Customer service is perfect, great cars, they made my car buying experience very quick and easy if I’m buying a car will recommend this spot . UPDATE: The car That i Bought came with a lot of issues later on down the road dealer didnt really offer only 3 months in and my transmission blew also they lied about the car being fully service the day i purchased it. jus check the car before buying and if callin the dealer make sure to speak with abdul because emily is very terrible with customers and has a tenency to talk over you to make her point across even though shes gonna be wrong and dont know what shes talking about

Me and my wife came here the other day to buy a car for her. These people are great, they are genuinely nice people and offer great service and options for vehicles. They are fair on pricing and want to help you feel comfortable with purchasing from them. I appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a car! I have a lot of experience in looking for cars and have a good sense of pricing and what to look for, so, I can tell you this place is good. They are also not pushy which is always an A+ in my opinion.

When I say “I’ve never experienced” the level of quality and convenience I experienced making my purchase at Jersey City Autoland, I am not speaking in the typically hyperbolic way that people tend to favor, I mean it. I went in to get a car that caught my eye, fully expecting to be met with the typical used car salesman shtick, alas this was not the case. Mazhar greeted me with courtesy, and the overall process was so quick it took me until the halfway mark on my drive home to realize that I wasn’t dreaming. I just want to say what a wonderful dealership this is! From start to finish everyone was so kind and welcoming. The process was very easy and they were with me every step of the way in buying my first car! Abdul and his team members all were very hospitable and honest about everything. Offered solutions and different options for my concerns and it was all handled with compassion and treated me like family! Just recently bought my car from here, beyond the staff being so incredibly kind and welcoming, the car itself had gotten taken great care of. All fluids were refilled, filters changed, new battery and oil. And that’s apart from the amazing exterior condition and care put into that. Overall could not recommend enough for you to buy your car from them!

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Jersey City Autoland. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata for $10,600 on May 17, 2025, after being explicitly promised a 90-day warranty by the salesperson, Abdul. Within 24 hours of purchase, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted the dealership and visited them multiple times every week, often waiting 30 minutes to an hour, only to be told that “Abdul is busy” or “will call you back,” which never happened. Eventually, they kept the car for a day, but as soon as I drove it for three minutes, the check engine light came back on. I had to spend additional money on Uber and alternative transportation during this time. When I finally confronted Abdul again, his demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional, very different from when he was making the sale. He even threatened me not to enter the dealership, refused to provide the owner’s contact information, and dismissed my concerns arrogantly, saying “drive as it is.” I recently had the car fully inspected at a Hyundai dealership, and they found 15 error codes, a dead battery, and a defective EGR system. They valued the car at only $2,000, far less than what I paid. This dealership misled me into signing an “as is” form while claiming I had a warranty, withheld proper disclosure, and engaged in deceptive sales practices. This experience has caused me significant stress, financial loss, and wasted time. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice and verify every claim in writing before purchasing. Transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy were completely missing from my experience here.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Jersey City Autoland from start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I would love to share experience I had with the dealership in the purchase of a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E 53. It was downright awful first and foremost. I came to the dealership trusting their Google reviews and unfortunately I got scammed. The dealership sold me a car with no title Wasting my time my money and my patience not only that I have to drive all the way back to New Jersey from Connecticut to return the vehicle promises were made to me by the dealership of making things right by a returning my money info which yes they did and 2 I bought the exact same car and they offered me front brake pads and rotors as a apology and I was very understanding. This whole experience was very frustrating and now they won’t even pick up the phone call to give me a tracking for my brake pads and rotors.

TL:DR - Highly recommended from inexperienced buyer. I hadn't owned a car in about 20 years, so looking to buy one seemed daunting. I found a car on the Carfax app that happened to be located at Autoland. I felt comfortable immediately when I arrived. Abdul introduced himself to me as the owner and noted that they had another car, same make and model but a year newer, for a nominal price increase. I test drove both, liked the new one much more, and decided to take it. Completion of the purchase was quick and easy and I was probably there for 90 minutes total with the test driving. I've had my car for about a month now and it's been great. Thanks to Abdul and everyone else at Autoland!

Bought a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander from them a week ago and it's probably one of the best cars I've ever owned! My wife has been looking for a first car for the past few months. She wanted a mini. Most of the dealers we encountered posted a price when we followed up they would inform us it needed thousands more for inspection. Luckily I found Abdul. An old fashioned honest car dealer. I live in Massachusetts he’s in NJ. I’ve never bought a car sight unseen from this sort of distance. He assured me the car was in top condition and it is. It arrived last night he’s processing the paperwork plates and all. Nothing I need to do. So to Jersey City Autoland I say thank you and happy holidays. In the spring I plan to contact them for a pickup and I’ve already referred another to them. Great job.

So I purchased my first vehicle today and the experience I had was absolutely amazing. Tony, Emily and Abdul were patient, attentive, professional and 100% impressive.
