This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Jersey City, NJ, customers rate Jersey Auto Alarms strongly overall: 89/100. Reviews highlight professional, knowledgeable staff (Angel often mentioned), fair/low pricing, quick turnarounds, and same‑day installs. Work spans alarms, remote start, audio, lighting, and dash cams—clean jobs with a decent electronics selection. Complaints, though fewer, cite inconsistent workmanship, a misdiagnosis, damaged locks, and poor phone responsiveness. Onsite waits are usually short; scheduling by phone can be tough. Inventory depth beyond electronics is unclear from recent feedback.

Great service, very nice staff. I went in to fix my car speakers and was done in like 20 min. They work so well now. Definitely recommend this place. The prices are great as well for all services.
I had a fantastic experience getting my fog lights installed here! Angel was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested upgrading to LED lights, which was a great recommendation—I really appreciated his insight. Best of all, they were able to get everything done the same day I called. The service was quick, professional, and top-notch. I highly recommend this shop.
Before even seeing the car or the problem...the First thing out of his mouth was "we need to take the dash out "....no thanks...it turns out the car had a reset on the dash.
Forget this place
Angel’s a very nice guy. He stayed up for me being late and I went to him for the first time today. Solved my problem with much lesser price and real quick than other guys having big shops. You can consider visiting him.
This is simply based on communication because it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone here. I've called multiple times and left multiple messages just to try to get an appointment to buy and install a tv and remote start on my truck. Guess I'll try somewhere else.
Phenomenal......best place to bring your car for all your Audio needs staff was excellent and proper the owner is straight forward with what he is going to do and how it would be done I’m 100% Satisfied with the outcome it can’t get better then that so five stars ?
Five star reviews are TRUE. I brought my 2016 BMW 328i over to the guys for a audio video upgrade and the boss took care of me personally. The guys are on point professional, the work is flawless and the price is right! They will do all of my work from now on. I highly recommend this team.
I stopped by unannounced, they were very busy, and Angel stopped what he was doing and helped me finish an installation of a reverse camera that I was unable. He was friendly, helpful, and respectful. Next time I would simply go directly to him with my project and not waste my time. Excellent and friendly service.
I went to install my Bluetooth radio, and I like the ambient, and the person here is very nice and very good at what he does. I like the prices here too. I'll probably come here again soon.
