Had a great experience with Hudson Nissan, always do. Been coming to them for over 25 years. The service team takes care of what you need and they are very friendly and take the time to listen to you and assist you. Always feels like they take care of you and do not try to take advantage of you.

The service advisors here are top tier! Even though I think we can all agree that we hate paying for car repairs, the team here does a great job breaking everything down and they work with you to help you get the services and parts that fit within your budget! This is my first nissan but this dealership will definitely have a repeat customer when I decide to purchase another car (MANY, MANY, MANY YEARS FROM NOW)

I highly recommend Nissan service. The Service Advisors (I would like to mention Joshua Balthazar) are very knowledgeable, helpful and detailed about the need and what’s being done with your vehicle. My service advisor Jason was very helpful. He advised me what was needed for my vehicle and gave me a quote which I was very happy with. The next day I returned with my vehicle and he took me in right away. Within two hours my vehicle was done. Now, I am all set for the winter, my front brakes and rotors are done and my leaky oil is fixed. Great job ! Husdon Nissan

I was dealing with this situation for quite some time now so I said let me just stop by and get the Hood latch fixed they fixed everything and print out of other things that was wrong that I had to get fixed which was very helpful

I came in for service on 8/16 and my initial experience was disappointing. The staff member at the counter was rude, spoke over me to another customer in a different language, and dismissed me by saying “she was here before you,” instead of addressing me properly. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Thankfully, the supervisor stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was knowledgeable, apologetic for his staff’s behavior, and kept me updated throughout the service on my vehicle. His professionalism and customer care made a big difference, and I truly appreciated his help. While the repair itself went smoothly, the front desk interaction needs serious improvement.

My boyfriend is a regular at Hudson Nissan, and I just had to write this after his most recent visit a few days ago. He went in for routine maintenance but was really pressed for time that day. Eugene, the service writer, went above and beyond — literally walked him straight to the service bay to personally tell the techs, “This one’s a priority.” That level of professionalism and follow-through is rare these days. Everything was done exactly on schedule, and my boyfriend hasn’t stopped talking about how blown away he was by the care and consideration he received. He said it felt like everyone there truly respected his time — not just another ticket number. The integrity, professionalism and work ethic really stand out. In my experience this kind of culture starts at the top. Steve Ossenkopp (the service manager) runs that place like a 5-star general — organized, efficient, and with genuine pride in his team. And here’s the kicker — Hudson Nissan is an hour drive each way plus tolls from where he lives. He says it’s worth every minute in traffic! I don’t even own a Nissan and I think I’m gonna go there to get the brakes done on my Jeep!

I appreciate that the technician did not just tell me that my filters needed changing but he actually bought them to me and showed me the state they were in and explained to me how often they should be changed. The manager also worked with me on the pricing since my main focus was just the oil change. I also want to mention that the very first guy I came in contact with was very unprofessional. He was just focus on inspecting the vehicle like he wanted to get it done and completely ignored me standing there. After a few minutes of him taking down notes for my vehicle, I was the one who greeted him with a pleasant ‘good morning’ to which he responded. Overall my experience was a good one

This is my second time I came here for my car service. From the moment I drove up to the service door, They greeted me with a friendly welcome and check me in. Joshua Balthazar was very helpful and friendly, and he make sure I was comfortable waiting in the lobby. It is very clean! Service is great! Definitely will come back!

On July 21 2025-- I towed my disable 2005 Murano to Nissan of 440. I have had a good relation for over 5 years with Nissan. Spending well over $8,000 on a car that I love, to keep it well maintained by dealer. telling the advisor Joshua that the key wont turn, and that it has to be more computer related than mechanical, and that the only dash lights that are on, are those related to anti theft stuff. two days later the master tech and Joshua, THE experts tell me it is a seized engine and recommend a new engine replacement. which is insulting for a man that has kept a 20 year old car, in well maintained working condition. expressing my confusion and disbelief to the tech and advisor that i don't think it is a seized engine. there is fresh oil in the engine and i don't drive it like a Nascar. i asked on many occasion did u scan it, but they did not, because they did not bother to work and properly diagnose the problem, which was anti theft issue all along. NOT a seized engine, which was written on my invoice of $319. So disrespectful and insulting and belittling when i am telling you where the problem area is but don't want to listen and understand. I am just another cash register to take money from. on to the next sucker. never again Nissan 440. need less to say i towed the car back to my house, and found a kind honest mechanic that did a house call and properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, for well under $319. never again Nissan 440.

My car was very sick/dead however, doctor J. Balthazar did his performance on it and brought it back to life and now the car is running as smooth a brand new car. Thanks so much Hudson Nissan especially Mr. J. Balthazar for always taking great care of my car. Thank you!

Joshua at the service desk is the best! He had great communication, was easy to get ahold of, and reviewed all details of the repair with me. My repair was done in less than 12 hours. Would recommend if your car needs assistance.

I went in for Oil change and tire rotation, But I did need extra service on my car. I had a representative that I spoke to back in November 2024. His name Is Eugene and he told me I would need service the next time I came in. So I had windshield wipers, changed air filter, and brakes flushed, he assured me that I would be finished by 9:30 AM. I know I had five people ahead of me and he was definitely right on point. He was calling me back over to his desk at 9:30 sharp.. The service was exceptional, and the representative is definitely efficient and great at his job. I am thankful for the service!!!!!!!!

Julian is usually my go to service advisor. He rocks! But if he is absent the rest of the advisors are just as amazing! They’re very honest and transparent and they do their best to help you with pricing concerns. My oil changes are always done quickly by them so I waits around in the lounge area :)
