I just paid five hundred dollars To have my scooter fix here My Scooter has no power They put the wrong belt I'm not gonna even bother asking for a refund. I have autism and ADHD I took my scooter to another shop And I was told everything they did to my scooter in this place was garbage
Ordered 2 bike covers, was told $250 delivered. I paid them and then they want an additional $150 for insurance, which was not told to me until a week after I paid them the $250 so, I asked for a refund, they refuse to give me my money back. I'm a Vietnam vet and living day to day with the money I receive for retirement. $250 might not seem like much but when your poor and have to save up for a long time to have $250 that I can spend. I've pleaded with them for ether $$ back or send me the covers. All I hear back from them is that it's on hold. Do the right thing!
Great local motorcycle parts and mechanic shop. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable regarding parts. In the past, I've also purchased tires from them and had them install them.
The absolute best place for all your motorcycle needs. Need a random main jet for your carb? No need to fear they are here. Tons of different size jets to choose from. No hassle or confusion. The only shop I'll go to for all my motorcycle parts and accessories.

Johnny and Demetrio are my guys they do great work, and prices are fair. All these folks complaining are a bunch of cheapskates trying to nickel and dime their way through life. Take your garbage bikes to the dealers, and I bet you'll be back! lol ? No one else touches my bikes, but these guys... 2015 Suzuki Hayabusa, 2020 Harley Davidson Roadglide special, and 2019 Harley Davidson Roadking special.
John and his crew have always done quality work. For the past 30 years I've taken him Honda, Yamaha and HD custom and every time the bikes run excellent.
I always get excellent service, they go above and beyond to help me resolve any issue and never disappointed. They also get the parts for you if they don't have them in stock and know their MOTORCYCLES for sure!!! Good spot, good rates and good people!! Thanks for fixing my bike when I can't
Love this place! I took my bike in for several issues including engine kept shutting off. Despite having over 79,000 miles on my bike, Cycle Parts got my bike running like new again. Thanks guys, I would recommend this place to any rider
This place is great. The staff is always on it. I am sure if you come here you appreciate their prompt service. It's a very convenient location. Close to three main highways, it's easy access for most motorcycle related needs.
Unorganized, they change prices after giving verbal over phone. Parts ordered aren't there when specified was going to be there, they try sell you stuff you didn't order. Certain parts from bike end up lost after work is done. Not too careful when working on wheels, found nicks after bearings were replaced. Most of workers are cool peep but shop work ethic needs upgrad.
They said the turn over on the bike I dropped off was going to be less than a week. They kept it for over 5 months. They "lost" parts, kept giving me excuses after excuses.
When I finally got it, it was dusty, parts I had originally on were replace for after market parts. They can't work on a simple sport bike without stealing parts from it. To top it off, it came back with sun damage and super dusty. It was clearly left outside.
Don't trust them with your bike.
Worst mistake I did, I don't trust their work enough to ride it again.
I've been bringing my bikes here since the 80's it's hard to find ""(HONEST)"" and affordable mechanics, this place has that and they really do a great job on top of that.. I highly recommend this place ???
Great service, very knowledgeable people who are willing to share information even if your not going to have work done by them. I'm pretty knowledgeable in motorcycle machanics but dont always have the answer, thats where i look to cycle parts to back up my conclusions. In return i by all my parts from them.
They offer great affordable pricing and dont try to gouge you at every turn. Not a very large shop nor does it have the appeal of say cycle gear but ill trade appeal any day for place that gets down and dirty when it come to wrenching on my girl.
From parts to used motorcycles sales, cycle parts does it all. I highly recommend them.
Blew a tire on the 10. Quickly searched shops. This was my first call and they took me right in. Great group here and willing to help. Highly recommend and not just in emergency situations.

They're alright pretty fair prices.. but that fat Mexican guy at the front desk is not very helpful at all you absolutely gotta make sure you know what you're talking about and what you're buying because that fool will not tell you otherwise just to make the sale he will let you buy whatever you want
Prices are OK and they do good work but honesty isn't their strong point. When I took my motorcycle there to have some repair done from an accident. I discovered that they was charging the insurance company over $3,000 and the work (parts & Labor) was just a little more than $1,900. Even thou it was the other persons insurance I just wondered why did they try and hide it and all of the past services I did with them did they ever over charge me?
Used to be my go to shop until... Not having the appropriate funds to cover a new battery i asked Jonny the store owners son to see if he has a used battery to get the bike going at least for now and he f×÷king jokes about if i want to sell my bike because im just putting a used battery in . WHAT AN ASS, didnt even ask why, just continued to joke on. Then he says after me telling my situation that he's going to give me a discounted price on a battery, i say ok and wait. I was furious to hear him say that he has a battery at $80, this was the same battery that one week prior was only $70 when i asked another store associate at this same location. Also i might add that almost all other retailers sell this same battery for $20 less . I thought by talking to Jonny i might get treated right but today he showed his true colors, green like the money hos shop will try to swindle from you!!! Customer beware; Dirty shop , scattered parts and pieces and service that will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. BY THE WAY, I WANNA GIVE A SHOT OUT TO THE MAIN MAN WAYNE WHO IS PURSUING HIS CAREER IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. HE WAS THE BEST THAT STORE HAD AS HE KNEW THE PARTS AND TREATED THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT, FAR BETTER JOB THEN ANY POS THAT WORKS THEIR!
I had a motorcycle that would not start. Two other shops failed to solve the problem. Cycle Parts welcomed the challenge and had the bike purring like a kitten in less than 2 days, and at a very fair cost. I think they are great. Gary in San Gabriel
Had my Chain and Sprockets changed here, got a significantly better deal ($75-150) then almost everywhere else I called in LA and they did a quick and fantastic job.
Best shop I've been to so far, very relaxed, informative, good fair prices. If you in a hurry, don't come here because they're always busy but the get the job done. I highly recommend this shop.
Took my bike in to have the carbs cleaned. They were fast and cheap. Friendly and easy to work with, will be taking my bike there in the future. THANK YOU
