My fiancé needed a new car ASAP. Oscar helped us out with his new Honda Civic. He is super upbeat and knows exactly what he is talking about on all the cars. If you have a question he knows. Another worker there, Manny, approached us and was very friendly he is working towards becoming an active salesman and we see great potential in him. Very nice people and a good experience on purchasing a new vehicle!

Honda of downtown help us get our vehicle we've been waiting for! 2026 Honda passport trailsport! The experience we had was amazing regards of going over number and being comfortable where we wanted to be. Jaylen, and Alex nazer and his team were able to help us with an amazing deal with our vehicle shopping. Going back n forth was never an issue with them, they made sure our business was worth and our time was valued. We even got an amazing insurance quote on the spot! Better than Kemper insurance. Michael Blackwell I want to personally thank Michael Blackwell for going above and beyond for me during this whole process. Michael, you really put in the work, and it showed. Buying a car isn’t always simple, and there were definitely a few bumps along the way, but you handled everything the right way. There were some situations that honestly could’ve gone sideways. For example, I was under the impression at one point that a “new” vehicle had 2,000 miles on it, which wasn’t something that was clearly explained upfront. There was also another car I came in specifically to see, and it wasn’t available when I got there. Stuff like that can easily make a customer feel frustrated or misled. But the important part is this — that wasn’t Michael’s fault. Those were dealership-level issues, not him personally. What I appreciated was that Michael didn’t try to cover anything up or make excuses. He didn’t lie to smooth things over. He kept it honest with me and explained what he knew, and what he didn’t know. There’s a big difference between someone trying to dodge responsibility and someone being transparent about the situation. Michael chose transparency. Even with the limitations he was working under, he still did everything he could to make things right. He didn’t just shrug and say “that’s how it is.” He worked within what he had. He stayed persistent. He kept communicating. He kept trying to find solutions instead of letting the deal fall apart. That’s what stood out the most. He was clearly busy the entire time — juggling customers, running back and forth, handling paperwork — but he still made sure I was taken care of. He answered my questions directly. If something wasn’t possible, he said so. If something needed clarification, he got it. He didn’t overpromise just to keep me hooked, which I respect. The car business isn’t perfect. Things change fast, inventory moves, information sometimes isn’t relayed clearly at the dealership level. But the way a salesperson handles those moments says everything. Michael handled them with professionalism and honesty. Instead of trying to shift blame or tell me what I wanted to hear, he kept it real. On top of that, he still worked hard to get me the best price he could. Even with everything going on, he stayed focused on making the deal make sense for me. He didn’t give up, even when it would’ve been easier to let it go. He kept pushing forward and stayed committed. That’s what going above and beyond looks like. Not everything was perfect, but Michael’s effort was. He controlled what he could control. He stayed respectful, upfront, and hardworking throughout the entire process. At the end of the day, I walked away appreciating the way he handled things. Honesty matters more than perfection. Michael didn’t lie to me, didn’t mislead me, and didn’t try to hide dealership limitations. He did the best he could with what he had, and that’s all you can ask for. I’d recommend Michael Blackwell to anyone looking to buy a car. He works hard, stays honest, and doesn’t quit on you when things get complicated. That kind of professionalism is rare, and it deserves recognition.

I had a great experience at Honda Downtown LA. I drove off in a brand-new car that has everything I was looking for. Micheal Blackwell made the process quick and easy and helped me get all the features I didn’t want to compromise on—at a great price. He was also very helpful on getting my things transferred from my old car to the new one, and made the experience a great one. I worked with Oscar regarding selling my vehicle. I was quoted a price and made the trip based on being told it would be honored. When I followed up, the offer changed and I was told they could not honor the original number. That inconsistency cost me time and mileage. I value clear communication and alignment before making a trip, and unfortunately this experience fell short of that expectation.

I have been a Honda customer for the past 10 years. I just returned my lease a got my 4th Honda at the downtown LA dealership. My experience was amazing. We all know how long the process takes with the numbers, paperwork, finance, etc. Oscar and Steve in financing made sure that I was taken care of and made the experience fast and with much ease. I normally go to the Airport Marina dealership where I got my last 3 cars. I will be returning to the downtown LA location moving forward. I highly recommend this location.

Genaro Bravo provided excellent service during a frustrating situation with my vehicle. When my car required recalibration and the process took several hours longer than expected, he stayed professional, calm, and supportive throughout the entire experience. He communicated clearly with me, made sure I understood what was happening, and helped arrange a rental vehicle so I wouldn’t be completely stuck. He went the extra mile by helping me get a complimentary car wash and detail, which I truly appreciated. and a rent as far to even buff some of the scratches out my car, which was like an amazingly dope of a thing to do. I had work obligations and the delay was stressful, but Genaro handled everything with professionalism and respect. His attitude made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend asking for Genaro Bravo if you visit Honda Downtown Los Angeles. He represents excellent customer service and professionalism. Five stars.

I visited Honda of Downtown Los Angeles this past Wednesday and let me tell you I had the most amazing and wholesome experience. Where can I even get started, the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Scotty. Scotty is then man!!! Honestly, Scotty made my experience here amazing. I came here with low hopes of getting a car but, from the first moment all Scotty said was I’m gonna get you in a car today and we’re gonna set you up with a good deal. Little did I know that he was right. He helped me look from different variety of options in the lot. Until I found something nice, economical, and comfortable for its price. Scotty provided us with excellent and outstanding customer service, from bringing us water, coffee, and popcorn to treating me like I was part of his family. I never had an encounter with any sales person than how I did Scotty. Also, the manager which I forgot his name but sealed the deal with Scotty was a big help by setting us up with a good price and deal for the vehicle we purchased. Therefore, if you’re looking to purchase a car soon, you have to come here and look for Scotty. I will assure you, you’ll leave with a car that’ll you’ll love for a ln outstanding price! I purchased my first 2020 Honda Accord two years ago at Sierra Honda after the purchase I went back do maintenance on the car and the service was not great. I decided to change to Honda Downtown Los Angeles to continue my oil change every 3 months on my car. Every time I went the Honda team had an amazing customer service I decided to trade in my Honda Accord due to personal health issues. I’m very happy with the decision I made Ivan was my sales person he went above and beyond to help me get the car that I wanted and also Miguel the manager did an amazing job to help me as well. Thank you Honda Team for not giving up the 7 1/2 hrs I was there I’m very happy with my Brand New 2026 Honda HR-V.

I bought a car on November 30th 2025. I was helped out by Oscar Castaneda. I was a first time buyer and went to a few places where I was told No but then I went to Oscar and he told me yes. 10/18/25 I love my new car. Of course, it has it's pros and cons, but overall it's great. The salesman Josué was awesome. I would recommend others to see at Honda Downtown L.A. it was a necessity to buy a new car. So, I spoke to a friend and my mechanic on recommendations. They said either Toyota Rav4 or Honda CRV. My daughter read the comments vs one or the other and Honda won. But, I got the HR-V instead. This one was the only one with leather seats, that I saw. I had to have leather seats and my sister spotted this one. Yes, I had to pay a little more than I wanted to. But, it was worth it. Thanks, Josué for giving me an awesome experience. Tee
