Terrible service with the service department. I drove their loaner for a total of 18 miles and they tried to charge me $450 for a bubble in the tire that was clearly missed during their own inspection. They had just detailed the car before giving it to me and the tire area looked pristine so if I had actually hit a pothole, there would be dirt or visible signs of impact in the area. Zero regard for customer loyalty 0/5.

Ruby is truly exceptional. She treated me with kindness, honesty, and genuine care from the moment I arrived. She kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease during the entire process. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in helping people the way she does. I’m a BMW Owner of a 540i, I’ve always dealt with Service Advisor Dung Trinh, Mr. Trinh has always been very hands on with my vehicle needs & preventive suggestions with his expertise for my vehicle, I’ve never had a problem since I’ve known Mr.Trinh for 3+ years give or take, Mr. Trinh always treats me utmost respect & makes me feel very welcome at Beverly Hills BMW Service Center, selfishly on my part I always request Mr. Trinh as my Service Advisor while not disrespecting other because I already know what I’m getting with Mr. Trinh, I love going to Beverly Hills Service Center because I’m going to get 5* STAR SERVICE….. Thank You at Beverly Hills Service Center you are the best….. PERIOD:)

When it comes to communication this place is terrible. My vehicle was with them since December and I didn’t hear anything until January after my car was found by police. To get anything done you have to speak to a higher up such as a VP and once I did everything started to change. The behavior and the communication had magically changed. Lastly don’t ever use Oscar as your advisor. He tried messing with my insurance by speaking to my rep Deanna and letting her know and vice versa to not give me a loner vehicle. Once my lease is up in August I will never again drive a BMW. Absolutely the most unprofessional service I’ve had to endure. Gary just so you know AW did talk very low about your team’s service. That sir is a reflection on you and your leadership. The response that BMW just gave is probably the worst response and non-empathetic and validating responses I’ve read. Absolutely horrendous.

This is a rarity since I do not leave a lot of reviews. But being so impressed with professionalism of the staff and prompt service, it would be only deserving to leave a seven star review if I could.! Justin and Dung are simply the best and made my service visit at breeze and a pleasure. I highly recommend this place for all your cars needs.Keep up the great work guys guys.

I started the year, wanting to get a Tesla, but Erika Gomez, portfolio manager was persistent yet, not pushy. She got me to take an appointment which led to changing my mind about Tesla. Once I was there, Humayun Kabir closed the deal. He was patient and listened to all my concerns. Everyone at Beverly Hills BMW did an amazing job.

I’ve been coming to Beverly Hills BMW for 20 years because they always treat me right. I recently brought my car in for a recall and the service was seamless and professional. They continue to be my go-to for keeping my BMW in great shape. They also did an inspection to give me an update diagnose of my car which helped me out for future maintenance. Highly recommend their service department!

Not sure when BMW starting going down hill? I have been at this service location 4 times since October 2025 due to negligence and ongoing recalls. This last visit was the cherry on top. It started with the service advisor Paul having the wrong paper work and argued with me for 10 minutes until he finally realized he had the wrong paperwork. Did not even bother to apologize then proceeded to tell me that the battery warning I received can be ignored as its from the BMW APP. I pushed back and basically had to force him to take my car in and of course the battery needed to be REPLACED. Gave him an ETA of when I will be in to pick it up and he did not even bother to check me out. He sent me a text me and said to go to the cashier. I was then told that they can not find my car. As you can imagine I am freaking out and of course Gary the service manager decided that was the right time to treat me poorly. At this point the service advisor never once bothered to come out. They finally found my car. I definitely won't be returning.

I received top-tier service from both Amanda Tehrani and Ivan Palma during my recent visit. Amanda was a fantastic advisor, providing clear communication and professional guidance on my car's status. When it was determined the repair would take longer than expected, Ivan from the transportation department was equally impressive, proactively securing a loaner car for me for the next day. Both Amanda and Ivan went above and beyond to turn a potentially inconvenient situation into a smooth experience. I’m very grateful for their combined efforts!

