As someone who knows nothing about cars, this shop has helped me out multiple times without unnecessary charges and fees. They’ve also pointing me in the right direction if it’s something they don’t specialize in. I highly recommend Mario and his team. Transparent and trustworthy the whole way.
J J Auto Center is possibly the FASTEST and most accommodating auto repair shop that I have EVER been to yet. Not only were the understanding of my time constrictions, but their prices were SO much more agreeable than most repair shops.
They towed my Toyota Matrix to their shop, FOUND, fixed AND replaced my axle within a few hours- all in the same day. They are a fully encompassed auto repair shop, fixing everything from internal parts to external body damage.
If I could give more than five stars their for their workers, I would. I will CERTAINLY be returning to this repair shop, and would advise anyone else to try this repair shop for their car as well. ??
I ONLY went here because it was close to my home and trusted a friend's recommendation. Worse mistake every. My car was left worse then what it was. First my car was rear ended in a accident. My SUV had rear and front damage. Took him about 2 months and since he knows someone with "State Farm", he received the check. I have pictures with damage and paint in miscellaneous places in my vehicle. The rear has left uneven bumper and the tail light cover was never clipped it just hanging in the box light. The bottom cover for the engine and rear cover have missing clips, so technically I had to order the clips and get someone's else to clip them. There is a splash of blotch paint on my passenger door. The paint they used does not match the rest of the car either. The air take air valve was also broken and not replaced. The reservoir was just tossed in the area and not clipped/ placed correctly and the plastic over for the radiator was lose and clips were also missing. Instead of them just replacing it with a new one the repainted and used the damaged/broken one.
Do Not take you car if your going through your insurance. Lastly, take your car to get thoroughly checked by a professional or your insurance.
Man I’ve been meaning to write a review about Mario on yelp but I couldn’t find it there but let me tell you this, Mario is hands down the nicest and honest guy you’ll ever meet he got the job done and was very patient with me the whole way he truly cares about his work which I can respect thank you for your work and for fixing up my car if I ever need work done I know who to call
This is one of the best auto repair shops here in LA. Mario the owner is not only awesome, he is professional & extremely knowledgeable on how to deal with you, your insurance company and the process of getting your vehicle repaired. Their repair services are done in a timely manner with excellent results. You will not be disappointed using this company for any type of auto repairs you may need. No game playing or scams, this shop is the real deal. My 2017 Honda Civic was rear ended, it was repaired, in less than 2 weeks.
Mario is the Man. Took really good care of my Van. Changed the color Red to White. My Van looks like it went to one of those Car shows, Pimped my Ride.
