Horrible wait it’s been like a few months from now this car service is horrible pls they need to take this place down put a Wendy’s or something then u have these non English speaking workers who don’t KNW what u r telling them by the time I get to the front window my order is not what I ordered all because they DNT UNDERSTAND
Long drive thru line, yet fast moving with easy ordering. Only issue this trip was they forgot to put the sauces in the bag. However, I missed it when I checked the bag. Noticed when I got to my destination.
Still love this location. Fresh food, cheerful service, and affordable prices compared to other locations.
I gotta remind myself that because I don't eat Fast Food as much as I did when I was younger, those chances that I do eat it. There is fast food etiquette, like always checking if they forgot something cause it's your job as well if so why before my child gets out of school. I get McDonald's, two mchickens, happy meal, a cheese burger. I understand how busy it gets, how hectic. I leave in a hurry to pick her up, one of my chicken is gone,I go back and get it book. Picked my child up, walked home in the snow, got home, opened up the food and apple slices is gone .. listen once again I get it..I worked at McDonald's when I was younger but at least as you're tossing food in the bag..make sure everything I paid for is included. I will take 10% of the blame like I said fast food etiquette of workers trying to meet numbers so make sure you have everything was lost on me but that 90% cause it wasn't event that busy mind you new jersey just had a storm. It was like 5 people in line waiting and the drive thru had 3 pls pls
I used my points to order a sausage McGriddle and added egg and cheese to my sandwich when I got to work it was only egg and cheese. I called the store more then once left a voicemail and no reply. Im very disappointed this is not what I paid for or what I ordered.
I sat in the drive thru for about 6 mins. Then there was an issue with the mobile app. Instead of holding up the line I got in the back of the line to sit for another 5-7 mins. I was late for work and was unable to order my breakfast. Not happy. Next time inform the customers waiting.
The spanish attended here is soo rude. Such disgusting attitude i request the manager if can remove her do so as she has this job to accept and attend the customer with peace and humbleness. I have been to various mcdonalds but this was my worst experience ?????
How does your door say you’re open 6:30am and online it says you’re open 24/7 , I walk there at 7:30 and the doors are locked while the manager inside with the red shirt is just sitting down enjoying his breakfast ?
As an ex employee of McDonalds I’m disgusted to even associate myself with a company who hires people like this. I’m all for people eating on their BREAK, but to lock the door? When it says everywhere you’re open?
I purchased a snack wrap last night and idk if the workers trying to kill me or if it was genuine mistake but I found glass in my food. Currently omw to jersey city medical to make sure I don’t have glass ingested that I didn’t notice. Only noticed this because it almost broke my tooth.
This place is the worste place to rely one for service, food rather pickup or delivery. I have not had a good exsperience here. Uber I use to deliver and they never send the complete order nor is the food hot/fresh. I would NOT rely on this place for ANYTHING.

It's a McDonalds so if you been to one then you know what it looks like inside. Basically clean-ish and service with a smile. The one thing I didn't like at all was the delivery drivers from apps such as Uber Eats and Grubhub sit inside and outside waiting for food orders. When I was there I believe I heard them get alerted of orders but they did not accept it because the tone kept going off on different phones. It looks like if they don't like the amount of the order they will let it go to the next person until they get a good one with high amount.
Pretty standard for McDonald’s good quality good food and pretty fast the reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because around 3-5 pm on mondays to fridays high schoolers come out and overcrowd the place but there 5/5
Service is terrible. Many times they leave the prepared orders on the side without calling your number. The orders are kinda just dumped there as work in progress so order number is also not entered as complete on the big screen nor in the app.
I had to stand there for 10min until I decided to check with them. It’s really disrespectful. They handed me already cold fries and fried chicken nuggets without any explanations or apologies. When I checked with them why it happened they just looked away and left.
So went through drive thru ordered 2 big mac meals. When I was finishing my fries this is what I found. This is why it's so important to wear gloves when handling food, especially with witch nails. There was a black nail that someone lost

I’m a frequent customer of this location and I have been missing food 6 out of 10 orders.
Today they forgot to give us the 2 happy meals.
Update - I came back 2 days later and they redid the two HM for free.
This place is in the worst location. It’s over crowded at all hours of the day. You have the parking lot full of unsupervised kids leaving school to get lunch fighting & playing in the streets. You have the homeless people/ drug addicts sit by the drive through windows & doors begging ppl for money. The stuff is scary, trying to give your credit card/money to pay for food & a man standing right by the window trying to grab your money or begging for you to give them the food you just purchased. The workers don’t get your order right 50% of the time. Check your bag before you pull off, you more than likely don’t have what you just paid for. Food is standard. Outside is always dirty & trash blowing everywhere in the wind. Hotspot for D”u?s being passed around. You’re safe in the AM but at night it get LIVE out there.
Visited this McDonald's drive-through and ordered three McCrispy Spicy Deluxe Sandwiches. Unfortunately, I received McSpicy Sandwiches instead. Upon informing the staff, they corrected the order promptly, although the replacement sandwiches came without tomatoes. A little disappointed but appreciate the effort to rectify the mistake. Suggest more attention to detail for future orders.
Find them highly unprofessional sat in drive through for 30 minutes before they decided to tell me. Their drive through will be closed and only open for ordering onli. Really feel like you should reimburse me not only for my time. My gas and having to find another place to go fine to eat when you guys are supposed to be 24 hours.
I ordered a deluxe Dbl QPC extra 1/4 lb beef, no bun. The extra 1/4 beef is missing. This is a chronic issue. I order from this store one to two times a day, Mon - Fri. 30 of the time a food item I paid for is missing. I have called the manager many many times, the issue continues to the point I am no longer confident my order I pay for will be correct. I have a messenger who picks up my order and delivers to me. This store does not care about the customer! Check your orders! Don't rely on delivery!
This location is #2 best I've experienced in all of the US and Canada. We travel a lot for moving jobs and wind up not eating all day and need reliable fast food. We arrived to find a beautiful and classy decor; super clean restrooms; complicated order including no added salt on sandwiches that was fulfilled correctly; professional staff. Only topped by a location in Cortland, NY that has a grand piano!!