I brought my vehicle in for one of two different required recalls as notified. Greeted by a nice and personable staff at every step. I currently own my BMW and I've had three other BMW's prior to now and always had them serviced at Bev. Hills BMW. I found my recent experience to be that of less than trustworthy as I was told and shown that the fluid levels in my car were good but when I checked two of them, coolant and wiper, they were nearly empty. What I have also realized is a noticeable decline in some of the common conveniences and amenities that this location once offered no longer exist. Such as, no chilled bottled water available for your customers, bathrooms without ample paper towels and soap, etc. Still, from my brief discussions with a couple of other patrons that I met, I fear that little will be done to rectify or remedy any of the poor efforts in customer satisfaction from this dealership maintenance department.

They have great customer service, they are communicative, prices are standard, but I love that they guarantee the word and have additional warranty for certain things. I just had my tires replaced and if anything happens to them in the next year, BMW will buy new tires for me. I just have to pay for the installation. That's a great deal!

I never write reviews but I had to write one for Daniel over at BMW Beverly Hills repair center. He made me feel so taken care of; as a woman, it can be easy to feel like you’re being taken advantage of in the car repair service world.. I had a few issues come up with my car out of nowhere around the time I was also getting a recall fixed. Not only did Daniel fight for me to make sure those repairs were made, he also made sure I was provided the best loaner for the time in between. I am so happy with his ability to make sure to keep costs down and also prioritizing my safety behind the wheel. Daniel deserves a raise.

Brought my car in for service and had an excellent experience with Sarkis, my service advisor. He was communicative, patient, and helped get additional items covered under my extended warranty. He also offered a three-year oil change package for $249, which was a great value. The car was washed and ready within a day.

Kudos to RUBY AND IVAN!!!! ❤️ I purchased a brand-new BMW X3 (2025), but after the most recent software update, some of the interior lights partially stopped working and I began experiencing Bluetooth connection errors. I took my car to Beverly Hills BMW Service, where Ruby assisted me with all the paperwork. She was very organized and extremely helpful. She walked me through the entire process in detail and explained that she would keep me informed about the repair progress. After that, I went to the loaner department and met Ivan. He was also incredibly helpful and quickly set me up with a nice loaner car. Ruby stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, and they fixed my car very quickly. When she informed me that my car was ready, returning the loaner and picking up my car was a smooth and easy experience, thanks to both Ivan and Ruby. I’m very satisfied with Beverly Hills BMW Service. You can definitely trust them.

I had a great experience working with Ruby in the service department and Alex in the tire department. Both were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Ruby truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and accurately, so I wasn’t without my car longer than necessary. Alex was kind and patient, taking the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my tires and clearly explain the process. Together, they made me feel confident, well-informed, and safe knowing my car was in excellent hands and ready to drive when I left. Best experience I’ve had at a service dept ever!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Beverly Hills BMW! From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team was incredibly responsive, and I loved that they offered to communicate via text, making everything so convenient. I brought my car in for suspension and engine repairs, and I’m thrilled with the results—everything runs smoothly now! Plus, they went the extra mile by washing and cleaning my car before returning it to me. I highly recommend Beverly Hills BMW for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction!

The best service I've ever received from a dealership. These guys are professional, extremely helpful, and easy to work with. When I got my i4, Ara stayed late after closing to make sure we went through every feature on my car. When I had a nail in my tire, Alan from the service center was fast, professional, and took all the stress & worry out of getting it fixed for me. If you're interested in getting a BMW this is the only dealership in the Los Angeles area you should go to.

