Tire popped on a massive pothole right outside century city mall. No other tow company answered or had availability. I called Reliable Tow and instantly Tom the owner answered. He got a flatbed to me in less than 20 minutes and even offered to come himself if I needed it faster. Car was driven onto flatbed and dropped off very gently. These guys are trustworthy and know their stuff imo. Esp if you have a sport or exotic car.
What an easy and wonderful experience! I highly recommend you call them for towing and specifically for low clearance towing. We needed our car towed out of an underground parking garage, the car was completely dead. They masterfully pull in, hitch the car and navigate the tight turns without so much as a ding or scrape to the towed car, the truck or other cars! From the phone call to the live service we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. Thank you Tom, his son, Mike and the whole team for making our day so much better by getting that car out!
