Robert and his crew are outstanding gentlemen. I have been going to them for my AC on and off since 2019 and they never disappoint. Fast service and very reasonable prices.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If I could put 0 stars I would. Brought my 2020 Dodge Charger scat pack in for body work and some suspension after an accident where my rear passenger side was hit. Took about a month for them to even touch my car besides waiting a couple months before they even took it in. Picking up my car I came to realize the wait was the least of my concerns. To start off I pick up my car on a rainy day after the pickup day gets rescheduled about 4 times. Long story short I go over a few flaws in their work which I didn’t pay much mind to since I’m a business owner as well and didn’t want to give them a hard time. I left with half my deductible back to make up for my torn up side pillars and loose rear view mirror panel which I wasn’t too upset about. Few minutes after driving off my wife noticed a loud screeching sound coming from my wheel. I turn back around , have my family waiting out in the rain while they bend the brake dust cover back into place. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve had my car back and i started to hear a pound clunk when accelerating and braking. Went to a reputable shop nearby where they have been performing oil changes on my vehicle with zero issues and asked if they could put it on the lift to narrow down my problem. Turns out I got the AUTOZONE SPECIAL on my charger scat pack, $80 control arms and $100 axle installed on a performance v8 car. The control arm rubs on the axle and the axle is leaking grease . Called the shop and told them what was going on and explained my whole situation to the person who answered the phone then the “owners son” gets on the phone call and is a complete A Hole. Don’t deal with these clowns , at this point I’d rather take my vehicle else where and I’m paying $1,900.00 out of pocket to get repairs that should have been done correctly at D & R.<br><br>I’ll include photos of their work as well along.<br>My doors that were replaced look like they are open when shut and I never complained about that as well.
Took my 97 F150 truck for AC service and was out in 15 minutes. Quick service, no hassle. They don't play games and are very knowledgeable. Other reviewers had mentioned Robert and Rafa, whom I met and found to be very friendly and helpful individuals. Great job guys.<br><br>I would recommend them

Very knowledgeable and helpful. From the owner to the technicians. Clean well organized shop. Top of the line diagnostic equipment. I had some complicated issues with my vehicle and they didn't try to rush anything or upsell me on anything I didn't need.<br><br>Bottom line, they are a straight forward well managed shop.
Robert & Rafa are THE BEST!!! They always make me feel welcomed when I go to their shop, they are friendly and helpful when it comes to servicing my trucks and doing the Smog Check. They are fast and reliable I been bringing my trucks with them over 6 years and not one single time they have disappointed me! I will continue to have them as my first choice.
Went to see if he would check and fix problem, had no time for me.. Said to leave car for 4 hrs and leave.. He didn't even look at my car. Not professional at all..
I do not recommend it at all, I took my truck to the check of lights and brakes they told me that everything was fine and after a month I almost had an accident on the Freeway because the brakes were in bad condition.
