I went to get an oil change the place didn't have the oil my car needed so I had to buy it and pay him just a labor fee, this store was close by so I stopped by to get the oil and filter, my knowledge in finding oil filter was really bad Maria an employee who worked there passed by with a cheerful attitude and helped me find the oil filter for my car her being helpful and her cheerful attitude made my day, she was amazing.
My car wouldn’t start so I needed my battery checked and changed, when I went in Joshua helped me. He has great customer service, very friendly and helpful. He did a good job explaining everything to me and giving me advice on what to get.
I've been a O'Reillys customer for a while, I stopped by their store in East Los Angeles on Cesar Chavez to return a set of brake pads since I bought them a lifetime warranty, yet the staff member wasn't in the mood to help me, I didn't want money back, I just wanted credit or get something else. Yet she insisted that I've already returned the item, I said not I haven't. I am just bringing it back now. She was so unprofessional that she didn't let me explain, I don't understand when an employee brings out the worst of him/hers with a customer. Other staff member wanted to help, but she refused his assistance. To other customers, please be aware, in this location, don't expect any customer service at all. Very disappointing. Going back to other store in the city of Bell, California.
It was great customer service. The only thing is parts you have to sometimes keep going too other stores its not just your stores it's other vendors too. Just to get the parts you looking for. Cause they don't have them.
Came to O'Reilly after not being able to find the car part we needed at other auto part stores. The sales representative who initially placed the order for the part was super helpful. When we returned to pick up the car part ordered, Gabriela was amazing! She helped guide us on what to do, took the time to step outside with us and further help with the installation we needed. Couldn't be more pleased with the help she provided.
I was looking for a part for my car. I had gone to another auto store, and the salesperson was less than helpful. Finally, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The salesperson identified the part I needed, and I was able to order the part. I spent about 15 minutes in the store. Great service.
I was having trouble getting windshield wipers for my 96 Camaro, I went to autozone and they made me get these expensive rainx that didnt even fit, then I go to O'Rielly and thankfully Gabriela ( A very cool girl by the way) got me a basic pair of 24in blades and put them on no problem. Im feel no problem coming back in the future to my parts here now. Thanks again Gabriela.
Stood in line for 20 min so that the cashier wouldnt have change if you cant have change you shouldnt. Be in business and the cashier didnt even try to help rude and incompetent
Great service. Went in for a part. The guy took his time to make the part was in. He checked and the part had just gotten in today. He looked for it and found it. Bought it. I just went to see if I could order cause other competitors didn't have it. Great Job O'Reilly. Great team they have at this location!!!
I like the store but they stole my new mads from my van the I just bought on front of the store in the parking and when you go to buy something from OREILLY there is no parking because the who sale around they park there they get upset I guess I going to look for other store
Have a good experience. The staff was very helpful And they help me order something that they didnt have to order for next day. I thought that was awesome.

I don't know a brake pad from an oil pan, with that said...I walked in looking for something specific. The young lady behind the counter was able to help me fast and courteously. You go girl. Thanks.
They've always been helpful whenever I've shopped there, good service and they had some parts that even autozone didn't have. Just some splicers I had been looking for.
Great service, although hoped for at least 2 more employees to help since maybe just 2 per shift can be overwhelming. Just my thought, but employees are organized and well informed of products, the parking is fairly decent size, you can also work on your vehicle outside or the curb on the side.
Clean store, employees are professional and helpful. I called asking if they could order a BMW part and they didn't require payment upfront and the price beat their competitors (who require payment upfront and in person) by $23.00.
Super friendly and helpful people work here! Considering it's a chain and pretty generic I was surprised at the good service. I would recommend it and will definitely be returning.
