Believe it or not I give this place 4stars now I find this hard to believe myself cause it's a yow yard and usually when we are dealing with a tow yard it's cause our vehicle had been towed and we now have to pay some outrageous fee in order to get it out but over all the customer service was pretty good and they helped out when it comes to actually getting your vehicle back so good job U.S. Towing now of we can just cut the price on these hookup fees

Only once worked with this guys. Yes price for storage is too high, but this is LA. I’m repair facility and for picked up needs some special permits.

Don't buy cars here ... I got myself a car here but before betting on it I had to check everything was in order which it was and I won it after that i had to wait until the auctions was completely over so I can take my vehicle home so i went to a nearby store for some snacks came back and found that someone took the Catalytic Converter from my car off their lot right there

It was pretty pricey to get my car out but they have fabulous workers. Raymond took me to my car helped me look at it he was very kind and very helpful I appreciate his help!

I asked if the vehicle was drivable and they told me that the driver didn't take any pictures,that they didn't know and when I paid they just brought it out and left it out in the street. The car was not drivable so I ask how much they charge me to tow it home and he said that they couldn't tow it so I had to call a real towing company. They suck the only reason I was there was to get a car I bought.

Ray was my driver and he was so professional and he faster than I expected like a whole hour faster and cheaper than other tow trucks I highly recommend this tow truck company they are the best

A lot of ppl attend this auction. Be prepared, some bids go high. But still overall better prices than buying on the streets.

((((Buyer beware )))) This auction is selling Flood damaged vehicles and the owner knows it. The cars are coming from the city and being detailed so you can’t tell they’res any damage . Scamming the public The vehicle are saved for last when usually the “good” vehicles are kept . They do it on purpose If the vehicle have less than 20k miles beware . Someone bought an identical car for almost 5k today and it’s flood damaged

Us tow was slow as hot as it was they had no Ac in the lobby I was literally sweating but they did offer water it was burning hot only 2men working in the back other than that it was cool the girls at the front desk were Awesome one girl with the curly or wavy hair was so happy she was dancing with a stick in her hand didn't notice I was standing at the window waiting to be helped honey enjoy life and your job

Great staff just remember it's not their fault your car was towed so just pay the fine and get over it

I will never buy a car from them again I was lied to and spent 4800 on a car that broke down in less the. 10 hours . Save your money go somewhere where the people are honest and so what they say they will do

They r serms like tricks there is no numbers in the truck to look at details n therey have only numbers add so i drovd 1 time n i deside not to trust them to have chance

Worst customer service inside the office. Heads up to Frank for being so mean and rude. The guys giving you the cars are nice though.

Glad to see that they actually released my friends car to me even without me being on title as long as I had my Driver License on hand. All tow yards and cops should do that instead of forcing the title change as come-on on top of the tow fee geeze we are all not rich. Thank you for giving us a reasonable solution. 5 stars!

I was looking for cars in all the wrong places..now I found a truck that turn all the faces..think for many people the first thing that comes to mind regarding a tow yard is not good, it means you got your car impounded & it'll cost big bucks, lotsa time and the misery to get it out. Not for me, not this time or my last time I was here at US Tow. This is where I got my Chevy Express Cargo Van last summer & my Ford Econoline Cargo Van over the holidays. Both of these trucks looked nice not the cheap used car look. I honestly just turn the key and smooth running and drove them both home. But I did my homework I know what to look for, what is expect and what price I should be bidding for and I did compare prices of the same make and model being sold on the streets and dealerships. On the average I paid about one-third to one-fourth the price of a used dealership and about half of somewhere on the streets. The process it couldn't have been easier because you can bid at home online oh, you can see the pictures YouTube videos you go visit yard in person and see for yourself and then they come auction day you can bid with confidence. For me I use my truck for work it's my work survival lifestyle so I've been on truck that I seen running in videos. Those that have mechanical know-how can bid on trucks that are not running and Save Bookoo money or whatever your agenda is. I just know for me the I got one hell of a deal. Is a professionally-run tow yard well secured do they have that shady look to it and everything is on the up-and-up. Photos information VIN number why the car was towed excetera excetera. I tell you I trust you guys more than I trust and overpriced double talkin used car salesman. And of course you going to see the matter what it is a used vehicle so it's going to need the usual repair maintenance by any vehicle but instead of being stuck with a $400 car payment per month you can put $100 towards maintenance. So don't be the unfortunate guy who has to get a car out of the tow yard paying mucho dinero but be the one like me who got the kind ride and save money and drove that baby from U.S Tow all the way home. Feeling blessed and grateful.

