This was my favorite store until one day I went to check up my battery because my car was totally dying… they replaced my battery ( that the guy that sold me the car just told me it was a new battery) and my car is still having the same problem!!!! I’ve been trying to contact a manger for more than 2 month and it turns that there is never a manager available!

The staff here are extremely helpful. I went in to buy some cleaning stuff and my battery happened to die in the parking lot. The young lady at the counter was very kind and quickly helped to jump the battery on my car. 🔋 🚗 She was very patient and much appreciated on such an awfully hot summer day.🌞🔥🥵

Purchased some Viking Towel 6-Pack 879000 and the one on the shelf was covered in dirt. They went out back and brought some others. They should be storing microfiber towels properly away from dust.

Very professional in all aspects. When they didn’t have a product that I wanted, the clerk offered to special order it for me. When I asked him if he knew of any good, reliable and reasonable auto care services, he recommended one. The auto care was “The Best” that I have seen and the prices varied from 30 to 50 percent less than my mechanic and the dealership. This O’Reilly Auto Parts store has their act together!

Erick D was so helpful and kind when I came in earlier this week. He helped run a few battery tests and helped determine my issue wasn’t with my alternator but with a hose cap that was missing on the vacuum testing hose that was causing my engine to idle down. Highly recommend coming here - friendly and helpful!

I had a great experience at O’Reily Auto Parts recently when I needed to change my car battery. Ron was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He not only helped me find the right battery for my car, but also guided me through the whole installation process. With his help, I was able to successfully change the battery without any stress. The best parts store- period. Clean, well organized, lots of stock, very well informed service staff AND they’re genuinely friendly. I’m not going anywhere else unless there’s no other option. I recommend 100%.

I had to replace my side view mirror and decided to DIY. I went to O’Reilly on La Cienega and they went above and beyond to help pick out the tools I needed to get the job done while also giving me detailed advice on how to fix it. They even came out to look at the far themselves. Angel, Cole, Sean, and Dylan all helped me individually and now I have perfectly working side view mirror. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

This place is great!! The people there are so helpful and kind, funny too. Flower and Rommel came to my rescue when my license plate was taken off and left on the back bumper!! How do you anticipate something like that? Rommel attached it to my truck very tightly. Flower showed me license plate frames that made my truck look good. So grateful to both of them for being considerate, understanding people. That's something you don't find all the time these days.

Matthew at this O’Reilly's has helped me multiple times with various car issues. He’s always been very patient, thorough, and knowledgable. Whenever I have an issue, I always go to this O’Reillys and am so thankful for their great staff!

Rommel and Angel were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I came in to buy a battery and was unsure which to buy so Rommel helped me to figure it out. I’m so grateful for Rommel and Angel for doing all they could to get my car to start.

I’ve been here a couple of times to get a replacement battery for my key fob. Both times, the employees were kind enough to help open up my key fob, figure out the kind of battery I needed, and replace the correct battery. This last time, they didn’t have the battery I needed and were gracious enough to tell me what stores and in what sections I could find the battery I needed. They even helped me with a paper towel to make sure that I didn’t lost the tiny screw as I went hunting at the surrounding stores to get the right battery!

My family and I have been here a few times over the years of us living in the neighborhood. but my son and I stopped by about 2 months ago for a windshield wiper. I guess I installed it incorrectly. So I just came by and asked for a replacement. There was a bit of a headache with finding my wife's account, but luckily, I had a very patient and helpful employee help me by the name of Eric. His professionalism and patience were fantastic. I attempted to tip him since it is Christmas weekend, but he did not accept it. But for his customer service alone, I for sure will be coming to this O'reilly's location for all my car needs for now on!

I was pleasantly surprised that they were the only auto parts store in the area to be open late, when I got off of work at 9pm. The guy who was working there was really nice and helpful, walking me to the item that I was asking for, for a co-worker friend. The location was pretty convenient to get to, both on the streets and the 10 freeway. The only complaint and warning I have, is how many kids were running, playing and yelling at each other in the parking lot. So dangerous! Just be careful when you're driving through there.

They have the worse customer service ever don't ever buy there. I need to mention their battery is garbage, I bought new battery from them it went bad after two and a half weeks, I went to replace it And the person in the counter said he was the manager and gave me very hard time and was very rude, finally he replaced it with very bad additude but he refused to help me replace it, Now about 10 days later the new battery is bad again, and guest what I drove the car only twice and the battery is completely Dead!!!! What should I do? Just call it a loss and go again buy new battery from AutoZone??

Wish I could give them more stars! I very rarely, leave a review unless I have a really horrible, or above and beyond service. This was above and beyond in my book. I really wish I could remember their names, to give them individual praise, but I don't so hopefully if they see this they know who they are! My Jeep Liberty's breaks were in bad shape and I needed to fix them, but I had recent horrible luck with auto shops, more specifically the Firestone shop right down the road from them. see my review on them for more details, but suffice it to say, it was god awful service and ruined my take on LA auto shops, as it also seemed to be that many auto shops in the area had similar bad marks. I digress, back to O'Reilly. I decided to do it myself and went to this O'Reilly. I was assisted by a gentlemen who was kind and willing to help, which is always a good sign off the bat. I buy the proper break pads and get to work. I later find that a caliper bracket pin in the rear left break was completely rusted in and unmovable. The best solution was to get a new bracket and set of pins. I return the next morning and ask if they have the parts. They did not, but he didn't tell me to go to another store, or just leave it as "not in stock" which has happened many times before at other stores. He orders it from another store, and has it delivered at no extra cost to this location. Best part is, it was in only a couple hours later! I even had to return a couple more times for more tools, and each time was greeted and at one point at one of my returns one of the two guys that had been helping me asked how the repair going, with genuine interest. It got to the point of joking around with these gents. Even at one point, I was being helped by a guy who seemed possibly new, as he wasn't too knowledgeable, but he didn't turn me away or hand me off to someone else, he did everything he could to provide me with the best answer through his own research on what I needed. All around great guys, who were willing to help, and in the end saved me HUNDREDS of dollars, as the grand total was under $115 for parts. (not including tools as I recently moved and needed tools anyways). And if I took it anywhere else, they would have milked that rusted caliper pin and charged an abhorrent amount. Thank you O'Reillys in La Cienega Plaza!! I will be a long time customer of yours as long as I live in the area!

They don't greet you when you enter, nobody is eager to help. It doesn't even have to be busy! 3 employees were at the parts counter and only one of them was taking long on the phone. Instead of actually getting the customer in front of them taken care of. This was my experience from 2 visits. I had to get a refund the second time and the female that assisted me was quite negative. Then she had to make long trips back & forth all the way to the other end of the counter. Yeah, she took her time with the entire transaction. Wasn't even busy. They'll straight answer a phone over helping the customers in front of them. I'll never return here.
