Owner Mike handled the intake efficiently—honest assessment, fair quote, and a realistic timeline, all without any pressure tactics. The results speak volumes: The damage was restored to OEM quality, with a flawless color match that blends seamlessly under streetlights or sun. No rattles, no uneven gaps—drives like it just rolled off the lot. Text updates were prompt and precise, and pickup came with a complimentary wash and tire pressure check. Competitive pricing rounded out a seamless experience. For body work on a premium SUV like the Santa Fe, Sip sets the benchmark. Solid choice; I’ll use them again.

My experience with Sip Autobody has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unsafe. Instead of properly fixing my car after an accident, their poor handling caused even more problems than I had before. Here is the sequence of events: Condition Before Repair After the accident, my car only had a broken bumper. I drove the car for 7 days without any issues before sending it to Sip Autobody. First Handover – Car Was Dead On the very first day Sip Autobody “fixed” the car and handed it back, the car was completely dead. The key fob did not work; owner Dio Sing had to use the manual key to open the door. He then used a jumper to start the car in the autobody yard. This was the very first sign that their repair work had damaged the electrical/programming system. Headlight Replacement Issue Sip Autobody replaced my original headlight with a cheap generic/aftermarket headlight without telling me. I had to go back four times complaining about lighting issues before they admitted to using the wrong part. Instead of fixing it, they kept “treating the symptoms” rather than the root cause. Eventually, Dio Sing took the car to a Honda service center over five times, and only then did they finally install an original headlight. New Safety Problems After Repairs After Sip Autobody’s work, my car developed serious, dangerous problems that never existed before: Brakes became very hard when starting. Steering sometimes failed. Brake Hold stopped working. More than 15 warning messages appeared on the dashboard. These issues made me feel unsafe driving the car. Lack of Proper Tools & Responsibility Sip Autobody does not have scanners or proper diagnostic tools to check electrical and mechanical systems. Every time there was a problem, I had to go to the Honda dealer at my own expense. Instead of coordinating with the insurance company, Sip Autobody avoided responsibility, leaving me stuck between insurance and the dealer. Insurance Coordination Failure The insurance of the at-fault driver told me: “Diagnose and fix at your own expense and send us the invoice.” The Honda dealer clearly said: Sip Autobody should have communicated with the insurance and sent the car to the dealer for proper repair, since the accident case already confirmed the other driver’s fault. Instead, Sip Autobody kept the car, failed to fix it properly, and caused months of delays and stress. Life Impact It has been over 2 months since the accident, and I am still dealing with problems caused by Sip Autobody. My work performance has suffered, and I’ve wasted countless hours chasing repairs and bearing unnecessary costs. Conclusion Sip Autobody’s handling of my car was unprofessional, careless, and unsafe: They returned my car dead on the very first day. They replaced original parts with generic ones without consent. They failed to address the root cause of problems and created new dangerous issues with brakes, steering, and programming. They avoided insurance coordination, leaving me to pay dealers out-of-pocket. They have no proper diagnostic tools and are not qualified to handle accident-related repairs. What began as a simple bumper repair turned into an ongoing nightmare of electrical, braking, and steering failures. Their negligence has compromised my safety and caused severe stress, expenses, and disruption in my daily life. I strongly advise others to avoid Sip Autobody for accident repairs.

I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and quick it was to get my car repaired locally after the accident. From dropping it off on Monday to picking it up Friday afternoon, the turnaround was impressive. They even took care of the insurance check issue by coordinating directly with the company. It was a surprisingly easy experience overall

Very unprofessional and rude owner, gave me appointment for Tuesday after checking his schedule and what not on Saturday and on Tuesday acting as if he doesn’t remember about it. Asked me to come next day with an attitude as if he was doing a favor. I got my car fixed elsewhere within an hour with a professional and friendly staff.

I was involved in a minor car accident and my insurance sent me here to get my car repaired. Dio and his team delivered the cosmetic repair on time and I was very happy with the results. Their quote was fair and they replaced parts where it was not salvageable.

At this shop they fix one thing and damage other parts. Then when confronted, they tell you it was like that when you dropped the car off. They told me one price, broke the part even more, then charged me for another part. Also, you will have spare parts and screws when you pick up your car. I would have preferred him telling me, there was no other choice, that's the only way to do the repair or give it a try to fix the new issue your car has now. But no, they are perfect and never acknowledge their mistakes or errors. They will return the car to you dirty or stained, not their fault either. Cover you behind and take pictures of your car before you drop it off at this shop. You will get charged slightly less than the dealership but the work is inferior. I should have taken the hint when I saw another client was yelling at the owner for some work they did.

Sip Auto Body was recommended to me as a direct repair shop for my insurance. My car was in an accident and they told me it would take about 3 weeks to repair. They were able to finish in just over 2 weeks, which is awesome. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a large ‘S’ shaped crack down the middle of the windshield that was certainly not there when I dropped it off. It was very obviously unrelated to the damage from the accident, and not visible or documented in any pictures taken by myself or my adjuster before dropping it off there. When I confronted the guy about the crack, he tried to tell me it was there the whole time, and never fixed because it wasn’t mentioned by the adjuster. Now I’m stuck paying for a new windshield. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Spoke to a gentleman by the name of theo, I was looking for a quote on a 2008 nissan versa, with out examination he gave me a quote of $9,000.00 with an extremely condescending tone. I told him the car wasn't worth that much nor is it in such bad condition. It was apparent he didn't want my business. They must do well.
