I gave this McDonald's 4 stars because it's been renovated and is much better now than before. The staff still looks overworked and unhappy but they move quickly and are very courteous. As far as McDonald's goes in Jersey City this one is one of the better ones.

Store was wide open at 3:45 pm and I was denied service, saying theyre closed.

They have the sweetest employees and they decorate for Holidays.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and not only did it fall apart immediately but was cold. Never ordering here again.

I order breakfast most mornings on the app on my way to work to save time so I can grab and go and no matter how in advance I order I'm always stuck waiting quite a while when I get there. What's the point of ordering ahead when a fast food order isn't ready after 20 mins but yet people going in the place ordering on the spot are getting served before someone that put in an order in advance. Makes zero sense get better McDonald's. Also they're so incompetent that they can't provide you with condiments or utensils when the meal you order comes with me

I just had my hot chocolate and they even have to mess with that. Seriously I am so sick of this.

I ordered an extra patty but got only one... I know it's a common mistake... But still I was looking forward to that double patty burger??

The 5$ chicken meal is damn nice!!

Always order from here on a weekend. Staff is friendly and respectful.

Friendly service, clean surroundings and delicious food

Very bad service and the tables and floor are always dirty, you consume there and they don't let you use the bathrooms, from 9 pm onwards they want to charge you $5.00 because they don't want customers to dirty it because the ladies have already cleaned it very poorly, honestly.

They keep messing up orders. Double check what they give you when you do take out if you don’t want to receive a spicy crispy when you ordered a deluxe. English isn’t the primary language at this store so they may often confuse orders and grab the wrong thing.

Worst McDonald’s ever I don’t care! Do not comprehend properly I asked for a coffee they gave me a cup of cream always getting orders wrong smh

Worst experience in this Outlet, this is not the first time, multiple times I have taken burger from them but everytime they are burning the Bun and when we talk to them they are very rude. Just see the burger the way they have burned the burger is so horrible. I suggest never ever go in this particular outlet.

Renovated, clean and open. Order kiosks and mobile pick up.

Bought a large ice caramel coffee they don’t mix it well the caramel syrup and sugar was settled at the bottom and later i had out some extra sugar and when i mixed it it got to sweet

The staff here are really nice, and that makes this one of the best McD around here. Though this is kinda of a smaller place with fewer seats than other ones in and around Jersey City, this has a better vibe and is always cleaner and nice, too. I do recommend this! It's worth checking out if you plan to have McD today!!

They try to do everything at the same time that’s wow is McDonald’s the food always good , workers who enjoy the rush of fast food and as customer is nice see that. My unique advice is just threat all the customers and delivery drivers same doesn’t matter it is friend or just they meet

Quick mobile order pick up for a large caramel iced coffee for myself. Friendly, polite staff. Clean, efficient flow, and not crowded.

There’s this horrible management she must have gotten a nose job done. She was very disgustingly rude and extremely aggressive to her employees. When I ask for a barbecue sauce she gave me a nasty attitude after me spending $27 on three different meals. They didn’t give me the sauce to begin with when it came to an order, and then she reprimanded and yelled at the employee, who took my order I highly recommend this woman chooses a different career because she has no idea how to be clearly management material .

I always get vanilla ice cream and frozen drink which tastes awesome❤️?

The staff was great but there were a lot, a lot of flies.. it did look like the staff made sure their food prep was fast. The hash brown was made fresh and they poured the coffee and handed it to me very quickly.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles, 10 McNuggets and small fries on the side. The burgers were okay, the nuggets were a bit dry and slightly warm, while the fries were hot and seasoned. Service was quick.

I just ate the Most Horrible Quarter Pounder Burger from this place. How can a burger from McDonald's can be salty and so small? Are they planning to go into the Magic and Tricks Business? Their Burgers are going to disappear from the face of the earth if they makes them smaller. How are they going to keep customer's happy with this uneatable bread, it taste like a piece of cardboard.

Very nice staff. They actually look happy. They need to keep the tables clean. This is a cute place. I ordered coffee.
