Bought a motor from them with a warranty. Come to find out the motor was shot/didn’t work. I went back to claim the warranty, they refused to honor it. Save your money/time, don’t come here if you value a business keeping it’s word/promise.

This business say they’ve a part that I was looking for, they gave a price and told me that I can pick it up today. I called them today to confirm before going and now they don’t have it, they pretend that they never say anything and they said they know someone who does have it for almost doble the price.

Very rude people! You can say exactly the same in a respectful and polite way. There is not need to be rude! Nether to hang up to a polite customer.
