I went to this dealer for an oil change and recall service. During check-in, I was told my vehicle was due for a 15,000-mile maintenance and was quoted $79.99. Based on that, I agreed.
When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the invoice totaled over $800. I was never provided a written estimate, never signed an authorization, and was not informed the total cost would be anywhere near that amount.
The invoice included approximately $500 in labor, which is far above standard Jeep 15k maintenance labor fees ($80–$150). A 3% credit card surcharge was also applied without disclosure. The advertised 25% promotion was limited to $50 off, even though the promotion terms were unclear.
I paid $760 to retrieve my vehicle, but I am now disputing the charges and seeking resolution with management. I hope the dealership reviews this situation and corrects the billing.

No loaner car program. Wouldn't recommend for service as they are still figuring things out and only have 2 certified technicians on staff. Sent my car here without knowing and now almost 2 weeks without a car because Jeep customer service is also unhelpful in terms of obtaining a loaner and provide unrealistic amount in rental reimbursement.
