Friendly advise. Always check that your receipt matches your fees. They always try to put extra time to charge you more and make more profit. Very sketchy business
Terrible experience with City Terrace Towing. They stole money and when we noticed it, instead of fixing the issue, they tried to intimidate and even fight our friend. Completely unprofessional and unsafe behavior. On top of that, their service is dishonest — always double-check your fees because they will try to overcharge.
I’ve also filed a formal complaint with the city. Companies like this should not be trusted with city contracts. Avoid them at all costs.
These guys are heroes without capes. You never realize how important tow truck drivers, dispatchers, all the guys and gals behind the scenes help save the day in a time of need.

I had previous contact with City Terrace Tow services, having lived and worked in ELA from 1968-1986. I needed a tow for my 1964 Lincoln Continental convertible. I needed a flat bed and Dollie’s. They didn’t disappoint, pulled it up, nice and clean easy. Delivered it to South Gate

By far the best tow service in East Los Angeles. A better choice to wait for professionals... Than to get these other dirt bag services around. The owners is a great guy and will here your differences to satisfy your problem.
Needed some assistance just moving my car not a block or down the street but just to park it in the parking spot better cuz I'm taking up 2 spots and I cant move the car cuz its totalled total for the small adjustment was 175$ I'd rather get towed again it's cheaper lmao would not recommend ❌?
7/15/20 City Terrace Truck #14 took Box Canyon Rd as a short cut to get to the 118 fwy.
Box Canyon Road is limited to No Trucks over 6,000 Lb.
He had A City of LA street sweeper on his truck.
Taking Box Canyon Road endangers other drivers and creature a traffic jam behind him.
Taking Topanga would have been faster and safer.

I’ve used another tow company for years and after all my years of being a client they left me stranded on the side of the 101 freeway for over 3 hours and told me they couldn’t come out AFTER 3 hours of waiting. In a panic, I looked up City Terrace Tow because I remembered seeing their trucks before. They were so kind and helpful over the phone. Assured me that a truck would be coming in an hour and on top of all they gave me a BETTER RATE. I have a fleet of 24 buses and will ALWAYS use City Terrace Tow from here on out. Better customer service and most importantly the best rate in town.
Great family atmosphere, awesome customer service and always gets the job done without issues. Suggest anyone looking for a light,medium or heavy tow to call this place!! Reliable equipment and safe drivers.
