Immediate service on coolant leak issue on short notice walk in situation , back on the road in 2 hours still got to my first delivery before closing. Mechanics were fast and thorough and repair has held up fine.
I loved that we could be seen right away and the mechanics treated us so welcoming. Once we were quoted and knew we’d go through a warranty claim, the price increased which nothing was quoted on paper yet before hand so be it. That pushed the whole day down the drain; so the next working business day by morning everything was already approved. Then it was clear- the labor price for the job instead of by hour, meant we lost that day too. Not just that, our truck was left running the entire time until released (we could check on it as we got anxious to leave, not sure when we’d get out of there or what was going on). After finally checking out, our deductible was attached to a new charge not on the original quote for the warranty which by now I just wanted to leave and didn’t bother mentioning the extra $150 out of pocket charge. So there ya go, happy at first, frustrated after. Not too sure how the work holds up yet.

Heavy duty is it for me when it comes down truck mechanic, Cesar is the one mechanic that besides being reasonable and helpful, he's not going to reel you into spending money on anything you don't need. Starter problem? If it's just a minor issue, like a relay or a corroded wire you can count that he'll be honest and will find the best way to help. To me honesty goes a long way in the kind of world we live now in days. There's still some good people.

Horrible. Super overpriced. They lie about parts prices. Also they give you an estimate for a job and they its always 1-2k more in the end!

I always go to heavy duty because Cesar is the best, I have a 2012 freightliner Cascadia and was in need a of a transmission, Cesar went above and beyond to get me a great transmission, not only that but victor the mechanic who did the actual transmission is an ACE, the best mechanic at heavy duty. Forklift tire a hole into the deck of my box. Needed a quick and reliable fix. Called them Thursday morning and they told me to come on in. Got me in and out in a couple of hours with still enough time to grab a load that day. Customer service was great & that isn’t always a given in this industry!
Heavy Duty Truck Repair great shop to go to I was able to get back on the road same day Kiki Caesar and the crew is very good. Recommend Caesar is the man he explained what was wrong with the truck and got someone to work on it right away… will definitely go back to heavy duty truck repair
Came over to see my man CEASAR “the best in the business” and got my trailer brake disc pads changed at an unbelievable rate. I was also happy that I wasn’t made to change all the associated parts as some shops in the area would force me to do.

Poor customer service. I went to get the roof of my trailer fixed due to a visible hole. They tried to charge me $750 to cover it with $40 tape. It took them an hour to do it. I was there from 10am to 6pm going back and forth with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Very good service always go there for anything my truck needs. Cesar is always on point and making sure everything is done correctly and making sure I’m not waiting too long love the service here would recommend 100%

Great people Owner is great he gave me a tour of his shop . Mechanics are good, fast and best of all knowledgeable they fixed my Suspension on my Trailer it was quick and cheap. They went around looking for other issues that I might have and found a small air leak on the truck he fixed at no charge.
I very happy with them. I have been in the trucking business since 1999 they are by far one of the top 10 on my list..
