I wanna leave a review for Jersey City Motorworks because good honest bike shops are hard to find. I brought my Indian Challenger to other shops multiple times for a squealing noise and every time I got it back, the issue was never corrected. Just wasted money and lost riding time on my bike.
I reached out to Jersey City Motorworks and was told to bring it right in. The owner sat on the bike, rocked it back and forth once, and instantly said “that’s not good.” That alone gave me confidence somebody was actually listening and knew what they were looking at.
They diagnosed and fixed the issue within the same week without trying to rob me or upsell me. I really appreciate finally having a trustworthy local bike shop I can bring my bike to in the future. Highly recommend.

Jack definitely a pro and good guy to ask help with. When having a garage problem and causing the battery issues. He ride to my place and jump start it and help me out. Definitely will store the bike here as well during maintenance.
asked for a job he kept my wheels for one week and did not fix them then asked me to still pay him $200, i’m a minor and he’s cursing me out mind you he’s a older guy acting childish.

Great guy he fixed my moped in under two hours the floating brake mechanism fell off the caliper wheel and as much as I tried to fix it it didn’t want to stay on but he wash able to fix that part no problem.thanks Jack. other small issues such as loose Handel bars and back storage not being able to lock he fixed it no problem as well. If you have problems with your motorcycle and don’t know who to speak to I recommend you come in here and put it in the hands of someone who knows what they’re doing. If there was a six star review option I would put it.
I had a great experience at this motorcycle shop. Jack is super cool and really knows his work. He fixed the side fairings and headlight fairings on my CBR perfectly. The bike looks brand new now. He kept everything smooth, quick, and professional.

Jack worked on my ninja 500. Dropped the bike and he picked me up in 15 minutes. Gave me a drive back. Bike was done in no time. Jack answered all my questions and did a great job for a good price. Will be recommending him to all my friends.

Jack is awesome! Someone knocked my bike over and he worked with me to figure out exactly what needed to be fixed. He was very transparent with the work he planned to do and he even lent me a loaner bike while mine was being repaired. Super great guy!
Jack and Dustin did a great job on my rear sets. The riding position feels more natural and aggressive now, and everything was torqued and adjusted just right. No rattles, no issues — just a clean, factory-quality setup. The positioning is perfect — the controls feel solid, smooth, and perfectly aligned. You can really tell Jack and Dustin knows what they’re doing. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommende.

I just have a Yamaha r7 and I need to have my license plate on but I don’t have the tools as a new rider so I went here. They have everything I need and they also help me inflate the tires. Pretty skilled and reliable. The price is also cheap

I just had my M90 Boulevard serviced and Jack also worked on a shifting problem and installed some heated grips for the upcoming winter months. Everything was done to perfection, on time and at a fair price. I highly recommend you give him a shot when you need an excellent bike mechanic.
