I had my tire repaired this morning, but unfortunately the problem was not fixed at all. The tire is still losing air, which means the repair was either done poorly or not done properly. I had to deal with the same issue again after leaving the shop. This was a waste of my time and money, and I’m very disappointed with the service. I expected a professional repair, but that’s not what I received.
I paid to have my tire repaired this morning, and the shop did nothing to actually fix the problem. The tire is still losing air. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.
Mariano got my car right! Quick, solid work and fair pricing. Jay held it down with the communication kept me updated the whole time and made everything smooth. Good people, good service.
For a small out-of-the-way repair shop, this place is quite good. It's long time mechanics are experienced in menny aspects of their profession. The owner is always there for your questions or concerns. I bring my truck in for service all the time, and never had a problem there.
All I can say is that Mariano Henriquez know about cars he has been out mechanic for over 12 years is very honest in his work which is very hard to find in a mechanic We are very pleased with his work he is the man to take it he might take a little long but he does a thorough exam on your car which he is on point he is the man to trust...
Came for a flat repair. Excellent service! Took the time to check air in all of my tires, including the spare after the flat tire was fixed. Put my spare and scissor jack away for me too. Price was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend for tire service!
The worse place ever …don’t go there the will still your money …I buy 4 tires and seen there to get them put it on my car and they charge me $235.58 my mistake was not to ask prices before..I just figured regular prices $120-150 more o less
I've gone here for an oil change service and a second time to get all four tires replaced. They are excellent. Quick, well-priced, straight forward. Highly recommend and will go here for my future service needs. Had all four tires in stock and had me in and out in under an hour from when I called for a price to the job being done.
This shop is not to be trusted - they clearly tried to take advantage of me and rip me off. When I brought my car in for a simple tire repair, they immediately claimed the tire couldn't be plugged and that I needed a full $150+ replacement. However, when I took it to my regular shop, they had no problem quickly plugging the tire for only $15.
The way this first shop handled the situation was incredibly shady and dishonest. They charged me $20 just to check the tire. Then they insisted the tire was unrepairable and pressured me to pay for an unnecessary replacement. Something was clearly off, so I'm glad I didn't fall for their scam and left to get a second opinion.
The technicians at the second shop confirmed the tire was in repairable condition and could easily be plugged. They said the first shop was likely trying to rip me off because they were likely "struggling" and wanted to "nickel and dime" me and is a classic predatory tactic.
I would strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this dishonest tire shop
Mariano and Geraldo are amazing! Klinger has been my mechanic for 3 years and they have really taken care of me and any issue with my car. I have now moved to Maryland and I drive all the way to Secaucus because no mechanic is better! They are top notch and incredibly professional. Ladies, you will be safe here. I this love this shop!
Nasty Guy Worst place, The guy saw my license plate from NY and asked for $50 just to Patch my flat Tire. Stay Away from him. Down the block i found "Express Tires" they got the job done just for $25.
I’ve been doing business with this repair shop for well over 10 years. All my personal and company vehicles are sent here every quarter for service. The owner operator and all staff members on site are super friendly, informative and most importantly honest Individuals. Cheers to a great group of men!
Don't take your car there, the car dealership is cheaper and you are guaranteed satisfied work done. They claim they fix my car but next day i had the same problem.
Super polite, fast service and knowledgeable staff. Had a new tire mounted in 20 mins. Was sure to show me what caused my tire to go flat. They really got me out of a jam.
Every time i get a nail in my tire (which happens often), I come straight here. The guy who does the tire patching takes great pride in his work. It might take a bit longer than some other shops who do plugs (don't do plugs.. patches are the best way), its quality work.
My dad and I have taken our vehicles for years here and will continue to do so. They are honest and we do believe its the best place to take your vehicle for its mechanical needs and tire changes.
