There is a young man there that "manages" the recycling and he is very rude and have has a lazy attitude. His work ethics and commentary is degrading and demeaning. We have dealt with him twice and both times he has been rude and spoken to us with a rude attitude on the hours that the location is open or closed. Today I showed up to recycle and it was 11:45 am he told me: "I am full, and I am closing at 12:30. I might be ok between 2 and 3 pm. Come back later, but for sure I am closing at 12:30 pm. Check the website." But he said it rudely and pointed harshly at his phone emphasizing his point of checking the website. So I did and now I am stating a comment on this situation. Hoping the company reads this and gives him a statement on his behavior. Thank you for understanding.

CLOSES at 3:30 p.m. I watched 4 people (who arrived between 3:25 and 3:40 p.m.) get turned away--told to come back tomorrow. The guy was working alone and it looked like a lot of cans and bottles were backed up, but he said it always closes at 3:30 p.m. I told him the website said 4 and another person told him that Google was wrong then. Some employees are much nicer than others. Parking is good and the location is very convenient. Glad they are here in ER.

My son & I took his recyclables here a few weeks ago, it was busy but the 2 workers were moving things along efficiently. I don’t know why some posts say they’re rude or anything. I think they are working fast trying to keep things moving, so they don’t like to hold up everyone because of unsorted cans and bottles. Go to the side and do that.

This is the 2nd time I came here. And it was closed. If you are going to close early, change your hours on the site. I drove out here from Rosemead and, again, wasted my time and gas. How are you running business here with incorrect hours?

The recycling handlers are rude and discrimanatory. They even threaten me to go away. The place is open and I did not do anything wrongful and illegal. They do.

It sits on the top side part of the parking lot where Macy's was. The gentleman are helpful when asked. Sometimes you have a line but it goes fast. Lot's of parking, keep an eye out for broken glass when you park. They don't always have time to clean it up when they are busy.

It was great formerly, now it is one of the cheapest recycling. Closes early because nobody wants to go there.

Opens when they want too never opens on time 8am or never shows up a shittie way to run a business

The place is good to recycle plastic bottles, cans and glass bottles. They only accept clear plastic bottles. They don't take milk jugs or refillable water store jugs. It is located on the second floor outdoor parking area by Macy's at the Eagle Rock Plaza.

I was afraid there would be a long line but it was quick & easy. We dumped our cans & bottles in the provided containers then brought them to be weighed. One major plus side is, unlike those by supermarkets where you have to go in to the store to cash out the ticket, they pay cash on the spot.

I brought my recyclables that are sorted out already. It was my first time here and I was super surprised that two young men just stood there and watched me filling the containers in pouring rain but didn't move a finger to help.. I really can do things by myself but ...this attitude shows that they hate what they do...very disappointing, bad for the business. I will always go back to the other place from now on...

Great recycling place. The worker that has been there for long is very kind. Not sure what his name is though.

I was at the Pavillions, 8969 Santa Monica Blvd. West Hollywood, location today. Real bad attitude from 'Henry' who was working there. I asked for his help to move a bin and basket because I had no gloves. His exact words were 'You have hands move them yourself'. No manners. Bad attitude. Freddy who is normally there is friendly and polite. Staff like Henry are bad for your business and get you 1 star reviews.

As others have stated these guys are the best. Very fast and convenient.

You do not get a printout of the transaction and you do not really get to know what is the price and how much you suppose to get

I came here on a Saturday and there was no line and took 2 mins to finish up my recycles.

One of the best places in the area to take your recyclables. The 2 young guys working here mean business, you are in and out quickly and they pay better than some other recycling centers.

Easy way to recycle. Sometimes they'll run out of cash if the day is busy so don't put off going there to the end of the day if you can.

This place has horrible customer service. I came to leave my recycling and I parked a little away a pole and they stated they cannot take my recycling because I parked too far. So I brought my recycling to them and they still stated that I parked too far even though my recycling was near the place. Horrible customer service. I would advise anybody to go anywhere except for here.
