This shop literally saved my life. If you need reliable repairs within a good time frame with a fair price, this is the place to go. I arrived early both times to drop off and pick up my vehicle, and he'd show up within minutes of me texting. He kept me up to date on the parts ordered and the repair status, and was considerate enough to offer other options when available. He always responds, even on holidays. I can definitely feel my car running better than before. I will only be going here for any auto issues. Much thanks to John & his brother!

I just wanted to say thank you to Brother John and JC's Auto. When you want quick- QUALITY work, this is the spot. My Grandma was very old school and had a hard time trusting people, INCLUDING ME! She'd rather do it herself. But when it came to auto mechanics, she DID trust John. Any of the family had car troubles, first person she would mention was him. I had a great experience with JC. My BMW was acting up and wouldn’t pass smog, and he really took care of it like it was his own. he diagnosed everything quick, kept it honest with me, and got my car back up and running way smoother than before. Super easy, super solid guy. Would definitely go back to him when i need more work done! 10/10!

Hey guys! This place is the best! I promise you! He knows he's stuff. The best mechanic there is! Are there any problems with the car? He got you! He can help you modify the car! If you want a Tokyo Fast & Furious car! He got you! He can modify the shit of any car! He has fixed the majority of my cars. He is really great, and he offers good prices too. He takes care of your cars like his own baby car!

John is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever had. Always shoots straight and is very to the point. Efficient and gets my car back and running no matter the repair. Does brakes quick too! My 07 corolla would be dead without this dude. New location is awesome for those who work at USC too!

I don't really trust mechanics. I use to work on my own cars but I had a work needed to be done which I couldn't fix myself. I contacted John that I needed a job done and he told me to bring it to check and when I got there he inspect it and told me he could have it done and ready by the next morning. As he said it, it was done. Honest mechanic highly recommended.

2018 BMW. Major coolant leak. Faulty design. John did an excellent job on the repairs at a fair price. Used all BMW parts. Don't let the location throw you off. I've found a trusted mechanic near DTLA.

John is great to work with! He really gives the best price. He helped replace my front bumper at the best price and it looks very good! I went to other sources quotes but found they were much pricier. John is alot more honest and also cares about the quality of the work he does. Def recommend going here

I appreciate John taking the time to take a look at my vehicle and after multiple indicators light on my dashboard came on. At first he said he’d be able to fix the problem for the engine light and I okayed it. Ten minutes later, he called back saying that my car is fine and it didn’t require the engine fix that we initially talked about. He worked his magic and reset the vehicle. He was honest and explain that the car have sensor issues that would required additional work but since I’m not from the area, I should get it fix back home and not to freak out if the lights come back on while driving. I’m glad to have that piece of mind that I can safely drive my vehicle 300+ miles back home. He didn’t require any monetary compensation, so again, I appreciate their time and honesty!

I had an excellent experience at JC Auto Repair! John was amazing from start to finish. He originally told me the brakes and oil change would take about 2 hours, but he finished everything in just 1 hour he also took the time to check the back brakes for me —super efficient and respectful of my time. What I really appreciated was his honesty and transparency. I brought in my own parts, and oil he even sent me videos of each part being installed so I could see that the exact ones I provided were used. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. I just moved to LA and unfortunately my car broke down. I called JC Auto and I was able to take it in same day. John's prices are great and he was extremely quick with it. In addition he fixed my driver side door that had issues without charge. This was one of the best experiences with a mechanic I could have had moving to a new city. This is my second time going to John and man can this guy work magic. I have an older truck that came with a mismatched brake system, worn out rotors, leaks and cracks every where. John found all the parts despite the parts being discontinued and installed them in a flash. Recently he fixed my ball joints and a warped control arm. My truck was undrivable and the tire was leaning into its side. And in two days, everything was ready. John is really the man and he sends updates on repairs with video evidence and recommendations. 5/5 stars this guy can do it all

John can do it all when it comes to automotive repairs. His prices have always been reasonable. He is also very accommodating. What I like about bringing our cars to John for services is that he gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommended.

John is an absolute professional. He is amazing at what he does and is extremely fast. He’s always communicating about what is being done and even sends videos to show progress as he does it. I’ve never met a mechanic who is so honest about his work in that way. He’s also super knowledgeable and educates me a lot on the maintenance needed of my car. He’s been the only mechanic I’ve gone to since I first trusted him with my car last year. Just recently he helped me with my girlfriend’s BMW and he did an immaculate job. I’ve been searching for a go-to mechanic for a while instead of calling a million different places, and I’m honestly so happy with the service I get every single time I go to John. He’s very reasonable with pricing, quick with the work, and genuinely ethical—he even sends before and after pictures so you know exactly what’s been done. He’s helped me with shocks and struts, spark plugs, engine coolant, and transmission fluid changes. If your car needs anything, I highly recommend him!

John is an excellent mechanic!! First time going to him and he will now be my and my family's personal mechanic from now on! He replaced all the struts on my Son's Jeep as well as fixed his Coolant and Brake leak and oil pan leak.... He sent videos and explained what was being replaced and what damages he seen. John is an amazing mechanic! He is a hard worker and dependable guy. He rebuild my steering from the ground up changing two axels and four disks (two drums) and even though there was a misunderstanding on the price tag, he worked with me to a fair and honest price to make me happy!! John who runs the shop is amazing!! He did such a beautiful job fixing my classic ‘79 Toyota Pickup after a bad fender bender that crumpled the front end. He got everything in the car straight again (including the frame), he did it fast, and he gave me SUCH a reasonable rate. I will never go anywhere else again! John was incredibly helpful, honest, and dependable. He was very transparent with communicating areas of concern and did an excellent job helping me fix my car. He even detailed every step he would take and went as far as to send updates/ videos of the progress of my car. I know many mechanics out there that milk you for your money, but John is far from that. You can tell he cares about his work, but he cares about the needs of his customer more.
