This place is no good for anything past a nail in your tire. I don't recommend pep boys stay away.they seem friendly at first only to scam you and not fix your issue you brought it in for. I had a very bad experience with pep boys and not to mention with corporate. They don't care if u express you bad experience. They just try to word some fancy sentences to you to make it seem like you r wrong. I recommend you stay away from pep boys.

Fabiola is always so helpful and explains details about the service given and needed. The booking for an appointment is super easy and fast. While your vehicle is being serviced you get detailed notifications about the process.

Great experience. I came in because I had a nail in my tire and Horlando took great care in explaining the entire process. I was able to get a tire repair and not replacementand go in my way. For a reference, my car is a Mazda CX 5 2025

Professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly. I walked in without an appointment. One of my tires had a nail and Costco referred me to Pep Boys. It was assessed that my tire could not be patched. I ordered the same tire that morning and by late afternoon, I was able to drive home with a new tire!

Great experience! Thanks Vinny. They offer free break inspections, alignment inspections and more. Very friendly team. Have done oil changes here before and also my thermostat replaced they are good at what they do.

I gave it 5 stars because the mechanics and staff were professional. I went in for an oil change, and they pointed out that my tires were completely bald with the wire showing and needed to be replaced. They were really looking out for their customers.

Had my oil change done today by pep boys in Atlantic blvd , city of commerce. Worst decision ever made, their tech made a huge mistake by extra tightening the oil filter which caused the seal to break and leak oil all over my fan Assembly , serpentine belt and a/c compressor.I only noticed because I smell oil burning so I pop by hood open to find oil all over my engine bey and floor . I called them immediately hoping they will help me tow my vehicle back to Pepboys , but they left me on hold for over an hour , i request for a supervisor but she or he never came to the phone . When I finally got a hold of someone in the service department , they suggested for me to drive my car back to them, after I explain what happened and advise them that my vehicle was not drivable . I requested a tow service from them to help me bring my vehicle back to Pepboys but I kept being put on hold and no one in customer service or the service department help me . I had to call my roadside service to get my vehicle back to Pepboys store. Upon my arrival a female supervisor from the service department call and ask me what happen because she remember I was there a few hours earlier getting my oil change done , I told her what happened and she immediately walk back to talk to her technician and they started to look at my vehicle , after a few minutes a crowd of technicians and the female supervisor were inspecting my vehicle , I can see they laughed with in each other not sure why they were laughing but to me it was nothing funny about their mistake and poor work ethic. I’ve been a customer for years always trusted Pepboys for any service to my vehicles , I was upset and disappointed and frustrated . I suffered from high blood pressure, nobody should feel or be upset when getting a simple oil change done at your local auto repair shop .

We ran over a drill bit during a long drive and had a flat the evening before Thanksgiving. The crew here was friendly, very helpful, and helped us get back on the road shockingly fast. There’s also an incredible taco stand down the block which definitely made the wait (which wasn’t even long enough for two rounds at the taco place) more palatable.

When I drove a flat tire Car to the shop was 4:30pm, and they close at 5pm, and they had unfinished cars to work on, but when they knew I am living far away they let my car get fixed in the next one and half hour. They were not only replaced the tire but also repaired the damaged rim without extra charge, it was really a very good feeling to be helped there

Appointment tip - When you call to schedule one, you'll be talking to their national call center. BUTask to be directed to someone at the location you're going to. IF you don't, they may not have your appointment or overbooked to help. I ended driving a half hour but they couldn't accept me. Giving it 2 stars because the manager at the location explained what happened.

Great morning crew. They really care about their clientele and the way time was not long at all!

I had my tires delivered there. The sales rep claims that the tires were not. It was not until I open an investigation and 5 days later the tires magically appeared at that same location. I had plans and thanks to these guys there those plans were called .

Vinny, Adrian and Fabiola got me in super quick to patch a tire for a trip. Super helpful. Great service.

