They use a different name on OfferUp, but very rude tells me to go buy a part online because I simply ask him if he can lower the price to match what other places are selling online to make it more realistic instead of taxing people an extra 30 or $40 for a part But 2026 let’s not let rude people like this destroy the industry

Purchase some headlights from them a while back for certain price and then later saw the same brand for waaaaay cheaper online…….
For a long time, I have been searching for the car fender.
I own an old car, and it was difficult to find the right auto body part.
Then, finally, I found the Galaxy AutoBody Parts store from the internet.
I called the store and I ordered the part. I wanted to get ship it to my home, but due to the high shipping cost, they don't ship the product.
Anyway, I went to the store and picked
up my order.
All the employees were friendly and
attentive. They had a huge inventory in their store. They had all kinds of autobody parts for all kinds of cars.
My car fender was around $74.00, which was a good price.
I would like to recommend this store to everyone. Their price is really good and they have excellent services too. Also, they have all kinds of selections of different autobody parts.

This place is terrible. I called they gave me a price then when I get their they gave me a whole different price. No one help me when I got only made me sign papers. The workers didnt even help me get all my parts in my car when it was a alot of part. I was waiting and a worker passed by and only help a whole another women out but just cause the girl was dressed more unapporpiate. CHECK YOUR PARTS before you leave this place mine were bended from inside and when I told the worker he laugh at me shaking my head.
They are scam artists I came in too get 2 pieces both of the pieces I asked for were wrong & I was very specific about what pieces I wanted even though I payed with my credit card after 7 days the part I ordered that was wrong I couldn’t be refunded or even offered store credit I will not be going or coming back here & I hope no one else does
My go to spot for auto parts and they’ll usually have it same day if you’re in or call early enough. Great prices and customer service. This shop supplies a good amount of local businesses and still manages to serve the public with a small crew. If they can’t get a part for you they’ll do their best to point you in the right direction.
I stood there watching 2 men run around like chickens without a head for over 15min. They both saw me waiting at the window but neither had the courtesy to acknowledge me nonetheless say they would be with me soon or what ever. Maybe they are just not able to speak while looking for something, I don't know but NO common courtesy what's so ever. I eventually got help but never did I hear good customer service language such as thank you for waiting or similar. IS IT BECAUSE I'M FEMALE @ AN AUTO PARTS SHOP!!??? ? Unfortunately that's what it felt like. These men need to be raised better, too grown to 1st not have manners & 2nd should probably be trained to treat ALL CLIENTS EQUAL. I will not be telling people about this place like I used to, sorry. And yeah I may go again if I need a vehicle part, hopefully they have been talked to on how to make a costumer feel welcomed. (Isn't that how they make the $$ they take home? From selling PUBLIC vehicle parts) ?✍

Final note: item I was looking for was found via AMZ for 40% less. U just never know right.. do your search of options always.
Worst place I ever been,I was waiting for an hour and non of the guys help me they were talking to each other and even put a costumer call in hold.they don't care if they lost a sale
Its ok. The man needs help. Kinda expensive. Almost $300 for a side mirror not including Installation. Smh. We shall see how it ends. Have to wait 3 days for the mirror.
I deffinetly recommend this place for any auto parts if you ever need some. Prices are great! The owner will go far and beyond to get your parts asap.?
Super poor customer service, bad communication. They messed up my order not once but twice.

They just want my money, and don't care about your satisfaction.
They are bilingual, very helpful, and if they do not stock the part you need, they can order and have in their warehouse by the end of the day or next day. Great Shop
I called in and was confirmed that they had my bumper I went to pay for it and they said they'd have it by 5 pm but i couldn't pick it up that same day so the next day i go and they say they didn't have my bumper so why make me waist my time driving twice there and take my money if your not gonna have my bumper!Please save your time and money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
Hi there I am writing this review to warn people about this place. The customer service is horrible. They never have the parts in stock if not they give you the wrong parts. In my case I went to get a part for my car and I was assured that I had picked up the correct part. When I tried to put the part on my car it was the wrong one. I went back and I was told to come back in a couple of days that the correct part would be in. I went back about a week later and still no part. Two weeks past and I went back and yet no part. I asked for the manager and the employee there refused to let me talk to the manager. He then processed to insult me and call me all sorts of names. He made threats to and was getting VERY VERY AGRESSIVE towards me. Other customers where there and they tried to tell him that he was in the wrong and he also insulted them and told the that they knew nothing and if they had a problem to meet him outside after his shift was over. I never got my part or my money back and no one there seems to know who the manager is. So stay away if you don't want to get ripped off and insulted when you are just simply wanting good service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
