staff. After I gave them my insurance information I was asked if I needed a rental car as well. I had the coverage through my policy and decided to get the rental. They had a rental car brought to their facility in less then 10 minutes and I was out of their shop within a total of 20 minutes of being there. It doesn’t easier than that. A week later I received a call that my car was ready and let me tell you, my car was sparkling! This was by far the best experience and service I could have ever asked for with my vehicle’s repairs!
My Land Rover Defender was hit while I was driving on the freeway by a drunk driver who then took off after hitting me. I drove home that night and went to the Land Rover South Bay dealership the next morning. I was referred to City of Stars Collision Center which is their certified auto repair center. I was told that I could drop off my car at the dealership and that City of Stars would pick my car up from there. They got the car picked up and even had a rental delivered to my home after. My car had excessive damage on their, but City of Stars told me they were the right people for the job. They got all my parts replaced and got the car looking good once again. Once my car was complete they had my vehicle delivered back to the dealership and I was able to pick up my car from there. My Defender looked so good and I was extremely happy with their quality. They connected me to City of Stars Collision Center and they asked me to come by so they can take a look at my car. Andy and Fatima helped me out and made everything super simple and easy for me. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim and City of Stars took over from there. They got me into a rental within 20 minutes and I was on with my day. Talk about making a difficult situation easy. My car was fixed in no time and they even delivered it back to my house. Thank you to everyone at City of Stars!
The BEST body shop in LA! My Mercedes-Benz was hit while I was at the market doing some grocery shopping. Once my car was fixed he even delivered it back to me and took the rental back with him too. I was so impressed and shocked that service like this even exists today. My car looked amazing and I was pleased with how Paul and City of Stars took care of everything for me.
City of Stars never disappoints. I’ve had to deal with this body shop on numerous accounts and each time has been a smoother encounter. They’ve arranged tow trucks, pick ups and drop offs at my work and home, always accommodating my hectic schedule. It’s hard to come across staff that truly care about their clients these days and deliver 100% perfection. A big thank you to Paul and Andy for always taking care of me. The repair work that was done after the car was badly rear ended came out better than new high gloss no visible signs of the work that was done very clean .got the car back in time. will be taking my other car back agian to get some work done. don't go to Caliber Collision across the street that place is a joke.
Okay. So they were really nice checking in. I mean really nice. But will they do a good job and will they finish when they said they would. Hell YES and HELL YES! They did an amazing job and called me 5 days early to tell me it was ready. I will never go anywhere else. THIS IS THE BEST. Now if I could get a plumber to come to my home...
