Good people fast loading once u got dock
The bad thing is that they only have one dock to load and sometimes there is line up for loading in that case its long waiting
Nice guys. Got me in and out in short fashion for a delivery. BEWARE LOADS COMING FROM MASSACHUSETTS FACILITY ARE NOTORIUS FOR POOR LOAD SECUREMENT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STRAP UP, ALSO BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING DOORS! GUYS UP IN MASSHOLE NEED TO DO BETTER!
Went there for pickup in the morning got dock. In 10 min and got loaded 20 min good place you can park overnight overe there when you enter the site there will be parking spot for cars on left side you can park their for night
Avoid this place or BEFORE COMING check with them if they have stuff ready if they don’t have it ready AVOID THIS PLACE DO NOT COME AT ANY COST Came at 7:30am got dock at 8:15am and they are still Loading its 1:00pm
CAN SOMONE HElp we picked up 2 shipment from this place deliver in kruger . quebec ,
broker was freight solution worldwide, no answer to email or calls , its been month for load , how to get paid now . Iron mountain have no phone to contact
May be before the place was not so good, but my experience for now is more than positive.
In and out for less than 45 min... In fact, we were two trucks at the same time. The guy worked alone, aso for me, it was more than fast enough.
Update: Unfortunately, my last visit here took about 3 hours...? In fact, the loading process took about 20 min, but I must wait... unknown why... I was the only truck on the door!?
But, anyway, the place is good and the people that worked here are nice.
Customer Representative interaction in the Shipping Department was Unprofessional with JBHunt Driver. Got there on time but was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to open the locked door for me. Here comes the Rep and says I told you to come in. I said no you didn't. I don't get assisted until someone comes out to me so we can act professional and take care of business. Then gives me a hard time and says I just got here. I said I've been here for 20 minutes. Just rediculous and Unprofessional! However, I was able to get my load when they finally let me into the Shipping Office.
Just got here 3 hours early loaded and out in 1 hours staffs are very friendly if u need food there is a food truck on industrial Dr. its an old school bus it's delicious and fair priced
For my experience was good, I get 2 hour before my appointment and the talk me is appointment before you is not here you next and that was the case 45 minutes they done thanks foe the service
Worst company no trucks infront of me but still have to wait til appointment time got here at 230pm appointment is at 7pm and its 7 right now and still no door
The back on the otherside of the building is tight. I damaged the bottom of my fairing on the rocks. I get tired of coming to places that aren't set up for trucks with the proper spacing. Its ridiculous. I shouldn't have to damage my equipment to pick up YOUR! freight. I hate coming to the jersey/NYC area and went against my better judgment coming here.
Oh yeah, they take forever to load
Worst place for delivery I arrived at 16:15 my appointment according to the schedule schedule at 18:00 for some reason they were unloading other tracks, when I asked what was going on they find all sorts of excuses now it is already 20:00 they still haven’t given a dock.
Unload by appointment only...let me say BY APPOINTMENT ONLY...dont come early...no toilet, no water, no food, lots of parking for your 10 hour rest your going to get. Staff here dgaf. Avoid at all costs...or come prepared to wait an entire day!!!
