They have cute items but the prices are insane. You can find cute Sanrio stuff in any of the stores in Little Tokyo for a fraction of the price.

I love this store, I’ve been buying things for years. My complaint is, I was looking for gifts to get my fam and asked this group of girls on the back… All they told me was IDK.. -_- How you don’t know? You work at the store? I asked if any of them knew about other items and no body did. Honestly annoying. Another lady was there trying to get help but they were TOOO BUSY!! CHATTING!! And they be ignoring everyone, we are trying to pay and leave. The lady and I left the stuff on the side walked out. Really disorganized staff. FYI this isn’t the first time. Hopefully this review gets to who ever needs to get because it will be sad to see this store closed down because of the people they hired.

My wife absolutely loved this store, they had a lot of awesome and rare Hello Kitty merch. I don't think there are many Sanrio stores left in California and this was the first one we've found. Definitely worth the stop if you are a Hello Kitty fan.

I love Sanrio! However this store was not very clean when I went back in November and they had some loud Halloween music playing. Cheapest item I saw was $30

Hi . So my friend and I enjoyed our day shopping here. First off the shop is super nice. So fresh and clean everywhere you look .when I walked to the back of the store. I got lost because it's so kawaii big. The shop boys and girls are so kind. They are so cute too.I had so much fun here . I can't to go back. Thanks for the good experience.

Came on a Friday morning (09/09/22) and went in a little after they opened. There was no line, so I believe the best time to come is weekday mornings and maybe a bit before they open. They have a mask policy as of September 2022, so I recommend to bring one just in case. The store was clean and organized. There were not as many items as I expected but the store is small, so might have been the stock limit for the store. The staff were really kind, friendly, and attentive to questions I had. **This isn't a discount store so don't expect any unless the items are on sale** It was a nice visit. I enjoyed it. The online prices for the items seem the same, except here you wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

I haven’t been to a Sanrio store in probably 20 years so it was so fun to step inside one again! I did have to wait in line for a few minutes to get in and you only have 30 minutes to shop but it’s not too big of a store. I got a post card, a pen and a small Gudetama bee plush. Things were a bit more pricey when it had Hello Kitty on it but it’s to be expected. Still a fun place to visit!

Experienced a line since they limited the amount of people inside at once and you're timed once you go in. Everything was pretty expensive but that's to be expected. Clean and cute interior. Staff was very helpful/professional.

Loved this part of LA, the shop vendors were friendly and welcoming. It was nice exploring with my family. I’ll definitely be going back.

There is usually a queue to get in snd you have a limited amount of time to shop when inside. There is so much to look at once you are in though! Lots of cute statues and murals to take photos of/with and even a claw machine (it was out of order when I went though). The merchandise comes in a variety of characters, even some of the less popular ones. Easy to find because there is a big Sanrio mural outside of the shop.

There was a long line waiting to get in. It was about 90 degrees and what the store should’ve done was put a tent so that everyone isn’t just standing out in the heat. When inside, people get 20 mins to shop I only got a postcard because that was the cheapest thing I’ve seen

My 8 year old wanted to visit. You are not allowed to take drinks inside, you will have to wait in line, we waited for about 30m, no food or drinks and no cash and we only had about 20m to shop there is always a line. It was fun reminiscing and seeing the new characters, not like in my time but it will do.

This was my first ever visit to an in person Sanrio store! I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was great, and the store wasn't over-crowded due to there only being a certain amount of customers allowed inside. I visited on a not so busy Thursday, so I only had to wait a minute or two to be let in. The selection was great, and check out was quick. I recommend this store if you're in the area!

There's a big line to go shopping in there. The store it's super cute but make sure you don't forget your debit/credit card. They DO NOT accept cash!. My 10 years had $200 cash to spend (bday money)but no credit card. Would had been nice for the girl in charge of the line to tell us as we walked in since she was blocking the sign on the door that states "NO CASH". I had forgotten my wallet in the car, we had to go back to my car and then make line again ?‍♀️

Fun Sanrio store that was clean and I organized. There is always a line to get on as they limit the number of shoppers at a time. They had a variety of items but only had a few characters. Only taking card (credit or debit) which caused a few problems for other customers

Lots of Hello Kitty and friends merchandise. Overpriced but expected. My daughter enjoyed all 20 min of her time during our 3 visits.

When in Little Tokyo, a must stop is the Sanrio store. Even if you’re not a fan of Hello Kitty, it’s still such a cute shop. They have the cutest stuffed animals but a lot pricier. The chopsticks; color pages, crayons and pens are a great price and tons of options/ Z the staff is very friendly and the store is super clean and organized

Pretty medium sized store, with an hour long wait time and you're only given 20 minutes to shop due to covid. The employees do keep track and let you know when you have 5 minutes left and when your time is up so it is a lil nerve wrecking. Either come early or avoid the weekend crowd. Some very cute stuff and clothing. Not alot of pochacco or other character. Mostly hello kitty, gudetama, the devilish feminine character, cinnaroll

Nicely decorated shop with a great assortment of old and new sanrio characters, loved the assortment of gudetama merchandise along with the retsuko items I wasn't expecting to see!

Super cute store! If you are a fan of Hello Kitty or any Sanrio character this is a must go to store for you! They have so many things you could buy. I'm definitely coming back again!

Hello kitty world! If you like things cute, come here. Located in the Little Tokyo outdoor village. Hair accessories, socks, purses, pillows, stickers, clothing galore. This place is kawaiiiii! (Cute) The employees are really nice, and are great at offering suggestions for what you’re looking for. Because honestly, there are so many little knickknacks. The store is basically divided into brands and also different colors. They have Hello Kitty in all her stages. Display cases near the checkout desk change constantly because they’re always getting new items in. Find street parking a block or two away.

Cute store with lots of characters from Sanrio! I like how they organize the store by character so it’s easier to find items! I bought a cute Aggretsuko sticker/decal the other day. Plus!!* There’s a Sanrio Penny Press machine near the entrance! Get your penny stamped for a cute, quick, & cheap souvenir!

I absolutely love all the special events they have here. A great place to go to for exclusive merch on hard to find brands, like the Aggrestko pop up shop! Very clean, organized and generally has a wide verity of products. Sign up for their emails to get notices of when special events come around so you can plan to go when it opens. They sell out of small sizes pretty fast unfortunately.

I found hard to find items in this location. I picked up some merchandise for my collection & I went home super happy. The staff is also really nice & super helpful too.
