We had a great experience with the dealership, thanks to Manuel, the agent who was assisting us. He was very attentive and communicated with us through both calls and texts—whichever was most comfortable for us as customers. We were able to easily book and schedule an appointment to discuss the details of the car we were interested in. Throughout the entire process, Manuel was professional and never pushy, which made us feel at ease. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I had a great experience at Hudson Hyundai working with George. He helped me get out of my 2016 and into a 2025 Hyundai Elantra, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. The customer service was excellent, and he made sure everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently. I’m loving my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A waste of my time and money. I’ve given this location two chances and both times I’ve left angrier and just as stuck as when I made the appointment. Brought in for a battery change, oil change and to check on discovered rat damage on a 21,000 mile vehicle (Had failed starts on the vehicle a week prior. Suspected bad battery based on what I’d seen but wanted to make sure the rats hadn’t chewed things I couldn’t see. The battery is 5 years old now and due for changing). Then I’m hit with a $760 quote for four spark plugs, a wheel alignment and then told that my multi point inspection doesn’t actually include inspecting the rat damage. I’d have to come back during a weekday instead for that additional service. All in all, battery was not changed like requested, rat damage not assessed, and parts in the engine were fully not clipped back together before the vehicle was handed back. Unreal. So you’re telling me you’ll dismantle enough of the engine to get to the spark plugs but you can’t look at the damage to the insulation that’s right infront of you. Sure. The last time I’d visited the internal computer on my vehicle service alert was never reset. So, I continued to have daily maintenance alerts for the following year until I brought it back in for service today. I’ll be bringing my vehicle elsewhere and getting second opinions on proposed service suggestions. Got home and discovered my engine filter housing wasn’t even closed and was just sitting there. I shouldn’t have to double check the work of the dealership. If I wanted paranoia I would’ve gone to any mom and pop shop. Had videos and photos of my issues that they supposedly couldn’t locate or replicate. Didn’t bother to check those either. Do yourself a favor and drive the distance to any other hyundai location and I’m sure service will be better. Never had this issue at any other location.

Went to lease a car because of a commercial that aired on tv to lease a SUV for $239 a month. There I met Julian Salazar , who took really good care of me. He was very professional, attentive, and did his absolute best to assist me with my needs. I would recommend that if you make your way there to ask for Julian because he’s gonna make sure that you get what you came for!!

He was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service team who handled my oil change was equally impressive: efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I have been a customer of Hudson Hyundai since I purchased my first car in 2017, so when shopping around this time I knew I wanted to go back as my first experience was great and smooth. This time around did not disappoint either. I was immediately greeted by George and he took care of us from there, listening to our wants and needs and helping to get me a car within my budget. The whole process was seamless and I left the dealership with a new car as well as trading in my old one all in the same appointment. From sales to finance everyone was super kind and helpful. Would recommend anyone to this dealership.

I really liked this place. The customer service has always been great and I bought 2 excellent cars from them within 6 years. Unfortunately, today left me feeling extremely violated and disappointed. I came in for an oil change and my car was a complete mess that I hadn't gotten a chance to tidy. I took pictures before handing my car over as I always do. When my services were complete, I double checked to see if all my belongings were in place. They weren't. A bunch of my change was missing. I compared the photo and noticed it right away. Especially since I had been saving a few Susan B Anthony coins to show my son who's never seen a dollar coin before. They were gone. I went into the service center and notified them of what had happened. They assured me their workers don't steal and I explained that I had taken photos. I was asked to see the pictures and showed the man who had assisted me. It wasn't a matter of it just being change. It's a matter of broken trust. I knew no one would come clean about it so I left it alone. He told me that, that doesn't make it right. I'm not sure if anyone will be addressed about it but I spoke my peace. I don't know how I feel about returning as of now. But I'll think it through. I've had my vehicle serviced here many times without incident. And like I said, the people are always welcoming. I really have to weigh in on it. Just beware and pay attention. No one wants to be stolen from. Regardless of how big or small. Whoever is responsible, has left a nasty stain on a decent company (for me).

