Edwin was extremely helpful on the phone and in person about questions I had for a part I was looking for my Mitsubishi Outlander. He was patient and extremely nice definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help and needs a bit of direction when it comes to learning about what parts for your car you need. 10/10! Gabby is an amazing associate here. She made sure I used good quality brands for my Toyota even going as far as ordering items for me to come pick up and just giving me advice. She helped me get my rough running car to idle perfectly smooth and pass smog. Thank you so much, Gabby. She definitely deserves a raise and or promotion if she wants one.

Be prepared to wait. Store is short staffed. It seems that the employees are cold and unwelcoming with a pestered attitude but It's probably because they're being overworked. I noticed as I stood waiting in line and watching everyone. Take care of your employees.
In a time where customer service is considered obsolete for most retail stores, I was blown away by the service I received from Hugo at O'Reily Auto Parts in El Sereno on Saturday, June 14th.
I came in to purchase oil for my Audi 2007 Cabriolet 4.0. I asked Hugo where the oil was, he cheerfully pointed to where the oil was. At the check-out he asked if there was anything else he could do for me, I asked if he had windshield wipers for my make, year and model. He started researching online, found some that were in stock at the store and then offered to put the wipers on while I was there. I said the dealership in LA didn't have them in stock and they didn't research alternate blades but Hugo did.
When we went out to put on the blades, Hugo said it was a little tricky so he suggested we go back into the store and look up some videos on youtube. He spent about 5 minutes researching and found a good instructional site. He got a flathead screwdriver and went back out with one blade to make sure it fit. It was so easy! He put the other one on and I was ecstatic. I was about to leave and he said, "Why don't you turn on the windshield wipers to see if they work? I wouldn't want you to be in the rain and have one of them blow off." Great idea. They worked perfectly!
Then I asked for a trusted mechanic that O'Reily could recommend, and he gave me the name of a shop close by.
I was so happy after I left O'Reily's. If everyone that interfaced with the public was as helpful and pleasant as Hugo, the world would be a much nicer place.

Very impressed with the overall service. Walked in, asked for an obscure part because the car was an older model (2005), told me to wait for a few minutes while they looked for the part in stock. They got the parts.
In and out in less than 5 minutes. That's how I like things done.
The side trim of my 1998 Buick had come off. I know nothing about cars, and have already been taken advantage of by a couple auto repair companies near me in Los Angeles. I asked Horatio at my local O’Reilly’s, what a ballpark cost would be to fix it, and before I knew it, Horatio had assessed the situation and found a way to replace the trim with just manipulating the piece firmly back into place. I gave him the opportunity to charge me for his help, and he graciously refused any remuneration for his efforts. I spoke to the store manager, Jesus, to praise Horatio, and he was friendly and knowledgeable and kind, as well. I now feel confident in asking these gentlemen anything about my car going forward, and I believe their recommendations will be honest and will steer me away from those who want to take advantage of an elderly woman. Thank you, Horatio and Jesus, and O’Reilly’s!!
I have been here twice and the workers were super kind and helpful. The first worker helped me find the correct brake fluids and even poured it in for me. The second worker, Gabriela, helped me find the correct tail light and installed it for me. Thank you both for making car issues less intimidating and scary.
Internet issues as in if you have Verizon not just in this store but seems like the whole block so yes...you will have to go to the counter and ask them for wiper part number, oil filter number. Sometimes you don't want to ask but as many times I have been currently going there, all the staff at the counter are very helpful. They get busy at times, just rememeber everyone is human and just be patient you will receive service with a smile and hopefully they will get you on your way as soon as possible.
Went to buy cheap windshield washer fluids and then found RainX 2 for $7 deal. Store wasn’t crowded and shopping was a breeze. Plenty of parking space. Also used gift card that I found under the seat. Overall, very satified and will visit again.
I’m really disappointed. They use to be more customer friendly before but now the employees at this O’Reilly auto parts have become real self centered and no longer welcome you in the store. Multiple employees on the floor and only one customer being helped at a time, Some on their phones or walking around, others in the back not performing CSR work, and you stand there for minutes at a time just waiting to be helped but the employees just walk right by as if they’re too busy to perform the first task of their job, to tend to the customers first not the product or task given by managers because they’re too lazy. Not even a smile by any employees real gloomy and poor attitudes. No stars here.
I just bought a new Nissan Rogue from Bobby Kwan at O'Reilly Auto Parts. He was patient, honest and really friendly. He made sure I knew everything about my new car before leaving the dealership. I went in to get a bulb replacement for my car. I brought in the bulb that had gone out and after looking on my own I couldn't find what I needed. The person behind the counter immediately helped me find what I needed and showed me that I had actually taken out more than just the bulb and helped me put the new bulb in the little bracket. It was a quick and simple visit which led to a quick and simple fix for my car, and I left very happy.
Came here to pick up some oil and supplies for an oil change. Staff was very friendly and was quick to help had specials and weren't afraid to help out with answering questions that I had. Also gives military discounts.
as a person who can only take care of the basics of personal auto maintenance, the staff here were very helpful and friendly. i highly recommend going here when you need products related to your vehicle.
