Made an order G40 antifreeze concentrate, never called me. I called and informed them I’d been waiting for my pickup for over double the estimated time, and the person who answered the phone seemed pretty excited to cancel my order. I’m guessing they didn’t really have it, just like the 3 other OR’s I’d tried to order from, and had to cancel because they wouldn’t call me to tell me it was out of stock. Their online inventory also does not reflect their actual inventory, and makes me wonder if they fail to do inventory correctly on top of their lacking knowledge in automotive parts.

Not only was I lied about an order I paid for in advance, but JESUS ANDRADE, the regional manager, is ALSO a liar. My order wasn't placed in the first place, they never gave me a tracking number. It took almost a month to get my order. No one there had any idea why they don't get tracking numbers... 🤔 bad experience, JESUS, if you keep being the liar you are as a regional manager... imagine the employees under your watch...

The battery signal came on and quickly rushed to the nearest auto store in order to detect the issue. Johnathan ran the OBD scanner and told my mom and me that the alternator was good but the battery came up as "bad". So as he proposes to replace my battery and installed the new one, everything seemed fine; until I realized a few minutes later that the signal never went off. I went back and Johnathan just told me to wait a couple of days and it should be removed soon. A few hours my personal mechanic told me that the alternator was the issue and not the battery. After the alternator was swapped out the signal immediately vanished. I was so mad that I just bought a battery that I never needed, so I rushed back when I met Jesus who explained to me that any electrical component that was in use couldn't be returned. As I told him that the battery wasn't the problem which Johnathan had told me at first. Jesus understood my issue and was able to refund me the money. In conclusion, run away from Johnathan and look for Jesus as he knows more about the components.

Staff are real peep..there is no attitude..and the F.M. station..keep a technical guy like me on focus....old school rock...the good ole days...ok fellas

The guy who attended very rude he asks me to put my mask on because I just forget to put it on , and he has his mask down his nose 👃 🤦🤦 really?? I ask him for a simple light for my car he just tell me the number of the light and find it by my self , I request him if he can help me so he denies while talking to another guy , very rude service that's why I don't like o Reilly auto p..their employees very rude ...it's just was and emergency ,, I rather to go to aouto zone

Salespeople are polite but they do NOT Know their products and ignore their properties, the main door needs to be clean, it is dirty and gives a bad impression 😷🤨🤧😳

Oh, I forgot the name of the tall, young man who helped us. We came in for a light bulb and went out with 2 more items(thanks to the cashier) and the young man helped us put on the windshield wipers in a blink of an eye! Absolutely happy with their service every time we go there!

I have always had great experiences here. About 10 years ago I needed a whole headlight for a old Chevy Blazer. It was almost dark and the staff helped me replace it even though it wasn't an easy replacement. Today I needed low beam headlights for my Prius, after waiting for help for a long time at another company I came here expecting excellent service and I wasn't let down. Keep up the good work. Your customer service is premium. Thank You!

Tried to tell me I had a dead cell in my battery when the battery was 5 days old. I simply had a dead battery because my alternator was bad which I already knew, but needed my battery to get me 2 miles down the street and in my garage. They take advantage of people who don't know any better to make sales. They didn't even attempt to charge the battery. I've been in the car game for 12 years luckily.

07/10/19 At 12:35 pm my mother and I came in to get her car battery changed . At first the employee ANTHONY said “ oh it has a cover we can’t touch that “ then he said “ but we’ll do it “ The rude employee by the named of Salvador pulled off the battery cover so hard that it crack her windshield from corner to corner !!!! Once we noticed it he came outside extremely rude and said” I SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN HELPED YOU “ we asked to speak to a manger and they said he was in lunch . After kicking us out the store we had to call the POLICE , once the police arrived they said “ THE MANGER IS NOT IN TODAY “ !! . They won’t take any responsibility for it and a police report had to be filed . They offered to pay less than half for the replacement . That is completely ridiculous since my mother and I both saw SALVADOR pull the cover off with so much force. We also contacted corporate and I have yet to been contacted back . DO NO GO HERE . They aren’t even allowed to install any car parts . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU

JOSE WAS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE and BEST employee there. He didn’t waste my time and told me exactly what I needed and sold me exactly what I needed. I don’t know if multiple Joses work there but I’m talking about the Big Jose (no offense) thank you so much bud, you literally saved the store from getting a ONE star review because of the bul**hit they put me through for 3 weeks. I ordered a special part and the ASSOCIATE, who I wished I remembered his name so I can let him know how horrible of a job he did but whatever, TOLD ME THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY until the part arrived and that he was going to give me a call , 3 WEEKS LATER and no call , I kept checking up and they kept telling me “it’ll arrive soon” , the thing is it arrived BUT THEY SENT IT BACK BECAUSE JOSE told me that I had to pay for it when I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE PART. THAT associate needs to learn what he’s doing because wasting customers time is the most annoying. JOSE ADVISED ME AND SOLD ME THE CORRECT PART THAT I GOT ON THE SPOT. So you see.. my frustration is understandable . YOU GUYS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE JOSE there because I would’ve have given you a ONE STAR rating . Thank you JOSE and I hope you move up fast in the company and one day become a manager . Bye

Incompetent employee. I called to ask details about their car detailing products, what they had in stock, etc. and he told me they only sell car parts. I knew he was lying to me or an idiot, the pictures on google maps clearly showed more than just car parts. I went into the store, and found an entire aisle of car detailing products. They didn't have exactly what I wanted, so they also wasted my time.

Made the switch from pepboys. They have good customer service here. Got what I needed and paid for in less then 5mins. Welcoming staff.

Customer service is great! The manager was very attentive and helpful. Ultimately, we did not find what my car needed, but I was very happy with his motivation to help my husband and I.

I had to wait a bit to be helped but the guy who helped me gave good service. They had the part I was looking for but it was much more expensive than ordering it online.

Helpful staff in the morning. Came back to exchange a baterry that a friend purchased for me last year. The guys in the morning did the change without a problem, compare to the staff in the afternoon. The staff in the afternoon just wanted the actual buyer to come and do the exchange, which is not in town for the time. I came back today early and the sfatt in the morning just did the exchange. Excellent 👍
