I definitely wasn't welcomed there and its in my own neighborhood where I grew up. The guy that worked there was rude. Him and I got into an argument because of his negative energy towards me. The only thing I said to him was this is my 1st time here what do i do? He pointed to the bins and walked into the office...everything just went downhill after that! I prefer to go to a different neighborhood and community than go there if that's the type of service they give...totally unnecessary to argue and I am not the type to have those type of experiences in public places
Dajes: Come for the top-tier CRV prices, stay for the workers who are faster than a pit crew at NASCAR. They are the only ones on E Vernon Ave for a reason—nobody else can compete with this energy! If you aren't recycling here, you’re basically throwing money into the wind. 💸
As A Local, Dajes Recycling On East Vernon (Between Wall St & San Pedro Pl) Is Incredibly Convenient. It Closes Later Than Any Other Recycling Center On Avalon Or Central Ave - 7pm On Weekdays And 4pm On Sundays! Highly Recommend For Its Convenient Hours And Location.
Since Atlas closed, I needed a new recycling center. Dajes Recycling is my go-to spot because they respect my time. Since Atlas Recycling closed near alameda,I needed a new place to recycle from Compton, and I was worried about the extra drive. But Dajes is so efficient that I'm in and out faster than I ever was at Atlas! Their prices for CRV beverage bottles are excellent, and I really appreciate that they buy copper. Plus, being open until 7 PM is super convenient. Even though I drive from Compton, it's worth it for the better prices and hours. The layout is well-organized, with clear signage and designated areas for different materials. The lines move quickly but The drive from Compton is worth it, even if I have to dodge rogue shopping carts and explain to my GPS that 'yes, I reallywant to go to a recycling center.' Highly recommend – Just don't tell everyone, or the lines will get even longer!
Dejas recycling center is a go to place to take your recycling.. they give you the top dollar I truly recommend any body who wants that little extra cash in there pocket give it a try I recommend 10 out of 10.
I give Dajez Recycling Center five stars because every time I go, the workers treat me with respect and get the job done fast. They really know their stuff and make recycling simple. Plus, their prices are the best you’ll find around South Central. If you haven’t been there yet, you should definitely check them out.

I like it this recycling place. Brought in a lot of stuff didn't even know you could recycle. And the guys their was very polite and helpful. I will be coming here from here on out.

I approve and recommend Deja’s Recycling so very much!!! Seems like a dad and son duo and they were super friendly and a very clean easy in & out location.
They are also opening later than most recycling centers which is great for procrastinators like myself. If you need a new local recycling center, these are your people!!!!
I love coming to this place for each time i recycle. I never feel like I am shortchanged and always have been given more than I thought i had to recycle. Here is the place to go for your recyclables for sure!

Dajes recycling center has very great service , your in and out it’s a very spacious place . They help you unload , BEST paying recycling center in the area . Very polite and respectful.
I’ve been coming to this recycling center since it opened and it’s a true gem, the facility is spotless and well organized, the owners and staff are also friendly and helpful, the rates are fair and the whole experience is always positive! It is also convenient with its late hours and ample parking, I highly recommend this place! A+