Booked an appointment over phone, and right after I hung up I got a notification that it had been cancelled. Then, I booked an appointment online, and it was also immediately cancelled. Called back to ask why they were cancelled, and they told me that I didn't need an appointment and I should just come in. Went in, they said it was at least a 3 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment and come back later, they said they don't take appointments... Otherwise, the staff was nice.

Came here with noise issues under car.they inspected claimed I had to change the struts.lower control arm.sway bar links.oil change to get rid of noise..upon pick up as soon as u drove off still noise. Came back to try and resolve but they are giving me the run around.i have an appoinment for 8 show up at 8 but still have to wait for walk ins to get done before I am serviced.my first appoinment was at 530 and the system automatically changed it to 1 without informing me..thus is my first time in years taking my car to a mechanic place and was not a good experience .not yo mention the guy in front is not good at customer service ..

They rescued us when my breaks suddenly started grinding, and very quickly getting worse, and we were headed back home from out of town. And they did it even though it was pretty close to closing time, and they didn't have a lot of staff to take care of it. They still squeezed us in, and even worked with us on the price! I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience here!

I’ve booked appointments online like four or five times and every time they tell me either that they don’t have a record of it or that they just moved the appointment by multiple hours without notifying me regardless of if I have a confirmation email. Only go here if you have 6-10 hours free to kill.

The service manager Fabiola is fabulous and very professional! I called in need of an oil change, even though they were busy as can be. She brought me in and had my vehicle serviced and ready in no time. Hats off to her and team of technicians.

Great experience! Very friendly and helpful crew/staff. Had a bad flat with a nail that wrecked my tire and they were able to take my car in and get it fixed and replace the tire in a quick and timely manner. Always happy with all the work done here.

My sister helped me schedule an appointment through phone call. The guy on the other line was really rude and dismissive. She scheduled it for 1 pm. All he said was “ok” and immediately hung up. Next day I come in to get my car fixed and a different guy at the desk said they didn’t have an appointment for me at 1. The guy on the phone didn’t even set it up. They also don’t have an actual store you can walk into and shop in like it shows in the google photos. It shut down. All that’s left running is the auto repair section and a small parking lot. Change the details of your location on your google page. They’re inaccurate and wasted my time

I always happy yesterday I have to take my car to check my tire and I was taking care in 5 minutes they took my car and install my tire in 15 minutes I appreciate the professionalism of the employees

The price was actually lower than anticipated because the coordinator went so far as to add free installation that I had missed on the website for the booking. The work was done in the shortest estimate of time which was more than acceptable. Thank you for the prompt service and courtesy

Expect a long wait, even with an appointment. I waited over 2 hours to get new tires installed on a Monday afternoon. Service was competent but far too slow.

The cashier, Fabi, was very pleasant and helpful. She is knowledgeable of their services and pricing. The other shop workers are equally great and they worked fast. My 4 wheels/tire change and wheel alignment was done in less than an hour. More power Pepboys and Peplady Fabi!

Terrible service. Was driving around for about 30mins trying to find any tire shop to patch my front tire because of a screw. I noticed the Pep Boys on Atlantic is East Los Angeles CA was open with only 1 car in the bay. I walked in the shop was greeted immediately by a female worker (didn't catch her name) she asked what I needed told her I need to patch my front tire and all she said was "sorry we don't have any time for anymore customers today because we close at 4." Keep in mind they had 1 customer in the lobby who's car was already lifted and being worked on. I told her no worries and walked out. The moment I stepped out the door I looked at the time and it was 3:21... I doubt a patch job wouldve taken them up until 4pm. Don't know if I'll ever be coming to this specific location. Pep boys is usually great, how unfortunate that you turn away good business on a slow day.

Got in and spoke to the female at the front she got me my brakes quick and with out any hassle. I got lifetime warranty on the breaks I bought but I guess it’s at every place that they do this. But mainly the Service was good can’t complain at all with my first experience at pep boys ??

Excelent service by Arturo, the parts specialist. He was able to identify the part I needed from a few pictures I had taken of my broken truck. He provided me the correct part and recomended the esential tool needed to do the repairs. I will recommend to all my friends. Ask for Arturo.
