I wouldn't suggest coming here to get your window tinted.
I went yesterday because I needed only my passenger door window to be tinted , and it ended up not matching the rest of my windows at all.
When I told the guy who installed it, he said oh it's because we use a different material .
So I told him why didn't you tell me it wasn't going to match the rest of my windows, he said Sorry I didn't know .
Like really?! Super frustrating.
The tint from the rest of my windows was done at another shop and I just wanted to try this place out but i basically just ended up wasting my time and money.

No need to call 50 other glass repair companies like I did. They may seem a bit busy when you call but that’s because they’re SO good and offer the lowest rates. Nelson was super helpful and informative. They fixed my window fast and it came with a warranty at no additional cost. I 1,000% recommend! I hope my car never gets broken into again but I know exactly who to call if for any reason it should.

They gave me an appointment to do a sunroof glass replacement on the same day I called them. I was there within 2 hours.
They work very fast and are very efficient.
Nelson, who assisted me, is very kind and friendly.
You feel very comfortable at this place.
They also repaired my driver's side window at the same time they repaired the sunroof glass. A win win.

Bad service they have snap to pay then but if you ask them about prices they happy answer you ones you ask then about snap they say is fron 300 and up and 500 and up I never see any people acting like tha with customers stores the work with snap yes im understand tha part but Im talking about The attitude you had with me when I arrived and asked the price, and when I asked if I could pay with Snap after that, you acted like you didn't care if I fixed my car with you or not, that was my point.
Called right before closing to see if they could repair a smashed windshield that same day. They showed up in two hours and fixed it in one hour. Forever grateful for these guys! Thank you Mike’s auto glass!

We were referred to this place by our mechanic. I brought both our cars here without a problem. I was there about 2 wks ago with my second car, and I asked for a quote for my uncles car. The person I was talking to quoted me $185. I even wrote it down on the business card and handed it to my uncle. My uncle goes this morning to get it done, and now they are saying that there is no way they would've quoted me that much, they are charging $265. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person who helped me. The person that I spoke with today was very rude. Saying well, it's too bad that I didn't come to point out the person that I spoke to. I don't see why it matters who it was that helped me. He worked there, and they should honor the price they gave and reprimand the person that messed up. I have notified my mechanic to no longer refer people here, and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because this is bs.
The guys at Mike's are top notch. ALL of them... they told me how long I have to wait and that's exactly what I waited. My Tire needed air and they didn't hesitate. My mom, uncles and my son come here.
Called the day before to get a price and the following day I get there and he tells me he didn’t give me that price on the phone and tried adding another 40 dollars to it. Denied that he didn’t say that price. Be straight up when people call and not have them drive out for no reason
I recently contacted Mikes Auto Glass to inquire about a specific part for my car. They confirmed they had the part and quoted me a price of $450. However, when I arrived the next day, I was initially treated as if I was in the wrong place and told they didn't install the part I needed. After some back-and-forth, they eventually confirmed they had the part and asked me to pull my car up for inspection.
I also noticed signs indicating that they only accepted cash, which meant I had to make a trip to the ATM. While I was doing that, I discovered Wholesale Brother Auto Glass Inc. next door. A lady there confirmed they had the part I needed for $350 and accepted cash, debit, or Zelle. I decided to go with them instead. Since they made it clear that they take Zelle. I was in and out within an hour. The service was fast, and the customer service was excellent.
Based on my experience, I recommend shopping around the area before committing to a particular shop, especially if the shop seems disorganized or unclear about their services after confirming details over the phone. I was able to save $100, just by going next door.
Best place around for auto glass repair! I came here after my truck had gotten broken into and one of my windows got shattered completely. Not only was Mike’s auto glass extremely fair priced but they got my window fixed, replaced with a new window, and even tinted it to match the other windows at no extra charge! Highly recommend coming here for the best prices and fastest service. Ask for Nelson!
Mike's Auto Glass offered excellent service! From the moment I called early in the morning, I received detailed and informative assistance. The turnaround time to change the window was impressive, and they meticulously ensured all the shattered glass was vacuumed out behind the door panel. Plus, they have a waiting area and coffee. Highly recommend!
Very professional, clean and friendly. The only repair shop that asked for the vin to double check accuracy of parts. I was given an estimate time of 2 hrs and the car was ready in 1 hr. Excellent customer service.

Mike was super Nice and helpful. I called in the morning to ask if they had my window which they did it took them around an hour or less only because I also had to get an overall experience. They’re all professional makes you feel welcome great price. I’m not the type of person to carry cash, but they are cash only, so I would suggest for you to take out anything . Hopefully I don’t have to come again, but if I do Id come back to Mike lol.

I tried their service based on a friend's recommendation to replace one of my windows. They arrived promptly, replaced the window efficiently, and I found it reasonably priced compared to other options I considered. However, I gave a three-star review because they didn't connect the door controls correctly. Although the window functions well, pressing the lock button doesn't lock the window, and it still rolls down. Despite this, their service and personnel were excellent.
Cons: When it was time to pay, the guy told me it was $275. I asked him to repeat it, and he said $275 again. I had to correct him that I was told $225. Fast and friendly, but maybe not trustworthy.
Very happy was worth the drive. My cousin recommended and has great reviews. Service with a smile and price was Right. I know if I had this done on the Westside my area, would of been more expensive.
I typically leave good reviews! I wish I could leave Mike a phenomenal review! This man is the only person to help me when my car was broken into! BMW gave me a 60day wait for a new window! Mike came up with a brilliant idea to replace it with plexiglass!

Had my windshield replaced today. Very professional. Ask the gentleman a few questions, he answered back with no hesitation. 5 stars. Quick service. I ordered the windshield, they text me and told me glass is ready. I took my car in and drove away within minutes. For warranty i was told as long as i own the vehicle i am covered. I was concerned about the seal and getting water leaks in the future. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for your service Mikes Auto Glass.