They work together with the LAPD to scam you they told me I had a 30 day hold even though it shouldn’t have .went for the detectives which they don’t have office open for covid they had number in the front desk to call I called 100 times not one answer .i showed up in person in knocked and they came out and gave me the run around and told em to go o another police station in downtown that you cane even enter . Then I go at 5pm they say they close at 7 pm and made me wait a whole bother day .The feeds were about $2000 wich cost more then the car .so I just paid them half $900 and legally transfer the car to them . So they basically stole my car n made me pay them in too if that .

Bad this place is thw nest of the los Angeles parking system. They collect your car and even when you deliver them the tittle and the keys they get you into a collection agency and all they say is that is an automated system and that you have to call the agency for them to get you out of the collection. All of this steal could be held by the stupid city council ask them if they know about these issues. Lot of people I met in this office complaint about the same matter.

Would not release my car to my insurance company twice!! Cost me extra days.

This place is pathetic and their customer service too. Had my vehicle stolen and taken to this yard and they made my visit very difficult for me to get the car out. That front office needs alot of work with their employees!!! I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!! PATHETIC AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!

They take for ever to get you car, there fast to get your money, i wait there for almost 2 hours and there other people waiting to get there car's too, the guy in the front desk was very nice, he had to call the other to help me get the car and even that, the guy in the door was so Offensive that there was so many of us waiting

The employees were very rude and unprofessional I hope somebody from management should talk to their employees about how to talk to there customer I give you a f you dining pass take care of your customers I know you got to do better at today you guys fail

Ray with US Tow was very professional and reliable in delivering my car from West Hills to Rancho Cucamonga. He was very considerate with letting me know when he will arrive since it was a very long drive. He gave me updates of where he was during heavy traffic. When he arrived, he made sure that my car was delivered safely and parked where I wanted it. It was a pleasure meeting you Ray and I will not hesitate to use your services again. I went for my van to get it out and the person who attended me told me first to check if the catalyst had a chance that I still got stolen from San Diego, I think they wanted to keep my van. It was a bad experience.

WARNING! READ BEFORE RECOVERING AN IMPOUNDED VEHICLE! AVISO! LEE ANTES DE RECUPERAR UN VEHICULO! If you are going to recover an impounded vehicle and they say that it has parts stolen from it. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. THIS IS A LIE, THEY SAY THAT SO YOU WILL LEAVE IT SO THEY CAN AUCTION IT OFF! ASK TO SEE IT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING! (That's if they let you.) When our vehicle was stolen in Riverside it was found abandoned in LA and was later impounded. When we went to recover it they (US Tow) had told us that our van had vital mechanical parts stolen and it wouldn't run without them. We had asked to see the vehicle but they had told us that it would be a waste of our time and had suggested to leave it. We spent about an hour arguing so they could give us access to see it up to the point where they were pretty much chasing us out with a forklift. (I kid you not, they were threatening us with a forklift.) When they finally let us gain access there was nothing wrong with it, just a hole in the gas tank. Overall they were rude, threatening, and treated us like criminals. This was just my experience with these maniacs and I hope it makes you think before doing business with them.

Staff has a very bad attitude I spoke with a female only 10 min after closing time but online they have hours as Open 24 hours daily very misleading and no one answered the phone as I was driving to get more information... Fix your online information and check the attitude because thanks to your misleading information I owe an extra day of storage fees.... I was only 10 min. After 7... Thanks Rude Lady
