The big white Mexican guy is very nice person. They're just doing their job as best they can.

my car was repossessed and they stole my wallet that had my ID , ruby the "manager" was rude and didn't let me inspect my belongings or get any back because i didn't have my ID that was in my wallet.

They repossessed my car and stuff was stolen out my car. They trashed my business flyers that could cause no damage to the vehicle. The lady was extremely rude.
