Spent 1100 on a used transmission that didnt work and they did not return my money, wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Also lady upfront is really rude and has the worst customer service.
I called this place looking for an engine. They gave me the price for an engine with low mileage.I then asked if they had anything cheaper even if it had more miles. The lady that answered the phone said well how much are you wanting to spend. I said a number and she said something rude and just hung up the phone. The old lady literally asked how much i was willing to spend and then when i said the number she cussed me out and hung up. What a pathetic excuse for customer service. Especially because the price she gave me was close to the price i asked. I wasn't even trying to tell her what she should sell me an engine for, she asked how much i can spend and i said it and she got mad. They really should invest in someone who actually cares about their customers. I was even going to buy the engine she offered for the original price but because she was so rude i will take my business elsewhere.
This place was a great place for me to buy my Range Rover Engine. Zeyda made the process smooth I will definitely buy again You guys are good people.

Horrible experience and dishonest! Make sure you get receipts, and make sure you have all markings. Video your visit if necessary because the lady at the front desk is a con-artist! Get proof and documents because this lady will pretend that she never sold you, or told you anything about any parts. She will deny everything!
I will not recommend this place to any one. i had purchased a car part there. before making the purchase I had asked the lady at the front desk if I was able to return the part . Her response was yes that I had 30 days to do so. So I purchased the part. When I took it to the mechanic he said I still have warrantee on my car and i didn't have to pay for any thing . So I decided to return the part purchased at it original state. Upon arrival at the return area, the same lady who sold me the part and who told me that I had 30 days to return, suddenly claimed I didn't purchase that part there despite the fact everything was still inside the bag they gave me when I did the purchase so it became an argument. I finally convinced her via the receipt that it was purchased there yet she refused to return my money. seemingly regardless she was not going to return my money. so dishonest.
Not only did the lady working here give me the wrong size wheel + hub but she also wouldn’t give me a receipt when I asked twice upon making the purchase. She sold me a 16” not 15” wheel though she claimed it was the 15” I was looking for. She also said if it doesn’t work, bring it back I’ll give you your money back. She didn’t give me a time frame she didn’t say I needed the receipt, nothing and was very adamant about not giving me a receipt. When I put it on my car my car started shaking so I took it to a shop and they said I have the wrong size wheel on one leg. When I took it back to her she pretended she never sold it to me saying it didn’t have her shop markings on it. I showed her the A&B markings and she said it’s been more than two weeks so I can’t return and I told her I didn’t know I only had two weeks because she never gave me a receipt. She said it’s on the receipt. I said but you never gave me one! She said she would give me store credit in exchange for the wheel and that would expire in one year. Very unprofessional and I feel conned by this place! Not going back! And I kept my wheel +hub.
