I put the starts only cause of the reviews being mixed and honestly almost gave two stars just cause the way the owner responds to these reviews. Honestly I’ve always said as a business owner myself, that as long as my business does the talking , me as the owner will mever have too, my work and customer service will always do the talking. But ima choose to not pick a side in this argument and rather go and experience it for myself, I will be going later today to check out the cars and possibly buying one and after that I’ll be back to share my experience with you guys! I got a car here last year just to get around and it lasted longer than i expected . I did sell it because I didn’t wanna get it fixed since I wasn’t planning to keep it that long. I’m Going back to look this weekend hopefully I can find something else too. YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR . Only 4 stars because it didn’t past smog but other than that good auction

Came for the auto auction, left scratching my head. Not a single vehicle was auctioned off. Was told to make an offer, made an offer on a vehicle, only to be told it wasn't high enough. They wanted 80% of the estimated value of the vehicle. Two stars because there were a few decent vehicles, for sale, NOT auctioned.

Bought a car here recently and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. The team was helpful but not pushy, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was in great shape before handing it over. Super happy with the car—drives great and no surprises. Would definitely recommend.

Do not come to this place all they do is scam people! They charged me almost 6000 for a Nissan Altima that supposedly had 50K miles I tried to go ensure my vehicle the insurance lady removed the sticker from the paper and noticed that the odometer said 78k and the paper had 200k . IT IS ILLEGAL TO TAMPER WITH THE ODOMETER!!!!!THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DIDN’T WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND KEPT $300 . They’re not here to help you, but to just take your money. Worst place ever !!!

I've read basically all the reviews just now, some good and some bad. I have mixed feelings in my heart. I plan to buy an Audi A4 as the pictures shown tomorrow afternoon. I can arrive at 3:30 pm around at the earliest. The person in charge said that he will get off work at 4 pm. I don't know if I can see the car I want to buy. Good luck to me!

I saw people with mix reviews with this place so I went and bought a car and it was not as bad as people said it was I do think that maybe the people that gave 1 star didn't read the signs that said u can test drive and inspect the car beforehand so I believe next time to those people it's way better if u test drive and inspect the cars beforehand hope this helpsss!!

I'm just reading the comments out of context. I just to buy in here cars for sale and myself my daughter for some time and I never have an issue with the cars . Very good prices, the girl on the office is super nice , I don't know if juan still works here, but he helps me a lot . You have in off time to check the cars no excuse.

The 2010 sonata I got is a great car had no issues at all with it since I've gotten it had it for over a month now. i got it at the vernon auction.. I just been waiting on the registration their supposed to send me to, it seems impossible trying to reach them I might just half to pop up over there. Anyways I like my car .just a struggle still tryna get my registration from them.. other then that wasn't a bad auction at all

don't go to this place to buy cars. You will be paying more to fix it. That you will pay for the car. Many many of this cars are trash. and ones they got your money they don't care about you... they not even answer the phone... you will be sorry that you purchased from them... RUN AWAY as soon as you enter you can see what business they run.. IT say it all right up front... the better business bureau needsto check the this business to see if they are following all requirements. To sell cars to the public... the person in charge is very rude not willing to help... I ASKED IF THEY CAN REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE THE CAR WAS REALLY BUD AND EXPENSIVE TO FIX. IT AND NO HELP AT ALL. DON'T BUY HERE GO TO SOMEWHERE ELSE... ... buy here go somewhere else.

Be careful buying a car here bought a car here like three years ago and just went to a dealer to trade it in and when they did it carfax history found out that the mileage has been rolled back over 40k so the car actually had when I bought it was over 150k but it was at 102k on it be careful and I’ve been constantly fixing parts transmission went out, windshield was cracked when I bought it so that changed all four bearings brakes and rotors wiring was bad for the injection system and a few other things.. nothing but problems plus dealing with knowing the mileage thing is messed up. Now I have to sell it as junk..

Finally an actual car auction !!!! I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't another car dealership in disguise!.... However, there was a catch I didn't expect... The car had expired tags for like three years and I had to pay $530. At the DMV Plus my catalytic convertor was hollow and I had to replace it... Be very careful with what you buy there and try to make sure tags are up to date... That may help avoid hidden costs.

The staff are great the auction is pretty cool but I recommend going in during the day because cars can be purchased any day of the week from 9am-4, and negotiation on price is an option. The auctions are only on specific days and they start at 7pm it’s a hit or miss. Your basically testing your luck because a lot of people go on the auction day. My boyfriend and I have bought two cars. Definitely recommend going here.

Bad communication they list cars on Face Book and Offer Up but wont answer questions on back fees, questions on if the car is still there, questions on clean titles, so if you buy it you own it, and if it has thousands in back fees, if you buy it you have to pay it also! be very carful here, make them put any statements in writing, and Carfax anything you want to buy to protect yourself!

It was my first time at a car auction and I can't emphasize enough BUY CAREFULLY! Run a vin report!!!!! Never assume mileage displayed is real milage. I found that out the hard way. The prices are high, no smog at time of sale and it's buyer responsibility to do all DMV paperwork. Unfortunately, registering at AAA is not allowed only at DMV. Nice people but won't be back.

last Friday I was trying to get a car here and i bid on one of the cars and got it for a price. when I went to pay they tried to raise the price of the viechle once I got to the window also they have people working for them by raising the bid over and over ( unless those 5 guys were going to purchase 5 cars the same night which is hard to believe) and finally the cashier was being rude by having a attitude and telling me either you buy it or leave it...overall poor costumer service and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.... please be aware that they have people working for them by raising the bid over and over SO DONT BE FOOLED.......

