Sham of a company ??. Took money, but never sent part . Have been trying for weeks to contact someone, but no answer. Filing fraud with my bank.

So here's the story I called this place to get a motor for my truck they said they can ship to Canada but have a sister company that has motors and I can get one threw them so I agreed to get won from the other company but still payed threw supreme even thoe it was a different company gave a 5 mo th warranty so on I wate a week I get the motor I have my guy check it out there metal chunks in the oil pan from the timing chain teeth so it was clear to him that this motor needed another 2000 thousand bucks worth of work to maby make it work so I called supreme and told them they said they will send another won down but first send this one back before they send a other one down so I did wated week in the shop with old motor pulled out taking up space and time of my shop I get then next motor they make me pay shipping to get replacement motor when it's all under warranty to to defective or faulty damaged parts then this won has plastic chunks size of a index and thumb size in oil pan showing us the camfazer guides have broken off in motor and ended up in oil pan meaning the motor is worse then the original won I had taken out so I call them explain what shop told me and that now at this time I'd like a refund I have to take my truck my tow truck back home and my micanic is pissed 3 weeks in the shop and job not done to be told buy them I would have to ship motor back at my cost before they would think about a refund and then theres a restocking fee maby to a defective motor I called every day trying to get a refund as this is my only way of transportation and I'm stuck at home for a month now and I'm told we will have to wate to inspect the motor at the other end before we can talk money when they got the motor for like 1300 bucks and charged me 3000 bucks to boot as I called the sister company I got a rude guy that said we don't want your kind of customers the motors were fine bla bla bla i clearly stated no the shop found stuff in the oil pan of both motors and they were never quality tested they came up.with thup.story that they used this motor in there junk yard for months and no problem now I'm still wateing on a refund with no price discussed