I usually receive a great service from this dealership, and that's why I chose to come here instead of Glendale one. However, I felt like the whole vibe has changed from my last visit to the most current one. First of all, I'd talked to my service advisor about a leakage of the grease either from the trunk door to see if she can do anything. (I'd talked to the previous supervisor about this, and he was very knowledgeable, and explained throughly) but this service advisor said 'No" as a very short answer and not willing to explain anything further than "There is nothing we can do about it" at this moment, I knew that she was not aware of this issue and maybe too lazy or not happy to explain further. From the customer's point of view, I felt like I was shut down totally and her demeanor was very minimal/passive and made me feel like my question was kind of naive for me to ask kind of feelings. To make long story short, she was very to the point and not very friendly at all so I don't think I will be ever receiving a service from her as her willingness to help the customer was not present at all. When receiving a shuttle service, the lady who was helping me is also not that friendly and totally I can tell that she is also new and no personal skills at all. Maybe I am expecting too much but no people skill. And also dropping off the receipt when I was picking up the car, there were two Kids with red shirts and one guy with the black shirt person at the cashier. I noticed that the guy with the black shirt used to be the shuttle driver, and they were playing with my receipt not to take my receipt pointing to each other that I should give it to the person whoever they were pointing the finger to....and I said to them, "You guys can figure this out yourself" After all of these things, I really did not feel like I was treated right, and even asked the cashier to see if there was any changes in the management or the ownership, and of course the cashier did not take this question seriously. The whole vibe at this dealership made me feel like I am at the business that is rotting slowly inside due to the lack of ownership or leadership. Very disappointed. My experience with two different/previous service advisors were excellent but this time was horrible.

Every time I bring my car in, he goes above and beyond to make sure I fully understand the services being performed and why they’re needed. His communication is clear, honest, and incredibly professional. What really sets Gary apart is his customer service—he consistently treats you with care, respect, and genuine attention. You never feel rushed or overlooked. He makes the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly takes pride in their work and always puts the customer first, Gary is your guy. I won’t take my BMW to anyone else!

Don’t let the elegance of this place intimidate you. It’s a real customer focused, efficiency driven, service oriented and top notch - hands down - no nonsense facility. I consulted with my service advisor Mr. Francisco … for my car’s service schedule and it was completed as scheduled while I waited. I felt valued as a customer and that’s what it’s all about (people will forget … but they will always remember); how it felt after the services were provided that brought you there to begin with. I want to personally shout out and recommend everyone to Ruby Williams, Service Advisor at the BMW Service Center. Ruby is the truth — real, honest, and someone you can genuinely trust when it comes to your car. She won’t let you get ripped off and always takes the time to clearly explain what services are needed and why. She truly advocates for her customers. When Ruby wasn’t available, she introduced me to another great person, the manager Gary Pambukyan, who also helped me with fairness and professionalism. Communication is never an issue at this service center — even when Ruby’s not there, the team makes sure you’re taken care of. When I’m feeling stressed about serious car issues, Ruby’s reassurance and the reliable results from the mechanics always give me peace of mind. Everyone at the BMW Service Center is great, but Ruby is excellent — mark my words. If you want someone who genuinely has your back, go see Ruby. You won’t regret it.

I brought my car to this place for an oil change and a recall service. I showed them the text messages confirming my appointment, but they said they couldn’t find it in their system. It felt like they didn’t want to do anything about it or even ask their supervisor to resolve what was clearly an issue on their side. I also felt discriminated. Jeff, in particular, was very rude—he wouldn’t even listen to my situation when I asked for just 30 seconds of his time. Instead, he kept sending me to another person, and that person sent me back to him. Eventually, I had to ask the desk staff for the supervisor/manager because they were just passing me back and forth. They finally agreed to fix the recall, but after they finished, my wife noticed a “Malfunction Drivetrain” warning while we were driving home. I immediately checked under the hood and found that the connection hoses were not put back into my engine cover, the rubber connector was missing, and parts were not reinstalled properly. I messaged my advisor right away with pictures of the issue, but I still haven’t received any response or call back. I will never return to this BMW service center. Jeff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly do not know how to service cars correctly. He has no pleasant attitude and no willingness to address their customers’ concerns.
