Friendly staff, great customer service.

I came in earlier today in the morning bought some snow chains for my truck unfortunately the chains I bought snapped on me. Thankfully when I came back to present my issue to the store Jesus greeted me and helped me out. He was so helpful and polite that I received my refund. Thank you Jesus I will definitely give this guy top tier customer service.

I used to like this O’Reilly Auto Parts store because of how helpful and respectful the employees usually are but lately I’ve been having poor experiences due to an employee. This employee often makes overbearing and unsolicited suggestions about what customers should do with their vehicles, which feels unprofessional and intrusive. Yesterday (01/19/25), at around 6 PM-7 PM, this same employee behaved inappropriately by connecting his phone to the store's speakers and playing what sounded like corn while showing it to another employee. I didn’t catch his name because I try to avoid him whenever possible but he is about 5’5”, has straight combed back hair, and a tan complexion. I recommend considering a different location or steering clear of this employee. 01/25/25 I tried posting this review on 01/20/25 but it's not working so I edited the original in hopes that it does post.

I stopped by O'Reilly's to pick-up some filters and I was helped by Ms. Alexandra who looked up my account and previous purchases for my car. She also graciously offered to help me install the cabin filter. Although it was very complicated due to the model she swiftly took on the challenge. I want to encourage management to thank Ms. Alexandra on my behalf for the excellent customer service I received today. Ms. Alexandra was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and was able to problem solve all the way through the complicated cabin filter install. Thank you Ms. Alexandra for your invaluable time and help today, I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Because of your assistance today, I’ll be stopping by this particular store for future filters and fluids for my car.

I went in today and Alexandria was such a great help. Didn't hesitate to assist me. I will definitely continue to go here.

A+ to Francisco and Manuel. I came in cause I my civic alternator was bad. I changed it in the parking lot, Francisco was ready and made it easy to exchange under warranty. Manuel helped with the testing and gave A+ customer service.

Staff is friendly, they usually have what I need or will order it, and the prices are fair. It's a big store and I've never had an issue with parking either.

Just bought needed power steering fluid. Ask cashier if he can show me where the location to put fluid saw many workers. He said look it up on your phone didn't have my phone.No Rally customer service. No big deal. What is their jobs there.

Spent $111.00 and asked for help to replace my expensive wipers! I asked the cashier for help and she made a comment like she was laughing at me that I couldn't replace windshield wipers. She said go outside I'll send someone! Waited outside for like 15 mins. The cashier wouldn't ask me if I still needed help so I told her where's the employee that suppose to help me! She said we are busy ok I'll wait outside waited another 1/2 hour no one came had to look at you tube to replace my wipers should have done that since the get go. You want horrible service you definitely need to go there???????

Great people/workers. They are ready to help anyone out, in anyway way once you have stepped foot inside the door. I bought anti-freeze and the workers all scrambled trying to help me and put the anti-freeze in my spare reserve tank.

Rude workers and bad customer service don't waste your time go to autozone were they are best at autoparts and service!! They enjoy helping rather than turning you down for no reason not helpfull at all, useless individuals & just want easy money at work .

These folks are not to bright Store Manager Mario is uptight Nina, nice but know nothing and Lupita cannot even move without and Mario or Nina not a professional or very knowledgeable group of folks at this store

Bad customer service. I called in advance to order an OEM sensor I saw online. They told me they'd have it in by 2:05pm... When I show up, they show me an after market sensor and tell me it's better because it has lifetime warranty and cost less... I had to walk out empty handed. If you don't have the part just say so. This is why they wish they were autozone so bad.

Went in there to get a deal on oil but apparently there aren’t any deals. I got a micro guard filter that was 13 dollars and when I asked if it was the cheapest the guy said yes. He was lying through his teeth because I got an email saying how was your wix filter? They sell you expensive parts and give you the cheapest in order to get sales. Never going there again I’m going to Walmart next time for sure!

Prices and customer service are both better than Autozone just down the street. Plus they're open later and the store is 3 times the size. Except for the service center, Pep Boys down the street is gone, so if in the area this is the best bet in my opinion.

Eduardo Is a very good worker, the week before I went here someone helped me and they said nothing was wrong with my car. Today I went to here to see what was wrong with my car because the check engine line was on and he took the time to help me with my car and find out what was wrong with it he even fixed it. Eduardo needs a raise and promotion

O'Reilly is always good and have good customer service but sometimes there's many people behind the store and thest saw you waiting to pay and they don't help you.. but other then that yeah .. they're helping you with all our needs on auto parts

I went this morning to get Power steering for my car. So when I walk in there was no greeting. So I was standing in line there was 2 cashier girls not doing. They did not have the courtesy to ask if I needed help. Until a guy came to help me. Those kind of employees make the company look bad.

How many employees does it take to look for a pair of low beam bulbs? 3. And then they realize they've been robbed and inventory doesn't match stock. Avoid, go to auto zone down the street its cheaper and the employees at least somewhat care.

I gave them three stars excellent service employees are really nice and helpful. The only problem I have is I took my brake booster in and now they can't find it and I paid life time warranty. The same thing happened with my fuel pump they couldn't find it they told me it wasn't there part. After three days of back and forth they found my part in the system and then I was able to swap it out finally.

My local auto part store. The workers are a healthy mix of fun, friendly and blahs. Best to shop around or come in and let them find the part for you.

It's decent. I'm not sure I've ever loved that parking or other businesses around it, but the actual place is kept clean on the inside and people try to be helpful.

Waiting in line one guy in front of me they had 2 customer representatives helping people a lady and one young guy when the guy was done with a customer this guy who was not in line goes up to the guy and put the stuff down that he's going to purchase knowing people are in line waiting. Sorry this is not good customer service. I have been a longtime customer of O'REILLY (NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION)

I am so thankful to Mario at this location for his generosity and honesty. I been buying parts for my car from here. he always suggests best things and options and always ready to give the best price possible. very friendly staff and super location with things in stock always. thanks Mario for your generosity.

Osbaldo was the name of the man that helped us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I do not live in the area but, if I’m around here again, I would most definitely prefer to come here that the one near my home.

Good and quick service, very helpful and they seem to take their time. I went in Sunday morning and they help me big time and even suggestions better options.