I had the pleasure of working with Rod Mallari at this location, and overall it was a great experience. Throughout the entire process Rod was very personable, asked exactly what I wanted, and even took the time to walk the lot to make sure my car was in stock even though the system said it was not at that specific location. That shows true effort on the job and is going above and beyond. He asked questions about my daily need for a car to make sure that my purchase was a great fit, and for that I was very appreciative. He made sure I was happy with my purchase and well taken care of. He even followed up shortly after receiving my car to make sure I was still happy and that everything was going smooth. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Rod is great at his job and truly understands customers and their needs. If you visit this location please ask for him!

This is my review of Hudson Subaru's Service Dept (HSSD). My Subaru Impreza's dashboard had the AT Oil Temp gauge light up when I was driving on Saturday morning. I knew that this was something I needed to take care of immediately. I had called and scheduled an appointment with HSSD and brought my car there. It was my first time at this service center and Johnathan, a service advisor greeted me as I walked in. He had taken my information regarding the issue my car and took my key and started the process. The facility is clean and brightly lit, comfortable chairs in the waiting area. Throughout this visit, Johnathan had communicated with me about the status of my car and what the multi-point inspection had found out about my car. It turned out that the warning light registered a faulty valve and was covered under warranty. He explained the other recommended services along with it. He made sure that I understood the services and what fit best with my budget and time. Jonathan was informative and courteous throughout. Once the go-ahead was confirmed, I went on my way and retrieved my car the next business day. I would recommend Hudson Subaru's Service Dept. They turned a "stressful situation" into a positive experience! Thanks!

This had to have been the best experience I have ever experienced at Dealer, George A was my Salesman and he was very Thorough and patient with me, told him what I was looking for and we drove a few cars, and was right on the money, when it came time to paperwork, I thought ok here we GO. How ever he not only was there with my payment, but it was quick and efficient! George you out did yourself brother! If you want to buy a car. This is the spot to buy! I had an appointment at Hudson Hyundai today with Will Howard, the salesman. Will was totally awesome! He was very personable, polite, and easy to deal with. I was shopping with my father for a new car for my parents. Their current car is too low to the ground and my mother has difficulty getting in and out of the car. We wanted to get the Hyundai Kona–much easier for them to get in and out of. We had to keep the monthly payment low and Will worked with us throughout the process to get us to the number that we needed. It was a great experience at Hudson Hyundai!

Angel & Alex are hands down the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve previously worked with Jeep and Toyota sales departments, and they don’t even come close to the level of service Angel provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Alex, the manager, was also fantastic! he really worked with me to get a great deal on my 2024 Santa Fe. My family and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase, and we’ll definitely be referring friends and family their way. If you’re looking for top-tier service, ask for Angel or Alex, you won’t regret it!

Service Department is EXCELLENT. Sales department is FAR BELOW AVERAGE. Ask for Rosa in Service and she will take incredible care of you and even helped coordinate a ride over to the light rail while my car was being repaired. The team also returned the car with a beautiful wash/tire treatment. Ask for Brandon in Sales, he seems to be the only thoughtful and kind salesman at the dealership. I sat and listened to the Sales Manager yell at each of his reps as they came into his office while I waited for my car to be fixed. For service, there is no better dealer in North Jersey. For sales, you can do far better than Hudson Hyundai. I recommend Paramus Hyundai or Hyundai Bay Ridge.

Hi I had a great experience here at Hudson Hyundai my sales man Charles Harris took such great care and time with of me and my parents returning my truck and leasing a new Santa Fe working on my insurance and working the financials Charles went over and beyond to make sure I left with a new truck . He is a great salesman by far and very helpful in everything he did . Overall a great business who helps even beyond leaving with the truck with little things here and there when you need an answer to little things learning your new vehicle I can always reach out and get help Thanks Charles Ashley the crew of Hudson Hyundai for all the great work and everything you all did.
