DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! THEY ABSOLUTELY SCREWED US! We bought a vehicle from them in 2024 this month the vehicle was totaled. All of the sudden they can't find the paperwork on our gap insurance. I have always and will always purchase or lease with gap insurance. I remember the exact conversation we had and I without a doubt agreed to gap insurance and they're trying to play games. We also purchased a warranty and it took us calling every couple of months for a year to get that information to use it because they didn't include it in the paperwork that they gave us. These people are not trustworthy whatsoever. If you've had a similar experience, find me on Facebook and DM me your experience. I'll be contacting a lawyer about this situation.

WARNING TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I am beyond disappointed with this dealership. They treat customers like numbers, not human beings, and they genuinely do not care about you or your time. I am a return customer and a multiple-time buyer. I brought my brand new car to them due to a transmission failure that occurred mid driving (extremely dangerous), expecting a basic level of professionalism. The transmission failure that happened to me on the freeway could've been fatal, and they had not the slightest care or concern in the world. Instead of working to diagnose the issue to determine whether it was covered under warranty, they immediately began blaming me when they had absolutely no reason or no right to do so. That is completely unacceptable. No inspection, no structured process, no attempt to actually understand the problem. Just blame and 0 accountability. After quite some talking they said i'll need to leave the car here for 3 weeks before they can start the diagnosis... Are they joking or what? Not 3 weeks in service. 3 weeks to start the diagnosis. At least 4 different guys came to talk to me, and each person said something else. ("I've never seen this before"... "This is common on newer fords"... It is evident that not a single person here knows what they are talking about, or cares about serving their customers. Zero understanding, zero structure, and zero order at this dealership. At separate occasion, an air vent in my car popped off. When I asked them to look at it, they outright refused. I was told, quote, “This is not our issue. If you want it fixed go somewhere else" Then after some more talking I was told "you have to come in before the manager comes to work so he can look at it. He comes every now and then at 8am on a motorcycle.” First of all, I do not care about his motorcycle. I do not care what time he casually decides to show up. We are not barbarians. People have jobs, responsibilities, and places to be. Expecting a customer to come at 8am on a weekday just to “catch” a manager so that they can determine if my ford is "their problem" is ridiculous. Saying “it’s not our problem” for a clear defect is ridiculous. These people have made me lose faith in humanity. My bumper to bumper means nothing to these people. The manager, in particular, is one of the most self-serving individuals I have ever dealt with in a professional setting. There is no accountability, no ownership, and no concern for customer experience. I have owned many cars over the years and dealt with many man many dealerships. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had time after time again. Any other Ford dealership would be a better choice. At least elsewhere, you are treated with basic respect like a human being. If you value your time, your money, or being treated with respect, take your business elsewhere. They do not care about you, or your ford at all. These people would make the world burn for an extra 1% profit in their pockets. Time and time again they have proven to do everything in their power to blame the customer and make their work easier for them. A premium price for terrible service. On the bright side my terrible experience here allowed me to find a dealership that actually respects and cares about their customers.

I walked in at 3pm on a Sunday and left at 5pm in a new truck (see photo). If you know what you want and don’t mess around they will make a fair deal. Everyone was courteous and prompt; thank you Gerald and Edwards. This was in January 2026.

Was able to get a brand new Ford Transit Van for my dad at a great deal with Genesis and everyone else on the team. Great experience very little haggling and straight to the point of what I was looking for and they were able to go beyond my expectations. Usually car buying is a drag but Genesis made the transition very easy with her help over the phone and keeping what they offered online to what we received at the dealer. Will definitely be recommending people over to them more often.

The transaction with Mirna in finance was equally pleasant and easy. Thorough but never high pressure, very professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend you try them when looking for your next Ford!

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service department. I have had multiple vehicle serviced. From the check-in to the prompt response to repairs and cost and the follow up. It’s nice to know you can’t trust and expect outstanding performance and quality.

Everyone was nice. I just did not like the fact that they included prepaid preventative maintenance and Ford Triple Care without my knowledge at first. I eventually agreed to it once they made it a four year package, since I normally don't purchase any maintenance plans. Just thankful they got the purchase approved. They also didn't provide the sky key.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Airport Marina Ford for service for over 20 years and my most recent visit was the first time I've encountered a significant problem. I believe that customer service is important, much more so now as there seems to be a huge lack in this department with many companies. Of course, I'd have preferred to not run into issues with how I and my vehicle are treated, especially right before a vacation, but I must say that management stepped up and made correcting the problem much less painful than it could have been. I don't usually reply to surveys (for a variety of reasons) but in this case I'm making an exception because I was impressed with how quickly, and fully, my problem was solved. Kudos!

After years of loyalty to Ford, I can confidently say I will never purchase or recommend another Ford vehicle again. My most recent experience was the final straw: my last Ford spent 3.5 months in service before I traded it in for a new one. I purchased the “First Day Rental” warranty option, expecting it to provide a rental vehicle immediately if my car needed service. What I wasn’t told—and what’s buried in the fine print—is that the rental is only provided after the vehicle is diagnosed. The dealer informed me they couldn’t even begin diagnosis for five days. So much for “same-day rental.” It’s misleading at best, and deceptive at worst. Ford’s quality has declined, prices have gone up, and now they’re selling warranties that are practically useless. I spent over three hours on the phone with Ford corporate and warranty services trying to resolve this, and got nowhere. To make matters worse, Ford’s service departments are overwhelmed. Long wait times for repairs are the norm, which is especially concerning given how many recalls Ford has had—more than any other manufacturer in recent history. Buyer beware. Ford has lost my trust. DO NOT BUY FORD!!!

I’d been into a lot of garages before and was always confronted by aggressive sales tactics, but these guys were the opposite polite, professional, and transparent.
