Only reason I give a 1 is you can't give a give negative rating. Truck would start but immediately die. Tech shows up hooks computer for diagnostic. LOOKS at a few things, never really did anything. Said he could not diagnose and left. Good scam they have going. Charged me 550 bucks to yell me my truck was broke down. Which a monkey could have told me

So pleased to find expert semi truck repair in the Los Angeles area....AND on the weekend!!! What a God send!! My starter went out unexpectadly under a time sensitive load. KingFleet was unknown to me at the time, I found them on Google. They dispatched a great mechanic who managed this difficult repair under less than ideal circumstances. Give them a try...you wont be disappointed.

I called King Fleet as I was in search of a place to repair a tire on my car. Although they service rigs or large trucks the person who answered the call searched for a location for me. I told her I was already at a tire place but there was a car ahead of me and they were closing in 15 minutes. She said they would take care of me anyway which they did. In this fast paced life we live, I was amazed and very grateful that she took a few seconds to try to accommodate me with a location. I think if more business had the customer service that she has, we would have a lot of happier drivers.

For god sake do no use this mechanic shop. They will rip you off. They charged me 1410$ for less than two hours of service. They will make you sign papers so they have access to your credit card and they will definitely take advantage of the situation! You will regret using their service.

Great service told me they would be here in 60mins they showed up in 30 Mechanic knew what was wrong and had me rolling in 30 if you’re going to spend your money spend it wisely use road king EDIT: they promised me a T-shirt for this review. That was 4 years ago never got it

My truck Broke down on I-405. Ryder r roadside service partner Road King Diesel came over for towing my tractor and 40ft trailer. The technician Edwin definitely did an amazing job with professional skills and customer service consciousness. He figured out properly hook up my trailer which was different than all other trailers he had done before. He also respected my advice about dropping off the trailer at our yard, then only the tractor to the shop. Really appreciate that since the shop was small and my customer waiting for the loaded trailer. He drove the tow truck carefully with attentions, safety first. The best manners on the road. He deserves my appreciation.

Called them for a roadside service repair. Had to wait for a few hours which is normal for semi truck call out. The problem that we had was that the truck would not start and the starter was not engaging, just spinning and I had told them the problem. When the mechanic was on site and look at the truck and told us that the starter was out , which we already knew. After they told us that they said we don't do starters on a road call and would have to be towed to there shop. If I was told that up front I would have never used them. I had to use another mobile shop that did the starter in the parking lot where are truck was at. The other shop only charged $350 to replace the starter with new one. I was charged $400 for them to come out and tell me something we already knew. I would not recommend using them for anything, They are not up front with you and was hard to get someone to call me back before they sent someone out. They make you fill out some authorization form first. Don't use them.

Paid nearly $500 for basically them driving out to my location only to tell me they cannot fix my semi because of where I broke down. I Stayed broke down till the following day I paid another mechanic about 200 & problem fixed Regardless of the location I broke down. Sometimes bigger companies are not always better.

Road king came through & quickly helped me out with a brake adjustment in Glendale. They were courteous, professional & excellent communication. I would most definitely recommend them for all your Diesel roadside services. Thanks Road King.

Wow.... I called to see if they work on only Big Rigs... or if I could have them do work on my Sprinter 3500. The operator picked up and I asked him the question. "we only work on big trucks".... then hung up. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that is no way to treat your customers. Even if you are not going to be able to work on my vehicle. ****UPDATE**** The company did reach out to me and seemed very apologetic about the situation. I realize technical issues occur and I truly hope that was the issue.

I drive for JK Hackl transportation and used Road King Diesel the other night when I broke a hose clamp and lost all my coolant. Larry arrived on a reasonable amount of time and had me up and going very quickly. Will definitely be using them again if the need comes again

My driver had a brake chamber let go on the 210. Quick response from dispatch and their shop tech Pablo had the parts on the truck. Once he arrived Pablo with moments had us up and rolling My Company Western Specialized Inc operates 40 trucks weekly to California and are very glad to have discovered Road King Diesel for our road side maintenance

We were broke down called road king diesel talked to dispatcher Mario who was fantastic got a mechanic right out to us. Larry was the mechanic. And he found the problem immediately. Was very inpressed with Mario and Larry. Will definitely use this company again. It was hard to find someone who would come out at midnite. They are good people to call

My truck broke down and i call them for the first time, the dispatcher was very frendly an make me feel comfortable of there service, wen the technician got to my house he knew right of way what was wrong with my truck unfortunately i was no able to fix my truck because the problem wa bigger than i thought and didn't had the money to get done, but sooner i have it i will call them to get fix.

Honestly, if I search NTTS and see Road King as an option, they are my first call! They take care of my fleet time and time again! They are fair with their pricing and quick with dispatch, and their repairs don't break 5 miles down the road like others. These guys are the Kings of Road Service. Please give them a chance when you are looking for someone to fix your truck on the side of the road.

talked with Samantha to set up a service call they were swamped said it could take up 4 hrs to get to our truck, they were there in about 2.5 hrs and called as soon as the job was done. technician Jose advised us on what should be done to truck. Mario did the follow up call. thank you guys for the great service and getting us back on the road.

The staff that helped me out was very professional and great help. They completed the service in a very quick manner. I recommend them and will be using their service if needed again.

These guys were amazing, they were very honest, prompted and really saved us. Mario, the dispatch and point of contact was very knowledgable, straight forward, and gave us really amazing information even before we asked for their service. Jose was the road technician that came to service my converted diesel school bus that AAA refused to touch. They were very honest and straight forward, they did not try to up-sell us or over charge us, and once they arrived my vehicle was up and running in no time. Cesar at Road King made my towing experience easy. They were on time, customer service was awesome and I was so impressed with them I called them a second time in two days and had them tow another truck! I added them to my contacts and will use them for any future tows we may need!

Recently had our semi truck towed by Road King Diesel. Very quick service. It took them less than an hour to get to my truck even in rush hour. Very reasonable price. We were charged $100 less than what we were quoted originally. Very honest company. and Erika's customer service is top notch. I strongly recommend this company.

We had a vehicle towed and the tow guy took off our drive shaft without my consent and refused to put it back on. My vehicle been out of service for 6 days now. I had a mechanic who's charging $600 to install. I wouldn't trust this company with your vehicle.

The guys at Road King Diesel know what they're doing. They were very helpful in identifying our trouble and even pointed out and repaired a line that was leaking diesel into our engine. I definitely recommend them.
