Delicious, and love their late hours. There is a local competitor near me, and I choose Insomnia instead because their cookies are so much better. So grateful for their delivery service in their app.

I’ve passed by this place many times, and this time I finally decided to stop in and give it a try. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience really welcoming. The chai latte quickly became a favorite in the office — flavorful and perfectly balanced. I’m glad I finally checked it out and will be ordering online for delivery next time.

Maybe include on the site that after hours is only for students? Very misleading information to put you close at 3am without any disclosures.

Had a pickup order for doordash in this place and the personnel got mad becuase i told them they need a better procedure to hand over the order and becuase of that she didnt want to give me to order to do my job, i lost time and money becuase she got in her feelings, pathetic. DO BETTER INSOMNIA!

Overly pissed me off, I placed an order at 10:57 my order wasn’t picked up till 11:30 something and was immediately brought back to the store, nobody told me nothing I waited till 12 am to call again and nobody knew what was going on, I was told it would be sent out again but I never got a new tracking number or anything I waited to 12:30 to give them another call just to be told that the dasher brought back my order because he doesn’t speak English and he was comfortable and i understand that’s not you’re guys fault but I was informed on nothing .. there’s numbers for you guys to call us or u guys can cancel the order I waited for over an 1 hr and 30 mins and received nothing even after the woman on the phone promised to send it out and add extra cookies .. nothing ever came. Extremely unprofessional and would never order there again and this was through you guys app not a third party! Smh

Sabrina (or whoever she was (she refused to give her name the first 2 times I called) who worked the shift on 9/12 around 7:45 pm until) is a evil, rude, combative, disrespectful employee and has terrible customer service. She is super unprofessional and even hung up the phone on me twice after telling me the driver might not deliver my cookies to me because she didn't feel like jotting down brief instructions to give to the driver when he picks up the order. I ordered the cookies on the company's website, but according to her, door dash is to blame if I don't get my order. Instead of offering to pass along my building instructions, she hung up in my face multiple times. Long story short, the driver came 30 minutes late left the box outside the building for someone to take off with the order. I am highly upset and disappointed with Sabrina, because she declined to assist me when I requested for her to take down simple instructions to give to the delivery man. All of this could have been avoided, but she wanted to be rude and lazy. I will never refer anyone to this location, nor will I ever spend a dime here ever again.

This place Was a disappointment. Can’t get to the place since it’s in USC campus so you need to have campus ID. They deliver it to you at the entrance but they wont even answer , thankfully the front security was able to get a hold of them. Got the box with 6 cookies. They charge almost 3 dollars extra for the good ones,And the cookies were not what i expexted. So thin!!! They do taste good but not worth it at all. The peach cobbler was so good but with one bite pretty much 75% of the cookie was done. It was tiny. I thought the box was gonna be full just like in the pictures but nope. Definetly would never recommend this spot to anyone.

Cookie Cravings Guaranteed! If you’re on the hunt for warm, gooey cookies stuffed with ice cream, this place is an absolute must. The cookies here look amazing and taste even better—they’re the kind of treat that makes you close your eyes and say wow after every bite. Honestly, be careful… it’s way too easy to get hooked. I’ve definitely picked up a new cookie habit thanks to this spot, and I’m not even mad about it. These might just be some of the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Go try them—you’ll thank me later!

My favourite experience with insomnia is when people give it out when you download their apps on the street. Like yes, please, give me more for free. I always buy these cookies for my friends’ birthdays though :)

I think they took a bite out of my cookie. $10 for this. Heads up, they don't let you walk inside the village past 10. Then you order online, and they bring you a half bitten cookie. She did this on purpose ima go to subway next time :,(

Awesome cookies and ice cream here. Very pricey but it's LA what do you expect? A cookie and 2 scoops will run you around 9 bucks. The ice cream is pretty good!

It still feels brand new to me; even 6 years after its inauguration. Cudos to the management, security, Housekeeping and all other staff and inhabitants that work tirelessly to keep it in top shape. I am writing this review while exploring USC Village in the second week of August 2023. It’s picturesque and very relaxing; granted that summer break is still on for most of the population that normally would frequent USC Village. Plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating, Trader Joe's, Target, Amazon lockers and misc stores. Parking is available underground for $5 an hour and first two hours are free with validation.

Beautiful campus, great place to skate!

The USC campus is pretty wide, and they have USC Village, which has a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. a lovely place that is worth visiting.

My favorite cookie place ever ! So many different flavors. The confetti deluxe is by far my favorite. They also have vegan options that taste as good as the rest.

Fabulous location in the heart of Los Angeles. This area used to be very shady and don’t get me wrong, we still gotta a long way to go but this area is awesome. Validated parking. Feels safe. Tons of options. So many spots to people watch or read or lay out or catch up w people. U got Trader Joe’s, dulce is ridiculous, etc. one of my fave places to meet people. I’m a bruin but love the usc village. Thx for a fabulous spot.

Clean, safe, a plethora of choices all on USC Campus. Target, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Amazon and more. Outdoor seating is plentiful! ✌️??✝️??

This is a very chill plaza just outside USC, with some cozy couch seatings in open air. There are lots of cafes and business around including Trader Joe's and Target. Can't believe that this is actually a university residence village, which is very convenient. These students are so lucky!

This place is a nice and casual university village setting. It’s newly-built, it’s got groceries, it’s got Target, it’s got dining, and more. Hoover Park is right up the street, for bum-overnighting in the area, when there’s nowhere better to go. I sleep in the wood chips over there. Lol. Just kidding. They’re dusty dirt pine needles, and there’s some interesting creatures that greet you in the morning, like a miniature tarantula. I come here to do Target stuff, and as an intermediary stop-off point when I do my recycling over at G&P’s, up the street. The WiFi access point here for guests is fast: up to 6 MB per second.

Perhaps USC's best development of the recent years (and definitely the most costly one). It adds so much to the main campus with large dormitories to host mostly undergraduate students. The are has a much more commercial feel than the rest of the campus with retain shops, saloons, trader joes, target and restaurants, Amazon store, etc. It has an incredible ambience with a beautiful water fountain in the middle of it. At the back, there's plenty of grass space for games and/or taking your dog out for play.

USC has been hyping up the construction of the new USC Village for the last several years. It doesn't live up to the hype. It's very underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, it looks beautiful. It has a mixture of Romanesque and Gothic architecture, but it often just feels very tacky and artificial, almost like an amusement park. It's like Disneyland, but that's bad, since it's supposed to be the authentic feel. It's all very superficial as well, with the architecture being nothing but facades. The main courtyard area is very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. But the walkways all are patches of square concrete with grass in between them, making it feel very weird to walk around in the courtyard. The shopping options are rather lackluster as well. There's a Target and Trader Joe's, but they're both very small and never have anything I'm looking for, I always just go to the bigger Target in Culver City or Downtown. All the other shopping is, well....bleh. Oh, and they have two more Starbucks to add to the fifty others in the area. Yay! All in all, a big letdown. Not a very exciting addition to the University Park area beyond the initial excitement of something new, and I can't see it's atmosphere and looks withstanding the test of time, since it's all so superficial, tacky, and shoddily put together.
