It was not expected experience as told plz make sure the store person installs exactly what he says or else we have to go back and upgrade spending another extra dollars..! This is second time happen to me for same situation of Autostart with my another car..!

Wow, they saved my old Honda! David, the owner is very passionate and knowledgeable with what he does. A professional through n through and great to chat with. Plus he loves cars! He was able to repair my pop up headlight mechanism as well as stereo & speaker install. I picked up the next day and he even installed my new shifter knob AND replaced a blinker that I didn’t know was out! His prices are more than fair for the quality work he and his team provides. Dave did an excellent job installing my Wolfbox dashcam and rearview mirror replacement. The work was completed in just two hours, everything functions perfectly, and he made sure it won’t drain the battery when the car is off. Bought a used 2007 luxury vehicle and needed a quality head unit install. Found this place and was really impressed. Dave, the owner, was professional, efficient, and charged a fair price. I brought my own unit, and he installed it with no issues. I was missing a part (my mistake), and he let me know without any pressure. He even built a temporary part I needed for the meantime until I actually got the right part. Came back a week later with the actual part, and he finished the job. Highly recommend his service.

Had my audio system installed in the bronx 2024. Last month, music stopped playing, and the volume went up to the maximum on its own while driving. Went back to the installer and still didn't fix the issue as well other issue. So, I decided to take it to professional sound. Dave and his team found the issue and fixed it as well. Other issues that last installer messed up. Dave price$$ was a lot less and fair. The ride to jersey was worth it. Thank you, Dave. I give 10stars. I had my car stereo replaced by Dave recently, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. He also took the time to explain to me everything that I needed to know and more. From the beginning I could tell that he was honest and reliable. The previous person who had worked on my car did a little damage with wiring but Dave was able to find a solution and fixed everything. 10/10 the quality of service. Dave is absolutely incredible. Professional, honest and most importantly expert in his craft. I went to some jabroni in Brooklyn to install my set up and did a terrible job. Dave was able to install all new speakers, redid the wiring and set up a much needed amp. Highly recommend him. I was on the fence of buying something else and he was NOT pushy at all which I love. The service and the work were both excellent! Dave answered the phone and I gave him the details of the dashcam I had. He quoted me a fair price and we set an appointment for the next week. Dave had me in and out in less than the quoted time, at the quoted price, and the quality of the install was just what I was looking for. A bit tough to get to on Grace St but extremely worth it!

I am absolutely blown away by the work Dave did. If you are looking to get an after market radio, sound system upgrade, security system, or remote start, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Their prices are beyond reasonable and I am more than satisfied with the work he did. They are really good people with exceptional quality work. He completely fixed a headlight issue that I couldn’t even diagnose and installed a touch screen for my car. I have the biggest smile on my face as I write this review. These guys do a great job each time. They installed my auto start and my dash cam perfectly. Excellent and professional each time.

I installed a secondhand roof rack that came with four fog lights and was at a loss on how to effectively, cleanly, and safely add them. I called Pro Sound and within 3 hours, these were beautifully installed and working perfectly. Dave was great to work with, kind, and clearly loves what he does. The people here are detailed artists and I am very glad to have met them. Highly recommend!

This a brand new installation of amateur radio with HF bands (Yaesu FT 891). The photos don't do justice to the work performed. I will update you with new pictures. The installation includes a list of items 1. Radio body installed under the seat 2. Head unit wired extended and installed as shown in the picture. 3. Head unit and mic is installed on the seat-mounted holder 4. Two antenna holders with bonding and wired to the radio 5. Bonding and grounding for the radio and antenna tuner. This is a high-end radio that requires accurate installations and measures every endpoint with various meters and I get excellent meter readings and very good radio wave propagation. The work is excellent in terms of look and feels and also accurate for excellent radio operation. I recommend Professional sound and security for all exotic radio installations in addition to their routine tasks.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. I had an entry level subwoofer installed which started causing rear deck / trunk rattles in my 2015 IS 250. He gave me a really good price for sound deadening my trunk and rear deck which have dramatically improved sound quality and reduction in rattles. He explained options I had in the future if I wanted to further improve my sound system. Great experience.

During 3 months I was searching for a good place to install my 3 way channel dash cam direct to my car battery for the parking mode stay on even with the car off. I went to different places including Professional Sound Security System. I learned that I have to look for 4 important things: Professionalism, Customer Service, Warranty and Price. In my journey I found cheaper price but nothing else, others no warranty, in others, I was treated bad because I am not an expert. I checked YouTube and trust me this kind of installations are not a game or something to figure it out because the electric part of your car is in the middle. When it comes to my car I prefer to pay a little extra but with peace of mind that everything will be fine. Professional Sound Security System have all the 4 things together. On Saturday 11/12/22 I went there. As soon as I arrived at the business, Dave treated me very well, as if I were a long time customer when he realized that I had no knowledge of installing the cameras, Dave was very gently and politely explained, how was the process; clear and transparent. When they finished the installation of the dash cam. He went above and beyond. He went with me to the car and explained in detail how the camera works, also to be sure that I was able to be comfortable with the lenses view. I have a warranty in the installation. I asked lots of questions and he answered all. Also, I can call him anytime with questions. I suggest to call in advance to make an appointment. But definitely my place to go.

I had a bad experience with a audio installation in Union City, so this time I did my research and saw the reviews for this place. The name Dave kept popping up and I see why. I called to inquire a price for him to figure out why my lights were dimming from the previous installation and also add a new amp and subs I brought to replace the garbage I brought from the other place… Dave told me to come to the shop after 3 so he can see what I have. I got there at 3:30 and my car was done before six. He explained everything to me in detail and didn’t try to rob me.. System thumbs like crazy and I’m beyond satisfied. The gentleman who helped us was quick, and exercised great service towards my dad and I. Must say, for the music my dad did in his car, and the purchase of the Sony radio my dad made... CHEAP! I had a very great experience and was very happy to meet Dave. Dave Walked through in detail my BMW explaining the poor Workman ship causing the problems with my surround sound system. He pointed out the problems and how unstable the connections were in my amplifier. Him and his staff went out of there way and fixed the head unit which was loose and connected improperly there where somethings that I didn’t even mention that were taking care of. David was very nice informative and professional the work done was great. I am truly glad I was able to work with Dave this is definitely the place to drive the extra mile for work that needs to be done on your car. I will definitely be back for future upgrades.

This review should have been given in 2003 when I first brought my 97 Geo Tracker in to have a Stereo/CD player installed. As a single female you worry if you are being taken advantage of and Dave was extremely transparent with options and pricing making it a very pleasant experience. The installation was painless and the result …awesome when my car finally died... MY STEREO STILL WORKED! My story does not end there for when I purchased my Audi TT 3.2 convertible I wanted to change out the radio and I was advised against it for there was no need How honest of you Dave! Today I paid Dave a visit for 4 years ago I purchased a vintage 94 Geo Tracker and the stereo that came with the car was not getting my SiriusXM signal. I said do I need a new radio for I am prepared to purchase one. Dave came right out sat in my car and said you do not need a new radio.
