제 바퀴 근처에서 이상한 쇠소리가 몇달동안 나서 여기로 방문하였습니다. 가서 주인 사장님이랑 같이 몇분동안 테스트 드라이브를 한 후에 이건 분명 브레이크 교체가 필요하다하셨고 그래서 네쪽 다 교체를 하였습니다! 320? 줬는데 아직도 소리가 나서 다시 방문 후에 브레이크 교체인줄 알았다! 그 소리인줄 알았다 이상한 소리를 하시네요! ㅡㅡ
그래서 바퀴안에 다시 살펴 달라고 하였고 그게 원인이 아니라고 하시네요.. 여기 잘 한다고 해서 갔다가 돈만 날렸네요 ㅠㅠ 원인도 모르는 곧엔 방문 하지말아주세요!!!! 짜증만나고 돈만 쓰고 이유도 모르고.. 아직까지 쇠소리 나네요..

i came with a corolla 2005 and it was Very bad experience at this shop. I took my car in because it had a noise coming from the rear wheel, and from the beginning the service felt unprofessional. The owner didn’t even speak to me directly—instead, he went over to one of his employees, whispered something to him, and then sent the employee to talk to me.
The employee came back with random guesses, saying it might be the axles or the shocks, without even properly inspecting the car. It was clear they had no real interest in diagnosing the issue or helping me as a customer. They just wanted me to leave the car there without giving a clear explanation, almost like they were trying to get rid of me.i know its an old car, I may have looked humble, but I have enough money to pay.
It felt like they don’t want to deal with anything complicated and only prefer easy jobs or customers with newer cars so they can charge more. I ended up going somewhere else, and for just $30 they gave me an accurate diagnosis.
Very disappointing service. I do not recommend this place.
MJ Auto (First Auto), located in LA's Koreatown, has been providing honest and reliable car maintenance for years. The owner possesses both professional car repair skills and a strong philosophy. Recently, they've expanded to include a body shop as well. After a minor collision that damaged my car's rear bumper, they repaired it so well it looks like new.
I've been coming here for the past 10+ years. Always great service. Always transparent. Always reasonable. What a hidden gem this place is.

Exceeded my expectations for sure. I was rear-ended and needed a new radiator and the headlamp was out of place. First Auto replaced the radiator and straightened out the headlamp. It was a 24 hour turn around. When I picked up my van, I discovered they buffed out both headlamps! I highly recommend the shop! If I have future auto repair, I will stop by First Auto.
They are very kind, give accurate diagnoses, and provide good service at a good price. When many people ask about the Body Shop, I always recommend this place.
I’ve been coming here for years and had my brakes replaced here also. Last oil check I told them my brakes were squeaking and if I could change it. They told me it was okay for another 5000 miles. I brought it back and they asked who did the brakes. I told them it was them and he looked confused and tried to play it off that the rotors were worn due to natural use. No. It’s cause you didn’t change the brake pads and ordered the wrong pads last time. Exposed and very unprofessional. I’d go to a place that specializes in your car brand instead. Lost me $1000 for just being lazy. Do not recommend.
