AGC Collision has been my go-to for any collision-related issues, and they consistently deliver exceptional work. I’ve had my Tesla repaired here twice, and both experiences were excellent. The team at AGC Collision Center is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the customer experience. I want to specifically shout out Arianna — she is always on top of everything, incredibly patient, and very attentive. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. The repairs were done with great quality and attention to detail. I really appreciate the level of communication and care. Highly recommend AGC Collision Center, especially if you’re a Tesla owner.

Completely disappointed with this auto body shop. My car was dropped off on November 24 and I didn’t get it back until January 14. During this time, I experienced constant misinformation and misleading statements from the staff. They repeatedly claimed that the insurance had already approved everything. The staff pressured me to sign documents, as if threatening that my car would remain in repair until February if I didn’t comply. When my insurance agent called the shop, they were also given false information. The repair estimate kept changing — from $4,700 to $10,500, and finally $11,000. When I asked to pick up my car before repairs were completed (because the insurance was still pending), they tried to charge me nearly $4,000 — $3,500 for storage for just two weeks plus $500 for reassembling the car after taking it apart. I did not pay this, as it was completely unreasonable. Regarding the deductible, they initially insisted that I pay the $1,000 only in cash, claiming it was the only way they could process it. I was able to arrange to pay by card, but had to pay an extra 3% fee. And then came the final straw: they overinflated my tires. My car requires 42 PSI, but they inflated them to 50 PSI. This is unsafe, causes faster tire wear, and reduces road grip. When I pointed it out, they insisted that it was normal. I didn’t argue further but corrected it myself after leaving. Overall, this shop cannot be trusted. Their behavior was unprofessional, misleading, and unsafe. I will never go back, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This was by far the worst car collision repair experience. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is a volvo-certified collision center, so I took my car there, and it was a HUGE mistake. They took 1.5 months to replace a damaged gas tank and replace wheels. of course, it could have been delay in the parts, but there was NO effort on their part to correct the wrong ordered item in a timely fashion, and they said they were waiting for insurance approval, while they had already received the approval 5 days ago. Our car was just sitting in the lot for 80% of the time. and the communication with customer was horrendous. I had to call so many times to get updates; for a case that was already so delayed, one would think the collision center would remember to call back the customer and try to get the car done asap, but there was no urgency. I was told Jose or the manager would call back, and 50% of the time, they never did. Out of all the collision centers I've had to deal with, this was by far the worst experience.

Both my husband and I have taken our vehicles here (over the course of 2 months for unrelated accidents). The service from start to finish was superb. Mallory in the office was our biggest advocate. She handled everything from contacting and working with the insurance companies to making sure I wouldn't pay anything up front, out of pocket through the rental company they partner with- midway. Would 10000% recommend this place to any and everyone. Thank you AGC for the care and professionalism you showed us throughout the entire process on both occasions.

I'm convinced the G in AGC stands for the GOAT. The paint job they did on my 718 Spyder was better than the factory paint.

Iam happy I didn’t sign anything with this shop. They said I dictate what I want my car fix and not the insurance company. For a 2 crack wheel they mentioned they will pull the suspension down as well they estimated the cost at 14,900. Tesla cost is 2,900 go figured . Don’t be stupid and trust sweet words from people.

We had an amazing experience with getting our car repaired at AGC Collision. We had some damage on our brand new Prius due to the recent Santa Ana winds and from start to finish, we were alerted about every step of the repairs. Had a fantastic experience with AGC! Gilbert, Lucero, and the rest of the team were awesome. My car was unfortunately vandalized while it was charging, but AGC made the repair process a much smoother, headache-free process. AGC is the best around! I have unfortunately needed body work on my car a few times in the last couple of years, and the folks at AGC are always so kind, and considerate; and they do GREAT work. I've had the pleasure of working with Arbi and Joe a few times now and am always impressed and deeply grateful for the care they and their team put into the work my car needs. They get everything done as fast as possible, while never compromising the quality. They're communicative throughout the whole process, and I know that my vehicle is in great hands when I drop it off with them.

Reviews here seems are fake. Read my honest review! You will save yourself. Shop is like den of thiefs. I took my car here and they take 3 months to repair. That's almost enough time to make a car. I just have a tennis ball size scuff and dent on the rear panel and side mirror broken. The damage is minor but the repair cost not make senses. Claim $34k from my insurance. Business practice is shady. They take your car for estimate is about 5 days or more. Storage fee is $250 per day. you have to pay storage fee + other fees if you don't move forward. You are forced to repair and I am surprised they make another supplement claim again for additional 4k after the first claim as my damage is minor. OK, I thought their job should be good as I see all the nice cars on the reviews and I am paying that amount of money. NO, my rear door can't fully close as I used to be and the paint job can see two different paints. Last, the T&C is crazy. 1. They can charge you everything. Insurance won't cover you have to pay. 2. If your car got damage in the body shop. They won't be liable. You pay for it. 3. They have the final say for how they repair your car. If you are not happy, too bad.

AGC is the best! I unfortunately was involved in an accident and was so bummed. I was referred by a friend and was super close to my house. Immediately after checking in I was greeted by Bryan. Super friendly and was quick with an estimate. I was shocked I had my car in for service and repair in 2 days! They set me up with a local rental car company and in weeks I was back in my Tesla! My car looks as good as ever and a fresh wash and detail as well. Looks brand new! The entire team went above and beyond for me and I would definitely be back for any repairs you may need for your car.

I chose this collision center for their immediate professionalism and how they showed they follow procedures they have established within their business. I was impressed they followed through with that and continued to communicate with me the 2 months my car was there. Very impressive. I am very happy with the work done to my car by putting it back to beautiful! I've read other reviews and want to add, if you spend the investment of a luxury car (as I have), then you spend the investment in keeping it up. AGC has top of the line technicians to maintain our investments. They clearly take pride in their work from start to finish.