Attended for my first time- environment was good, good energy and friendly and professional staff. However, the process is bad. On auction days Tues/Fri you can walk the lot from 7-745 to "see the cars", auction starts at 745. Their idea of "inspecting/seeing" the cars means look at them from exterior, not allowed to open doors to see inside of car, let alone turn car on, get VIN # etc- NADA. You literally get to see car only from exterior while shut off. When auction starts it is unfortunately EXTREMELY OBVIOUS that they have paid people bidding on their own cars in order to keep prices higher. Some cars looked great though and prices on some of those cars were decent, but it is FRAUDULENT. They drive the car up to crowd, person on loud speaker gives year, make and model and whether clean title or salvage. I stay away from salvage titles at all costs. I placed a bid on a car and "won". I paid the car in full and continued involved w bids rather than calling it a night. When I went to get the paperwork and my car @ end of night, I was suddenly told it was a SALVAGE title even though it was announced as a clean title (I assumed, OK, maybe it was a human error), I was disappointed and worried though but had to take it. However, the worst part is that aside of being misled and not be told it was a salvage title I CarFax'd it and the miles have been rolled back from 186k to 115k. FRAUD. Its unfortunate that businesses like these take advantage of people who really mean well and need a car. The country is already so messed up economically with people out of work, broke. To have companies cheat you this way is disappointing. The auction happens at night time, lighting is poor and you have approximately 30 seconds to bid and decide on a car. The next day at home I inspected the car in the light and not only did they change the mileage, they paint the cars Mickey Mouse style even over stickers/decals and wherever the car has bumpy paint damage/cracks they put bumper stickers all over the car. Their system is made specifically to mislead buyers: checking a car in the dark and bidding all under 30seconds doesnt work. You basically have time to confirm the fake mileage & if an engine light is on, otherwise forget about looking at interior, truly listening to engine/trans or exterior bcus their fake bidders jump on it immediately to pressure others. The car I bought has fake mileage (lol and they list it on their receipts "true mileage unknown") for that reason specifically - they are CHANGING IT, cracked windshield and 9 stickers throughout front/back bumpers to cover cracks and damage on body. I even found the sticker backs inside the car. Condition of cars is bad and mileage is FAKE. I've taken the step to report them to the FBI for fraud because obviously rolling mileage back is a huge crime + basing prices off "fake, low mileage " is a scam and a horrible way to take advantage of people. I will also start a Class Action as I have connected with more than several people who had e same experience happen to them. Announcing a car is a clean title (when its salvage), and selling it as "low miles" illegaly rolled back... FRAUD. I have recording of the event and there is just no excuse for this behavior. People do not deserve to be scammed, specially right now. No compren en esta subasta, le cambian las millas a los carros ilegalmente. Anuncian que unos carros son titulo limpio cuando en verdad es SALVAGE. Tienen gente contratada para que apuesten alto y suban los precios de carros contra clientes verdaderos. La inspection por dentro de el carro, carro prendido, millas, funciones etc es de 10-30 segundos... el lugar es fraude.

I saw a car online that was posted late last night or early this morning and wanted to see the car. Their work hours are listed from 7 p.m. to midnight on Fridays. I attempt to call the number on the page and you get forwarded to a machine, I texted via the chat only to get a generic response from a bot. I decide to wait for the auction and about 30 minutes before 7, the car is sold? How is anyone able to buy the car if you are supposedly closed and no one picks up the phone?

I was uncertain to come into this place because of the reviews but I gave it a shot as my friend experience was great. I came in and I was greeted well and from beginning to end customer service was amazing..... I was still not convinced and started asking every question in the book and all questions were answered. I bought my car and I couldn't be happier !!! I took it to get checked out and everything checked out great! I will be going back in 3 months to get a car for my nephew. Thank You guys !

Read the reviews, people! This place is a total scam. We bid on a chevy. We stayed until the end to pay and get the "pink slip" they then told us that they didnt have the pink. We said its okay, we'll wait for it to come in. Then someone else told us that it wouldnt be possible because of the paperwork with the dmv... WHAT?! we were going to drive off with it for $700. I guess they're people didnt keep bidding and we got it real low. Once they realised it, they didnt want to let it go so cheap. A lot of the other cars that were sold at the time of auction were still there for next auction. They told us because they tried to make us buy one of those other cars. Not auction price at all!! They have people from the inside bid on their cars so they wont go so cheap. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Edit: There is no reason for me to be lying. I am a legit person. My husband and i went there about 3months ago. He asked me to write a review about our horrible experience but never did; until recently, that i stumbled upon your post on OfferUp. The reason why i am writing this is so that other people can be aware! But hey, karma!(;

Be aware! Read the reviews! They sold us a damaged car, it barely made it out the gate before it cut off. They didn’t want to help and fix the problem. They closed the gate and told us to buy a new transmission. We had to push and park the car around the corner from the place. Do not waste your money here. They’re very unprofessional and scam artists.

Had a great experience buying my first used car here. The staff is really nice and I loved the fact that I was able to give 300 down and came back the next day to pay it off. Will definitely do it again

Scams all those people standing there just betting but not buying they do that so they can raise the prices for the cars you don’t believe it go ahead and prove it to your self.! There’s always one guy let’s say you interested in buying the car well that guy will fight until it’s a good price and guess who ended up paying that high price or second story is let’s say no one bet anymore legitimate the guy announcing the final price always comes to you and give you a yellow papers well guess what they don’t do that with their own people just us customers.!!

I was kind scared to go check them out after reading the reviews but it’s an auto auction so don’t expect to be treated like a royalty,they offer fair prices,newer cars there is also some oldies there. the best part of this place is they will give you the title right away.even the plates with the current tags if the registration is currently on forced so you don’t have to worry about getting pulled over when you drive the car of their property I bought two cars here on Saturday and they both runs great. Give them a try if you looking for a cheap ride or a fast way to make some cash.
