I had been searching for a car for two weeks when I visited this dealership because they had exactly what I was looking for. From the start, everything felt aligned.

I’ll admit I had noticed a few negative Google reviews beforehand and brought that up during my visit. I was told they’ve made significant changes specifically to improve the car-buying experience and shift the culture around how these transactions are handled. Based on my experience, that commitment was evident.

The team I worked with demonstrated a level of integrity and authenticity that I truly value, especially with such an important purchase. They respected my clear requests and didn’t give me unnecessary pushback or pressure, which I deeply appreciated.

As with any major transaction, it’s essential to read everything carefully, ask questions, and request clarification in writing when needed. Aside from a few details that required clarification at signing, my overall experience was exceptional. I would confidently recommend them.

Arnold was the best salesman I have ever seen. He needs a huge bonus. My mom and I loved him. He was nice, professional, courteous, helped us get a great deal! They are lucky to have him.

They charged me for 6 plastic fasteners $52.02. OEM price $1.20 / Aftermarket=$0.70 each, not including any labor charges. Besides they told me that each time they change the break pads, they change the Rotors automatically with it. Huge extra charges, even if it is not necessary. Making money - destroying trust? Try to get your parts & services independently.

I had a great experience buying my car from David and his manager, Juan Martinez. The only area where the service wasn’t very warm was in finance, as the manger there had a serious and somewhat tense demeanor. The rest of the tea was very friendly.

Note, I purchased my car on a Saturday, had the cash in hand ready to drive off with my new car, and I still spent 3 hours at this location. That was pretty much the only negative experience about buying a car from here - that it took longer than it should have.

I just drove home my new 2026 Toyota Camry, and the entire process was outstanding thanks to the incredible team at Hollywood Toyota.

Sarah Castano was my sales consultant, and she was phenomenal. She wasn't just knowledgeable about the Camry's new features; she was laidback, patient, and invaluable throughout the process. She was a good listener who understood my concerns and wants. Her patience and professionalism made the car-buying process enjoyable.

Adam in finance deserves equal praise. He handled all the paperwork with remarkable clarity and efficiency. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions about warranties and maintenance options without rushing me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with every step. He turned what is often the most daunting part into a smooth, stress-free, and transparent experience.

Lastly, a massive shout-out to the sales manager, Juan Martinez, who initiated the sales call with a deal that I can't refuse! Without him, I wouldn't have purchased my brand new 2026 Camry. Juan is a solid manager who is candid, which is refreshing for a Sales Manager. He walked me through the whole sales process. He supported Sarah every step of the way. I was very pleased with his attention to detail, his ability to connect with customers, and his understanding of customers' needs.

Working with Nikesh was great. He is knowledgeable down to earth and easy to work with. Unfortunately Adam in financing is offensive and obnoxious and seems to emphasize how much he doesn't like you with every response. Thankfully my interactions with Adam were very limited and the whole experience was made good by Nikesh. Because of him I still give 5 stars.

I always bring my car to this Toyota dealer, and I can’t say enough good things about the service—especially THE PORTERS. These guys work incredibly hard behind the scenes, and it really shows. I’ve been here on rainy days and on extremely hot days, and no matter the conditions, they give 100% every single time.

recently bought a 2026 Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE from Toyota of Hollywood, and overall it was a very positive experience. I was upfront about not having 100% of the funds on me yet, and they still let me drive the car home with a trust-based agreement — which says a lot about how motivated they were to make the deal happen. The manager and team worked with my price expectations, and I ended up with a solid all-in price that beat the typical market around here. If you want straightforward negotiation and a dealership that will actually move quickly when they need to, they’re worth a look.

Very disappointing experience. A sales manager told me multiple add-ons were mandatory (Toyota Care, VSA, GAP, etc.), which is not true and conflicts with California’s Car Buyer’s Bill of Rights—optional products cannot be presented as required.
I was also told I had to buy a GPS system to get the car, even though I was purchasing through Costco. When I contacted Costco directly, that requirement suddenly changed. When I questioned these charges, the manager became hostile and ended the discussion.
My sales rep, Arnold, was professional and helpful, but management behavior was misleading. Posting this as a warning to other consumers: review all add-ons carefully and don’t accept claims that they are “mandatory.”
