This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In East Los Angeles, CA, United Auto Experts draws mostly enthusiastic feedback: standout craftsmanship, professional, compassionate service, fair pricing, and quick turnarounds (often faster than promised). Many note honest diagnostics and solid communication. Still, a few severe complaints cite accident‑scene towing, missing receipts, steep storage fees, and slow updates—important red flags to weigh. Little or no info on inventory variety, yard organization, or DIY parts finding. Overall sentiment is strongly positive but not flawless. Score: 86/100.

What clients say about United Auto Experts in East Los Angeles (CA)
The quality of the work is exceptional. My car looks brand new again, and the attention to detail is impressive. They finished the job earlier than expected and the price was very fair compared to other places I checked.
I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of reliable, honest, and skilled service. I will definitely return if I ever need repairs again. Thank you for making a stressful situation so smooth and easy!
Nick is an absolute hero!!!
We had a huge random issue and he was able to save our entire day with his hands-on knowledge and kindness. Coming here any and every time!!
United Auto Experts really took great care of me. They went above and beyond their service. I scratched my Tesla model 3 car and they made my car look like new after. Their price was unbeatable and I highly recommend. Thank you to Nick and the team!
It was uncomfortable at the beginning but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. All the Yelp reviews were true. You guys please please listen to the reviews and take your precautions. In my experience this place IS a scam and the worse is that they deny any wrong doing on their behalf, they will never give you a recite and you risk yourself and your car because sometimes something simple can become worse because they have bad intentions.Good Luck
I had an incredibly positive experience with the genuine kindness and thorough help from this team! Nick made me feel supported and much less stressed regarding my car accident. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
Oh man! Where to start. I was in a car accident and luckily for me, the manager Nick and another pedestrian helped me out in BIG WAYS! Not only did the manager assist in towing my car and repairing it to the best I’ve ever seen, but he was also very kind and compassionate. This was my first big accident and to my surprise I went in shock and froze up! Rest of the team were great with communication and delivered my car to my place. I can’t thank them enough, but mostly very thankful of the compassion y’all have showed me! I have already recommended this co to my friends! 10/10
Very nice and informative mechanics: They checked an issue free of charge, explained the likely repair costs and options, and weren't pushing to do the (costly) repair. Very honest!
My wife and I were very happy with service here. They're great, quality work, and all at a reasonable price! They worked with us to fix my car in a timely manner and for a good value. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for body shop work on their vehicle.
I had a wonderful experience with my 2020 Range Rover at Car Repair And Body Shop By United Auto Experts! He was very easy to work with, quick to respond to emails, and very kind. The guy who works the front desk, was very nice and efficient in taking care of all my details. They had the work done and my car repaired looking brand new in just two days! I was very impressed with the work they did, how quickly they got it done, and how easy they made the process. I would highly recommend Car Repair And Body Shop By United Auto Experts in Los Angeles!
Brought both my BMW & Jeep over for service at Car Repair And Body Shop By United Auto Experts, and I was thoroughly impressed. All the guys at the shop are nice, communicative, and professional! They came highly recommended from a friend of mine & they did not disappoint!
They truly treat you like family there (even offered for me to go out back and grab some food from the grill) not to mention great pricing!
I’m not looking forward to having any car issues haha but if I ever do I know exactly where to go and you should do the same! They are the best if you are looing for Car repair in Los Angeles! United Auto Experts for the WIN! Thanks again. God bless you all!
This business is ran but scumbags. My vehicles were involved in a accident and these guys randomly appeared on the scene. Very bad with communication. Couldn't even tell me where they sent my cars to so I can recover my personal belongings. & Made me wait over a month till I was able to hear anything or get something resolved. At that time they racked me up $8000 in storage fees ($150 per day) and made me sign over my pink slips to avoid the charges. ???? Very bad business. Ended up losing two of my investments.
Needed an autobody shop for my Nissan Rogue. My door was practically falling off and it was just not safe to drive. 1 week turn around time. They fixed my car brakes as well. Happy with the service and the price was right.
I was involved in a car accident and had my car towed here. These guys are the most professional and understanding people around and you can tell they truly care about your situation. Super affordable and know what they’re doing! 100 percent recommend taking your car here for anything it needs. Julie at the front desk is basically the nicest person in the world.
