Horrible experience having your car stolen from a private, gated, and covered structure at the entry to Crypto Center. Stolen 12/20/2023, ticketed twice on 12/28 and 1/4 on 46th St, towed to Al's garage on 1/5/2024, and only contacted 2/20/2024. When I went to see my car, I found a stripped vehicle of ALL my personal belongings with a $4,600 bill. I smell a racket here with the timing of loss, notice, bill, and condition. Horrible! 2/2026 Oh, I see Al's has changed the business name. Must be law suits in the horizon...
Absolutely the worst place. Gave me an extremely difficult retrieving my own personal car keys from one of the vehicles in the facility . Very unhelpful , made unclear how to properly navigate through this situation. I don’t recommend, low compliance.
Understanding that when you come to an impound yard you may be going thru tough times as it is. Specially with this covic 19 pedemic . Life for people that arrive to this impound yard has taken a toll one way or another for the worse at least for that moment having the most valuable item removed from them.
With this in mind please realize that by the time you arrive at this place you will not receive any time of care or understanding. Damages or missing personal items will go unaccounted for and good luck attempting to discuss any fees or special arrangements with anyone there. Document and photograph any items any damages as proof for she said he said won’t cut it here. From the drivers not handling vehicles with care to unspoken complaints .Best of luck if you ended up here for some reason let it be your last time and trust me you’ll see why.
Summary;
Worse customer service, worse handling of vehicles impounded and property in it. Watch yourself and posted signs so you won’t end up here. Good luck and remember all OPG’s are govern and monitor by the POLICE COMMISSIONER OFFICE don’t be afraid to file file your complaints with them instead. Employees there are something else and items go missing for some reason or another with no explanations. God bless.
Terrible communication. Rude on the phone and even more rude in person. My car was stolen and even taking emotions out the way they communicate is irresponsible. The way the car was handled was despicable even when I was there in person. Picking up the car and it slamming into the wall. LAPD connects with them when a stolen car is found and I plan to advocating to local government to regulate this company. I will be reporting to them to the BBB as well for their despicable
First time at this Popeyes and I love it the people was nice to my family the food was fresh and good the outside was clean yes I will be heading back soon.
My bill of sale magically disappeared out of my car after being towed here. The people at this tow place are for sure doing illegal activities in order to keep people's cars and resale them. It's a common racket participated in by shady tow companies. Be careful when dealing with the people at front desk. The guys that take you to your car can't hide the guilt, the young man that helped me all but admitted to knowing paperwork comes up missing there.
They have a flat rate because its a police garage so i dont think they were tryna make me pay more. Maria also let me look for my stuff in the car for free. Helpful and easy. If you guys wanna blame someone, blame the cop or whoever called als towing because they wanted you to pay more for distance fees, the people working here have nothing to do with its flat rate fees
They are fraud they put unnecessary holds on cars so u be forced to leave it tell u that u can’t get your stuff out the car mess up people cars the BBB needs to be call Ron these people what they are doing is WRONG get them closed down make em lose everything like they out here taken everything from everybody smmfh shame on you it’s a special place for people like you
Very rude lady Maria!!! She needs to learn how to deal with public. Very agressive at answering questions about your own vehicle!!! She acts like it can't happen to her!!!!
Al's Towing yard is located close to western and Gage . not a prosperous neighborhood . instead of showing some respect for the surrounding neigbors they have profit and big time towing cars that belong to homeless people and people that are barely making it . they give kick back $ to parking enforcement employees. If they reach a # of tows no matter how. For that many homeless people have lost their only possesions .while the poor is getting worst the rich is getting wealthier ! Shame on u. Al ! Just for that u are getting A green LIGHT !
They mount my car after telling them I'm willing to pay 250$ ..they bring it down and messed up my alignment!!!!! My car is left all messed up!!...I remember them telling me the guy doing the job was being trained no shit!!!! ....I need my money back I just paid 150$ to get it fixed!!! They messed up the inside of the wheel..horrible horrible!!!! Plus they didn't gave me no receipt of me paying!
These people are so very THRISTY and Twisted they are scammer and robbing the Legal Los Angles residents of there car and the amount to retrieve their Vehicles Back all Hispanic we need too send the Team down there and Do a Sweep. And there is No proper comprehension ...I'm having them Investigated I suggest you all Do The same
