I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and asked to see the computer alignment readings. At that point, the conversation became somewhat uncomfortable, and instead of correcting the out-of-spec measurements shown on the report, I was given explanations as to why those readings were considered acceptable.
After reviewing the documentation and expressing my concerns, no additional adjustments were made before the vehicle was returned to me. Although I paid for a full alignment, the final readings suggested the service may not have been fully completed.
I usually have alignments done at a shop I trust, but since I recently moved, I decided to try this local business. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, as I value transparency, clear communication, and thorough workmanship when paying for professional services.
I also noticed that a similar explanation was given to another customer having an alignment performed at the same time, which raised some concerns for me about consistency and attention to detail. In my case, I was advised that suspension components might be worn, even though those parts had recently been replaced, which added to my confusion.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share an honest experience so future customers know what to expect. I would encourage anyone getting an alignment to ask to see the final readings and have them clearly explained before leaving.
Dropped off my new tires for a swap on my car. The team got it done in under 10 minutes! The price was fair, and the work was top-notch. Definitely recommend this shop!
Don’t go this tyre shop in the city.I buy brand new tire from them with in one week it started bubbling in the tyre when I went to store the owner showed me his true colors and started arguing.They have very very bad tires quality.never recommend anyone to go there.waste of money and time.
They didn't try selling me services or tires that I did not need. I have been going here for a few years, and I have always been very satisfied with the services and advice I got.
Highly recommend going elsewhere. Brought a pristine set of M5 wheels to have tires swapped,. When I picked up the wheels they were scratched on all 4 wheels and chipped. The owner was rude and did not replace or repair any of my wheels.
The man speaking with us went around our car to all 4 tires, never even took off/inspected the tire with the slow leak and told us we had dry rot on all 4 tires and they would all need to be replaced and it would cost $500.
Went to a different tire spot, the air valve was rusted out, cleaned and sealed it for $20. Tire is doing just fine.
Days before Christmas, I saw my tire had 20% air left. It was clearly on its way out. I waited around 8 AM for another used tire place to open nearby, but they never did (smh).
I called EEAB, they got me a new tire in 10 minutes, and I was on my way. Excellent service!
I have gotten nails, glass, and bolts stuck to my tires. This last time was a sharp bolt where I parked next to an under construction site. Lesson learned and won’t be doing that again.

They don’t stock what I use on my vehicle but they will accept drop-shipped tires for installation so I’m definitely going to do that when the time comes.
I usally don't give much reviews But this is the new way. I Went to Eddie many times. Referred many people to him. I saw his true colors this week. His sensors did not work on my car. Went back to him and seemed like he was upset with me for his sensors not working. Told me I would not be charged for swapping my original sensors back in. When I asked for my refund on the sensors he installed he deducts 50 buck for the swap that he said would be no charge for I wasn't going to argue over 50 bucks he deducted from my refund. I'm sure by me and the people I referred to him not coming to him anymore, that will be more than 50 bucks he loses. I already called a few people to tell them not to go to him anymore.
BUYER BEWARE -- Went in to have a tire plugged. Business must've been slow because immediately when they attempt to remove the tire, I hear them grinding the heck out of the bolts and my wheel locks (which are not cheap/Mini Cooper). Long story short, they wore down the bolts that hold the tire in place. Rendering the need for a new tire hub. They wanted to blame it on whoever did my tires the last time, well the last time the bolts on that tire were removed, it was the 2nd set of tires being replaced on the vehicle. They tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. The hub repair ... $380.... I only faulted by not stopping them in the act and calling the police immediately. Best if do business elsewhere. Meineke on Kennedy & Danforth - They will take care of you. I should've listened to my gut and went there to fix the flat instead.
Great, fast service at a good price! I called around the area and this place had the best price for changing tires. Not only did they change the tire in record time (we didn't even have to exit the vehicle) but they also checked air in all of the tires. Definitely recommend.
Highly recommended for tire repair. Staff were nice and friendly. I was taken right in. Tire was removed, nail removed, tire set back on, and service paid in under the time for me to switch laundry to dryer. I waited in a warm clean waiting room. 5 Stars.

After putting the spacer and 35 tires on my truck I was feeling vibration driving from PA to JC. Even after doing balancing a week before from a different place. At a point even noticed one of the lug nuts to be out.
Took my truck there and within 2 mins owner noticed the issue with one tire and did balancing on all 4. Driving the truck for 3 weeks after that and literally no issues and all vibration gone.

Great owner. Quick service. Had my car towed there, and the driver wouldn't let me ride along. Gave them a ring to let them know it was in the way. Brought it right in and waited until i arrived before any work was done to confirm my needs.

I’ve been to this place a few times. First time I need a recommendation on a tire repair for an SUV. The guy was super helpful and basically fixed it immediately for a nominal price. The last time I went was for replacing tires for my Mini. Again the guy was super helpful and recommended tires that were within budget. I did not replace the tires as I ended trading the car for a new one. Basically I find these guys to be honest, forthright and super helpful. Good to have someone you can just trust to when it comes to cars …
I recently had my tires serviced at EEAB tires and the experience was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they worked quickly and efficiently to get my car back on the road. They explained the process in detail and gave me a great price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service.
Very good customer service. I called many tire shops looking for my tires and was by far the most friendly and easy person to deal with on the phone. They got my tire same day from the warehouse and I was able to make my trip to Virginia. Good price too.
