everyone at this shop is truly amazing. levon made me feel so welcome and helped me every step of the way (i'd never taken my car to the shop on my own/dealt with repairs before) and they made it so easy for me! him and his sister are sweethearts and everyone at the shop was attentive and kind. my car is looking incredible as well! customer service and repair quality are truly top notch here!

I had an amazing experience at Elite Auto Body. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with respect and made the whole process stress-free. They handled everything with my insurance company and kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my car, I was honestly shocked at how perfect it looked -- like the accident never happened. The paint match was flawless, and the lines were clean.You can tell they take real pride in their work. It's rare to find a shop that's both professional and genuinely caring about their customers. I originally trusted Elite Auto Body for a tow hitch installation, which they did professionally. Based on that, I let them handle a window repair through a third-party installer, a huge mistake. Immediately after, my rear passenger speaker started buzzing, and my leather seat and center console were severely damaged from poor cleanup. Communication from Elite was awful; it took weeks and constant calls just to get updates. Their own work is great, but I cannot recommend using them for subcontracted repairs, the damage and lack of accountability were unacceptable.

If I could give 10 stars for Elite Body Shop I absolutely would!!!! Levon and his wonderful staff treated me like I was family and I have nothing but the best things to say about them and the service I received! I had never gotten into a prior accident in my many years of driving so I was very nervous about how long and stressful the process would be, but Levon took care of absolutely everything and I couldn't be more grateful. I’m very big on reassurance and throughout the entire process they ensured me that everything was going to be taken care of and to not worry about a thing. And surely they kept their promise, and gained a loyal customer!!! Thank you so much Levon and your amazing staff for being so patient and caring, I cannot thank you enough!

The rear passenger right door of my parked car got damaged, and Levon was great at keeping me updated during the repairs. The replacement door, panels, and paint job is top-notch—it looks like nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend this shop for their quick service and friendly staff.

I had a great experience using Elite Auto Body to repair my car. I had visited two other body shops which did not impress me. While driving down Hyperion Ave., I saw the Elite sign and pulled in for an estimate. Hutch was straight up when talking to me about what needed to be replaced/repaired and I left with an estimate. Hutch and his staff made things easy with my insurance company, did an outstanding job with the repairs done in a reasonable amount of time, and even threw in a couple “extras”. I would not hesitate to use them again, but hopefully will not have a need for more auto body work. I am so very happy with my entire experience at Elite Auto Body!

No joke I actually enjoy coming here. I’m always greeted by the friendliest people, from the office to the back. They’re super fast and good. The guys completely restored my car when I thought it was totaled and it looked better than it did before my accident haha. Seems like very fair pricing too - believe me, I did my shopping.. can’t say it enough, every time I’m come in everyone couldn’t be any nicer. Love the staff and their work. What a wonderful place to get your car serviced/fixed. Anthony, Levon and Natalie are so insanely kind, generous and honest. They fixed my issue in 15 minutes flat, were super friendly and explained everything. I happen to live close by, so I’ll be bringing my car here for everything from now on. 15/10 would recommend!

Family owned auto repair shop that I’ve been to on three separate occasions now. Every time I’ve had a bad stroke of luck regarding my car these people have been nothing short of genuine and transparent about everything regarding pricing, part sourcing, and repair time. About 2 months ago late at night I had hydroplaned on the 101 freeway with my Tesla Model 3 and had hit my vehicle on the divider all around the car leaving my vehicle in an inoperable state. They had mentioned to me that they had 24/7 towing and I shot a text to them as I was too far away from my home. They showed up in a little over an hour and took care of the rest. I want to commend Hutch and Levon on the quality work they provide along with their professionalism. They are definitely the most skilled car doctors I have ever come across, and they have a knack for endearing bedside manner as well ;). Thanks for always taking care of me! If you are looking for a body shop that really cares, you have come to the right place. This team is outstanding. They have all the right skills, communication, efficiency, and quality.. Having a black car, you worry about the flaws that can show in your paint.. The way we got my wife's Range Rover back was like we drove it off the lot brand spanking new! And by the way, they care so much that their workspace is CLEAN. I believe in "to provide clean work, you must have a clean environment" and must I say... this place EXCEEDED that expectation. I think they’re called Elite Auto Body for a reason, they really are Elite! Hutch and Levon are the best. Between the clean work they do to their customer service everything was 10/10. I just took my 2021 Range Rover sport in after an accident and I got it back looking better than it did before the accident and they were so quick and efficient too. I have been using Elite Auto Body for almost 20 years. There is no other place in LA I take my cars to. It’s a family run business and you really feel it with their customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. I recently had some damage on my truck’s tailgate and the insurance company was trying to replace it with a cheap aftermarket piece. They had my back and ensured I was covered for an original Ford replacement part despite the insurance company pushing the cheap repair. Trust me. Hutch and Levon will take care of you.
